CPS in lying in the reports submitted to the courts. He has been place with maternal grandmother and a abusive step father that CPS is call maternal grandfather. Now they are trying to adopt so the paternal grandparents cannot have visitation. Both parents are in jail for a misdemeanor and have been punished enough. CPS is rushing a permanency hearing without the parents or the paternal grandparents ever having a chance. CPS, court appointed attorneys or the judge will not let the truth in the reports. I need this office investigated and don't know where to start. My heart is broken by this corrupt organization. -

Organized crime in Chesterfield County VA courts. Chris physically and emotionally abused me and my 22 year old daughter. I obtained a 2 year protective order involving weapons. He alienated our 22 and now 15 year old daughters from me for 8 months. He was then granted sole/physical/legal custody of our minor daughter, child support and arrearages. Chris, his attorney and GAL think its in our daughters best interest to live with our abuser despite the pictures of him biting me like an animal. Chris and his attorney declared in court that I'm holistic in thinking. Chris and the GAL have said to me the abuse is a "LOAD OF SHIT"! Now the officials are asking me to drop the protective order if I want to see my daughter more than 4 days a month. He continues to violate me by peaking in windows, tresspassing, harassing phone calls to me, friends and family, sitting in the parking lot during our daughter and my therapy session. Chris' team of assassins (Judge, GAL, Attorney and therapist) are now controlling and abusing me economically. STOP this cancer-killing virus thats injected into our court systems all over the United States. SAVE our children before its too late!REPORT COMMENTS

I been going through this cps case here in Potter County here in Amarillo,Texas.This judge name DouglasWoodburn is very bias he has been letting cps get away with lying, falsifying paperwork,and manipulation,coerced me in to placing my four children in coriscana,texas with there aunt for pmc and then a year and a half later they snacth my kids and put them back in foster care .This case has been going on Four years that cps has had my children i dont know who to trust or talk to the lawyers here are easily bought .I thinks its time to start looking in to Amarillo,Texas Potter County Cps is is destroying families finacially,emotionally,physically.I need somebody to hear my side of the story this is half of it .REPORT COMMENTS

My brother is under supervised visitations while the mother a 2nd time convicted drunk driver (who by the way had their 7 month old son in the vehicle with an open container during her first drunk driving arrest) has custody. I am a grandmother of 3 i have legal custody of one child by the same daughter whom i feel was victimized by by cps the first time and now due to another bogus allegation, cps has entered her life again and now i have both children this is really a long story but to make it very short my daughter has recently had another child in november of 2012 and doing fine she was living with some relatives of the new baby's farther. being that their was so much going on at that resident my daughter was looking for somewhere to live with her new baby well. all of a sudden a relative who manages some low income apt in Navasota tx approaches her with a solution to her living arrangment being that she is only 21 yrs o;d and trying to get on her feet she accepted the proposal mot knowing that all this was not just a friendly gesture from people whom she thought she could trust, she moved in to this unit without paying a single dime no deposit nothing being that it was low income she pays no rent just lights, well the Daughter of the managment befriended my daughter telling her they were going to help her in any way they could they even came got the baby on several occasions taking him shopping ect. i myself always questioned this because during her pregnancy no one help her get to dr appt or anything she missed alot of appt due to no transportation luckiy the baby boy was born as healthy as could be. i say all this to say after they approached her with carrying him on taxes and my daughter refused they called Cps on her stating she was doing drugs and drug dealers where in and out the home well cps went to invetigate the allegation administered drug test to everyone whom was in the house at the time they arrived all person passed the drug test they told my daughter they would have to remove the child from her home till the invesgation was over. after i arrived to find out what was going on i took my grandson which is now 2months old whom is still bonding with his mother. all he does is cry now. also i might add that after i did some asking around and follow up on some of the rumors arounnnnnnnis town i found out this has been going on for a while now at this location with this person managing these apts. she targets young mothers say she helping them by allowing them a place to live but as soon as she doesnt get her way with the children of the young mother a call goes to cps of bogus allegations to have the children taken away. from my understand as i said before this has happened several times with this same person. and now that i have the baby all of a sudden my daughter has been served a eviction notice claiming drugs and activity in her unit and police being called out to her home is the reason for the eviction well we called the police station for the reports and npd states they have no record of any such activity at her home since she been their. i feel all this is retailiation due to their plan didnt work to get my grandchild and the managment iREPORT COMMENTS

It's unfair that CPS/DCS can continually destroy families, careers, and lives without any repercussions or consequences. The saddest part is there is nothing that we can do about it! My son turns 18 in 4 months, however, I am fighting CPS for custody of my niece & nephew. Just because CPS does not like me, they have been trying so hard to destroy my family, my career, & my life. I work with children of soldiers in the US Army & have to pass extensive US Federal background checks on a regular basis. Yet, CPS continually cones up with some allegations or another against me. It's truly sad how we can not get any justice against their abuse! There's no doubt I could keep fighting them and win custody of my niece & nephew. However, I feel we would have to move out of state (although we own our home & a business) just to live without fear of CPS/DCS harassment. And although I have the best attorney in the county, there is nothing I can do to protect myself or defend myself against them; no way to get them to leave me alone!!! WHERE IS THE JUSTICE IN THAT?? Because of the continual harassment on the behalf of CPS/DCS, I withdrew my petition for custody of my niece (age 12) & my nephew (age16). Oh.. Did I mention 21 children died while in DCS custody last year in TN? And yet all names are being held as confident, including the involved CPS workers & foster parents!! And THIS is supposed to be JUSTICE? JUSTICE... FOR WHO??? NOT for THE CHILDREN or their families!!!REPORT COMMENTS

Now cps is investigating ME, and NOT the father!!!!!!!!! Are you serious! All i want is to help my child and cps is protecting the bad guy!!!!!!!!!
