My two children, ages 5 and 7 have been in state custody where they were both diagnosed with ADHD and one bi-polar disorder. They have both been prescribed and are taking psychotropic drugs in high doses. The one with the most drugs is trying to commit suicide. Suicidal ideation is a side-effect of two of the drugs he is taking. He turned 7 today and we haven't been able to see them for 8 months. The state and their hinchmen keep saying he is afraid to see us until 2 weeks before Christmas we finally got them with a family member and they are saying the exact opposite. He wants to go home and is suicidal because he can't see his parents. CPS (Texas) : Isn't it ironic that an agency designed to 'protect' children is doing the exact opposite? From the beginning their goal has been to tear our Family apart instead of fixing the problem.REPORT COMMENTS

Michael Antonovich, the board of supervisor in LA County is the thief who steals tax payers' money requesting Federal Grants by removing children from homes using social workers and orders what the commissioners and judges have to do about the dependency cases. Minimum $8,000 per year, he gets federal grants per child that he stole from home to balance the County deficit.REPORT COMMENTS

my 10 yr old son was robbed from me with false allegations, im disabled and was living on my sons ssa benifits waiting to be approved for ssi for my self with out an investigation without any evidence without any proof i hurt my child, he was robbed from me because a evil woman i knew wanted custody of my son for finicial gain. my son was reciving 1,100.00 a month from social security cps recived one phone call and they destroyed my life i never regained custody because i didnt have a home or a income . cps did nothing to help me regain custody of my son because there is no money in returing children home. they are doing the work of the devil and they must be stoppedREPORT COMMENTS

I am the maternal grandmother of two children who were "sentenced" to live in Hawaii with their father who was convicted of Domestic Battery after years of physically & mentally abusing my daughter. While their mom & entire extended family reside in IL, the judge found it to be in the children's best interest to live with the parent that was never really involved in their lives and abused their mom. Custody evaluators, unqualified to make any recommendations, wrote glaringly biased & untruthful reports on which the judge was to base his determination. The judge himself determined the future of these children's lives upon whom he never once laid eyes nor heard their cries. When my daughter called the custody evaluator who wrote the most recent report to inquire as to her credentials, Barbara Shintani replied, "I don't have to answer that!" and hung up on her. Our children are being sold to the highest bidder in the United States of America while we are being told stories about how children in other countries have such an awful life. How can we allow this to be happening to our own children. Their innocence is being stripped & they will grow into angry & ill adults. The Family Courts across our entire nation are creating a generation of hurting children who are destine to grow into angry adults. Who will listen?REPORT COMMENTS

I have also had my nephew taken into protective custody by Santa Clara County CPS. After being his primary caretaker for over three and a half years his father and mother both incarcerated until the father suddenly removed the child from my residence by lies told to the case worker after he assaulted me at my residence for filing a petition for guardianship of the child. Having the case worker fabricate lies without supporting evidence the courts ignored my appearences at the hearings leaving me set in the visitors room and no one followed the standard procedures to investigate my home for placement of the child for seven months after the child was taken only when I filed a de facto status request. The courts and together with the cps counsel have stated my home is not approved on the grounds that one of my two smoke detectors did not work and because of the rain my window frames had sweld and therefore would not open this is what the court called failed to pass inspection. I believe the case worker also phoned my landlord and threatned to condemn his property id he did not forward photos of the interior of the house and because of that I have been asked to leave my residence by the owner these are only a few of the fabricated statements made against me by cps workers and the juvenile court do nothing to stop it.REPORT COMMENTS

theres so much wrong with the family court system...i am currently referring to judge hunt in jefferson county,watertown new york...it was brought to my attention that a threat of killing himself from a 7 year old who told a councelor during an appointment, isnt a good enough reason for the children to be taken back with their other parent,that i feel have been kidnapped and are being held against their will. the said judge has ordered it and wll not dismiss the case. everyone pertaining to this case is aware of this situation.trial was on thursday 2/7/13...as of sunday 2/10/13, the child was still living. Dear Sirs, Families including myself are being abused by California CPS , and Juvenile Dependency Courts through-out the state of California. This is a major issue that needs to be addressed. I have had my civil rights violated by the blatant lies CPS wrote about myself and my family here in San Bernardino County. District Attorney?s and Commissioners of Social Services Departments as well (and especially) CPS case workers, are not working towards helping the families, but have falsely incriminated the parents, and in my case, the grandparent. I have the names, phone numbers and locations of CPS workers, in my case who have falsified documents for and in court, and who have lied in a court hearing every time I have attended the hearings. So far, I have realized that there isn?t one word they have spoken that seems to be of any truth in this case. The people (myself) of the State of California, and the United States of America, demand a Judicial Audit of the Juvenile Dependency Court System, and in all Departments as well as the termination of said CPS individuals and supervisors that have turned a blind eye to corruption and injustice. I wish to sue for government entrapment, as well as a suit brought against case workers here in my area of the Inland Empire. The CPS terminal on 125 W 2nd Street, downtown San Bernardino is where you will run into the mass corruption. It is scattered all over, but this is the one I had to go to when I was allowed to visit my granddaughter Allysa Ann Villegas. They have Allysa scared to death. She only just turned 3 years old. In suing for entrapment, I also plan to include Juvenile Dependency Court judges and District lawyers. I have found through discovery: Caseworker corruption involving child placement Corruption filtering through all manner of Juvenile Dependency Government Courts Violation of Public Trust Even if you have been an upstanding citizen, CPS will run your life scan and use your past against you anyway they can The CPS can do anything to attain custody status of any child CPS can emotionally damage the elderly CPS can and will take your children from 1 single phone call from a neighbor, even if there is no evidence to take a child Once you cooperate with them, they take your child, you lose your parental rights. Hearsay is admissible in their court room Laws are exaggerated, stepped on and squashed by CPS case workers Their reports do not include cold hard facts CPS ignores constitutional and civil rights Children?s lives are in immenant danger, including my 2 ½ tear old granddaughter. This corruption has put her in fear of her life CPS puts your babies with strangers. What about the innocence of that child? Parents do not want to fight the CPS, out of fear that they may never see their children again Laws are exaggerated by CPS case workers. I have court today and just praying to GOD that it isn't too bad. It seems like they are going to try and use the alligations against me if I don't agree to my abuser having unsupervised visits. This man doesn't know my daughter and after two visits, no way!!! CPS in Newburgh NY needs a realituy check and to be investigated. The assumption is that if you are a single mother, a black single mother, you are the status quo. You are the typical baby mama and that isn't MY case. They put the abusers rights first before the care of the child and the person who has been there from day one and this has to stop. The office in question is CPS located in LaPlata, MD. The reports submitted to the court is all lies. The baby's parents are incarcerated in PA for a misdemeanor charge. CPS put my grandson in the care of maternal grandmother and a abusive stepfather that is being called the maternal grand father in court reports. This man is using my grandson as a pawn in his game of control over his step daughter. He has multiple guns a least 20 in his house with other young children. Maryland CPS took this case when the baby was to live in Virginia due to their manipulation of the system and then used us living in Virginia to complicate the matter. My son and grandson are in terrible danger from this man and the CPS office. He told CPS, Lawyers that he would never allow my son to know his baby. This office needs to be investigated and my grandson needs to be in the care of Virginia not Maryland for the truth to be told. I never would have thought secret court hearing and cover up existing with children lives. My heart is broken and the system is failing my grandson. Please investigate the corruption by Social Service CPS office in LaPlata, MD. "Evil flourishes, while good men do nothing". The abuse needs to stop.
