This is sad.. We all want to say that we are one nation under God...but yet they can't even follow the rules that God set into place for us. We are to keep God's children safe and protect them but when a parent tries to they turn it into circus and turn the table on the good parent. Really I don't understand why they have bibles in the court room because they don't have a clue about what is inside them. Iredell County in NC is one of them. God says vengeance will be mine and oh how I pray that the day comes soon. Family court is a money lauding scheme and is job security for judges and lawyers. If they resolve the issues then they would not have a job. We all need to fight this fight together.I need your help with my fight to get my son home safe and sound.REPORT COMMENTS

I, Fiance' and her Children are being terrorised by the the Adams County Court in Brighton Colorado, Specifiaclly by Margaret Hansen, Nicole Velasquez and Magistrate Greg Beacom. They have taken her children and placed in the hands of there convivted felon(for abuse) father, He has raped their mother, Broke his oldest daughters arm, put his first wife and my fiance in the hospital. We need help!!!!! These children are being put in danger by the truly corrupt clique of Adams county courts!!!REPORT COMMENTS

here it is...the license for DCS to "deal" in children. dated 2009.... I always wondered how they got away with it. "other than" speaks volumns:( TENN. CODE ANN. ยง 36-1-109 (2009). Illegal payments in connection with placement of child -- Penalty. (a) It is unlawful for any person, corporation, agency, or other entity OTHER THAN the department or a licensed child-placing agency or licensed clinical social worker, as defined in ยง 36-1-102, that is subject to regulation by the department to: (1) (A) Charge or receive from or on behalf of any person or persons legally adopting or accepting a child for adoption any remuneration, fee, contribution, or thing of value whatsoever for rendering any service described in ยง 36-1-108 in connection with the placement of such child for adoption or in connection with the placement of such child for foster care or adoption with one other than the child's parent(s) other than that now or hereafter allowed by law; (B) (i) ................etc.REPORT COMMENTS

This is just part of our story... TN DCS and CPS is corrupt they keep stalling our case which they already said was not founded and making my husband and i go thru hell. The DCS prosecuting Attorney new the abuse was unfounded so she decided to go after us for Dependent Neglect so she could still win. Now she has been caught lying and DCS has violated HIPAA laws in our case, they have repeatedly viloated our rights and our childrens rights along with their own procedures and rules in their own handbooks and still they are continuing. For example we have done everything they have asked us and gone beyond that as well and were about to go to court again and someone calls in ANOTHER false referal about us killing a cat and the CPS worker is considering it founded because "your children are so adamant about it" ( my children are 4 and 5 years old and one of them is diagnosed with echolallia already and is showing signs of being in the autism spectrum but yet she is founding this story from them) we are going on 2 years now and its been nothing but a night mare and all we want to do is get our babies back and then make Them pay for their lies and BS that they have put us thru for so long now.REPORT COMMENTS

DYFS MORRIS COUNTY NJ IS CORRUPT!!! The Superior Court NJ IS CORRUPT!! The DAG Morris County has submitted false; changed--school and medical records. I had ALL ORIGINALS--which i had certified mailed to the Judge Prior to my hearing--ALL PROOF that the papers were changed and submitted by the DAG. There were wrong dates; times; interviews--all lies that DYFS caseworker changed. They came after me--AFTER I REPORTED THEIR DYFS WORKER---the same day--that I reported the DYFS worker for not INVESTIGATING SCHOOL ABUSE---DYFS showed up at my door!!!! ALL LIES and a mission to Get Even with me!!! IT IS ALL CORRUPT---THE JUDGE; DAG; DYFS. The Judge Would NOT listen to me--Even though, he had all ORIGINAL PAPERS. He would not let me speak--AND Prove that DYFS LIED--even though he had in his hands--THE PROOF!!!! IT'S A SICK SITUATION--When the Judge and the Justice System are CORRUPT***Morristown Superior Court and Family Court is FULL of lies and Corruption. It's a sad STATE. NJ has definetly earned the name--THE SAPRANO STATE. Corruption in the COURTS; BY THE JUDGES; BY DAG; BY DYFS!!!! It is a CRIME--Purgery---But the DYFS worker who changed my childrens' medical documents and school records...THAT IS A FEDERAL CRIME****THE FBI NEEDS TO REVIEW ALL DYFS CASES through Morristown in last 5 years!! Yes I truly support this, I raised my grandson from birth when he was abandoned and then 5 and half years later my daughter petitioned the courts for him back they were reunited back christmas 2010 also another anniversary of my father's death so two losses, they were reunited only because she was biological mother, now here is what has happened since this so called reunification, her husband gave him a super wedgie in which caused his rectum to start bleeding and then swinging him around the room, I have witnessed twice threats she made to my grandson of backhanding him or popping him in the mouth, in which he says happens all the time and actually she did pop his stepsister who is 10 and her ring hit her nose causing it to bleed, chasing him up the driveway with a belt, giving him beer and wine to knock him out, he was suppose to be in counseling and she did not adhere to court orders, also in violation of court order on visitation, making us pay to see him, she cannot hold a job, he comes to visit me and first 3 months ago I had to go purchase new shoes in which his was to small so I took him to finish line and he wanted so back a pair of air jordan basketball shoes in which I bought now she has sold his shoes and sends him up here with shoes which are 2 sizes to big for him so we go out and purchase another pair, so this goes on and on and they say in the best interest of the child I choose to differ, he pleads and has frequent episodes of crying when he visits pleading not to go back he is 7 yrs old I am on my 3 attorney he never had a want and was properly taken care and had his medical needs met...He says he prays every night to come back home and we do to the courts will not adhere to our requests and look at me like I am just the crazy nutty grandmother trying to get custody back, Yea I had full sole legal and physicial custody he was only won over by false allegations and perjury now he is raised being on medicaid, around drinking and partying and fighting this is what corruption does to these little people.And this was done in Roanoke, VaREPORT COMMENTS

