Court violated own rules and state law, 10 counts, appeal rejected as lacking merit. Case no. 98-D-3. -

My siblings were taken and i was not even looked into for them to be placed with me either. My father tried to jump through all their hoops and instead they kept throwing out more hoops and placed the children up for adoption. I am all out of words, and would it really matter what I say? You the government know of all the lies and corrupt evil that takes our children just to make money for the elite, the true meaning of the DCF program went out the window when you the government made it about money allowing incentive to be the thriving point of their jobs there are truly children being abused and killed and your social workers turn a blind eye why? because there is no money in selling damaged goods.REPORT COMMENTS

My 5 year old daughter was abused and the investagaters who looked at my daughter all said it was so bad there would be no way her father could get away with these. Two officers for the children's department whom report abuse took a video of daughter of wound and her testimony and other cop took pictures. When it all came to court 4 months later her father is related to the city judge and his attorney and my child's attorney were related being first cousins and also close friends. My attorney acted as if he never knew. He said that everything wasn't going right something was going on but there was nothing he could do I'm sorry! No he was not free ! He was very expensive! And still owe him money. Now after case was over he saids to me wow it's ashamed the judge knowing knew fathers attorney and your child's attorney were friends and cousins and that the person who either pushes the crimal charge is the DA which was your child's father last time n your husbands attorney and the da work very close together all the time . He said that was a huge clod lice of interests ok well my question is WHY DIS HE JUST NOW SAY THAT AFTER THE FINIALLY HEARING. He let them tear me apart making me look like I coached my child on abuse but how did I do that when her father ADMITED DOING IT BUT HE DIDNT MEAN TO. He failed drug test and is a two time charged drug charges. The judge gave him more time and told me I needed to grow up and realize that I need to be stable all bc I had to leave with me and my child one day without her fathers knowing bc he was abusive towards me as well. How come I got te same pusnishment as her father and I wasn't the one who abused daughter I got put on supervised visitation and my child support dropped. Bc I was unstable bc I left MY HOUSE IN MY NAME! The judge said her father doesn have to pay any schooling unless he agrees. And my attorney never woul return any calls but after court until he contact fathers attorney with information. Now my daughter is being harmed again and is screaming for help and says mommie daddy says no judge or police or anyone can tell me what to do and your momma can never win against me! An if u tell your mother I'm going to beat your*****again. Which is ordered in court order he can't even threaten that! So he is doing torture things were it's not traceable! And now it is going on again there was lost evidance of my daughters video tape and pictures during the court session from the first time there is no recorded they even contacted family services the first time in 2012 like state law requires and LIKE THEY Lied AND SAID THEY DID! I WAS BEYOUND MIND BLOWN TO HOW EERYONE WHO WORKING TOGETHER AGAINST ME WHICH WAS FOR PROTECTION OF A 5 year old safety of live and to be on the fathers side. The child support worker who had my case was very nice until she found out who the father was and the his attorney was bc those two woman were very close friends and work partners and my case workers husband was te assistanREPORT COMMENTS

Im a mother of 8 beautiful children madera county cps took them away and now nearly a year later adding on accusations and false documents because they stand to recieve a great amount of money if my children get adopted out, my kids age from 15 yrs down to 2 yrs old. i got custody back of 2 youngest october 31 2013 and still currently have them. my other children keep asking to be with me and come home and the social workers lie lie and lie more my children are losing hope and faith. all i can do to keep it together is wait til i get home to fall apart. please if anyone sees this HELP i need all the support i can get. congress and senators please do the right thing before another family suffers for all the wrong doing cps does. i want madera cps shut down jobs lost and people sued for emotional abuse my children are suffering. my mothers day will be empty this year as a social worker told my children in front of me that im not deserving of my childrens attention. im not afraid to go national with this people need to know what the truth is. my children are the very reflection of who i am. all my kids asked was to be with me on mothers day instead they were brought to tears....enough is enough im filing a federal lawsuit against madera cps....REPORT COMMENTS

These thieves are making a killing stealing other people's kids claiming to help families when in reality they are demons making profit through adoption and foster care marketing other people's children. Sure, there is times children need to be removed but they remove children for no reason or little reason at all, lie constantly and get away with it. I Was a victim OF CPS in my teens, it took 3 1/2 yrs before the judge caught that CPS creature lying in the courtroom, I suffered three years until the judge was finally smart enough to see what was going on. Case closed. Now they stole my grandchildren, and trying their best to steal the babies so they can make cash selling them to other families who can't have kids.REPORT COMMENTS