As a film maker, I am ready to make a documentary on the abuse to families done by CPS. My future daughter-in-law and her three young children are being terroized by CPS in Colorado. CPS is evil, corrupt and needs to be dismantled. It does far more harm than good, what is wrong with America to allow them to continually tear families apart, cause emotional and metal distress, verbally abuse and threaten, etc. I am on board to give these children whom CPS pretends to protect, a voice!REPORT COMMENTS

Please - my children were taken on hearsay by people who were not around on a consistent basis. My boys have been split up and sent out of state and my case closed immediately. There were no court orders, medical records were not looked at, documentation that proved they were lied to was ignored, statements twisted and/or falsified. I proved policy violations already. The fact that the children were well groomed, properly dressed, home clean, food available, and noted no issues was ignored. I have had no civil or criminal charges brought up against me. I was forced to sign a "safety plan" which was under threat (listed right on the form), coersion as despite my objection I was told I had to, and while under duress - all illegal. Even the said plan was not properly filled out. Phone calls ignored, and even after a wreck which I suffered series injuries I was told Id have to make an hour drive for an assessment - I could not even leave my home for TWO weeks. I spoke with an atty whom said he had never heard of CPS acting like that - that they essentially terminated my rights without terminating my rights (Oh yeah - I NEVER lost custody) but I can't afford an attorney as this has obviously had significant impact on my life as a whole not to mention I was in a custody battle with my ex (whom the CPS worker turned my younger children over too) and could not afford a second attorney. My 17 yr old was forced to take a guilty plea as they ignored his mental illness because that is the only way they could have him sent out of my home. The damage this has done to my family - my children is horrible. NEVER did I believe this could happen in America - but apparently laws mean nothing, rights mean nothing, unless you dont like what someone is doing & then they apply. However, not when CPS is the one violating them right? Wonder what is wrong with our youth?? Take a look at CPS their tactics and how quick they are to violate rights. Again -they ignored Fact and went on hearsay by people whom were not even involved with the daily lives of my children and I.REPORT COMMENTS

Paying DCS $85K a year to find homes for children that already have loving friends and family is wrong. My taxes paid DCS to steal our foster Child, place her with another foster family and now our tax dollars are paying that family $1000 a month til she is 21..she is 6. We were approved and filed a petition to adopt FREE; however, the placement coordinator, with DCS's full knowledge, gave our child to her friends the Hiams here in TN. The judge and DCS ignored our petition and birthMom's wishes, they lied to the judge, to us and the birthmom. Our attorney was powerless and I wrote everyone in the state and my representatives, no one would intervene. It is child trafficing in the US and sanctioned by you. This foster family has 3 kids now courtesy of my tax dollars and you can change that. btw, ever wonder why all those kids on adopt us kids website lanquish in foster care? I had CPS called on me last December"2011" after leaving a very abusive relationship where the father of my children beat me infront of my children, after 7yrs of abuse from him and his whole family, I left. Moved in with my parents, but my troubles was far from over. The father of my children and his family repeatedly have tried to set me up to have me killed. At the time, I left my children with my mother and father signing temporary rights over to my mother, not staying in my parents home because I was afraid of having people come and get me in-front of my children. I did still make sure they went to school, had plenty to eat, had ALL 5 children on medical insurance, took them to the doctors and any medical service necessary. I do have a drug addiction and suffer from PSD. When CPS came into our lives, I did drop dirty for drugs but they agreed to "SAFETY PLAN" to have the children remain with my parents if I dropped dirty again they would ask me to leave my home. I did drop dirty but they COMPLETELY skipped they're SAFETY PLAN and removed my children even when I had signed over Temp Custody to my mother. My current CPS case worker does NOT return my phone calls, on top of not providing any services to me at ALL! Because I live in Marana it is about 25 miles from Tucson, I dont have transportation but I HAVE made arrangements to attend PARENTING CLASSES, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CLASSES, HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS AND DRUGS AND ALCOHOL. Continuing services through Marana Behavioral Health, Doing ONE on ONE parenting and seeing my children 2 times a week. BUT I CANT GET CPS to change my drop locations closer to where I live, Im getting the run around, then at court time, everything in the report is NEGATIVE. My Visits recently my case worker had two of them cancelled because somehow she was notified about my bringing a firearm to a government agency while visting with my children. That was FALSE info I did not bring one there, if I did my visit would have been cancelled and I would have been arrested. The agency who helps supervise my visits DID NOT report me bringing one into the visit, SO.... WHERE do they get this BS from? WHY AM I GETTING SCREWED?!?!?!?!?!REPORT COMMENTS
