I have been involved in law as a paralegal helping Hispanics in Family. After 8 years of graduating with a paralegal AA I am applaud Sonoma County's refusal to abide by the codes they force on us. Dee Schilling an attorney for family law is a perfect example of corruption and abuse w/o regard for children. Many attorneys know her illegal tactics yet no one has filed a complaint against her. Irony of Irony my son is fighting for the safety and well being of his 4 year old seriously endangered by Felons, drug dealing and gang activity prove during MAGNET raid arresting her boyfriend for having an AK47, bullets from a gun use to kill a teen on new years eve and found pounds of marijuana. My sister lost her children to CPS in Calaveras County, CA. The authorities knew that both children had fathers willing and able to take the children immediately. Both fathers had no prior records, were never under investigation, yet CPS sent the children to foster care until the fathers jumped through hoops to get custody. Since when in this country does a legal parent have to prove they are capable of caring for their own children? The legal system supposedly says you are innocent until proven guilty, but the CPS make you prove you are innocent. They lie to the parents, they make the parents go into debt to obtain lawyers and they make it almost impossible to even contact them. My understanding is that the "selling" of children is rampant out of these offices. These are serious offences and needs to be investigated by our legislature.REPORT COMMENTS

My prayers an heartache go out to all you mothers that lost ur children to cps.. Myself has also lost my li'l girls to cps. In 2013 . I kno we have all made mistakes had bad judgments in sertin parenting issues including myself... But wen we go threw the process of bettering ourselves an going threw the hoops of cps.s every demands... Where does cps get off maken the dissension that ur efforts an turn arounds aint good enough... The promises that thies people make to you are fales hope of a reunification at the end... Its hard to comprehend how this could be. The corruption the lies the attitude with them thinking they can do whatever it is they want.. . Where the hell is justice for all this... I'm still in progress of fighting for my li'l girls.. They have been in foster care for 6 months my case. Was going as pland iv complete all service's that they required.. Reunification was scheduled for June 17. All parties were on bored for reunification.. Until last month I was assigned a new case worker.. An everything as far as reunification changed .. My attorney. An the attorney for my children.. Keep. Telling me that there's nun to worry about but I feel like everyone is all in it together.. Cps had been going back an forth with the process of reunification due to a psychological test. I didn't know that a decision could be made on an IQ test . On whether or not ur competent enough to care for ur children... IV been looking up an reading all this heartbreak stories of thies mothers that have lost there children to cps an there corruption.. Something needs to be done.. I will never stop fighting for my girls... Thies parents have followed the rules of cps went threw hoops to obtain custody of there children .. What they would rather have is children in foster care using up state money than to have a child reunified back with parents. That has done everything they had to. To regain custody back.. I need a higher advice... I refuse to let my children be another statistic in the system... They never once think of what this does to are children.. But they got are children in there best interest.. ********.. I'm over an feed up with the bulling the fals promises an them thinking they can do whatever the hell they want with are children.. I am a victim to CPS as we speak. My situation is far difficult and screwed up on many levels. I'm not sure anything happening to me is even legal. I just want my daughter back. Her dad illegally obtained her while I was in the hospital. Cps doesn't want to hear that. They don't have any documents or any papers in my case. Just a report that was made by my sister out of spite bc she had her daughter taken away by cps because she was caught doing Meth. I've only been accused of substance abuse. Cps will not give my daughter back. Like I said, all there is in my case is a report and a letter from the supervisor. No one will answer my phone calls. The DCF is corrupt beyond words.My neighbor is a foster parent with 4 foster children ranging from 1-16 in a 2 bedroom house. How is that? On top of that, she physically and mentally abuses them. The oldest cried to her worker, who in return threatened to seperate her and her sister and put her son up for adoption if she complained again. I questioned my neighbor and was told to mind my f-ing business or she would make sure my children were taken from me. The 16yr old was confining in me as she needs someone to talk to as she feels like she wants to run off with her son and kill herself. They were supposed ti go home tomorrow and was told they have to stay another 3-6 months, even though there mom did everything she was supposed to. I am sitting here in tears cause now my neighbor says I am no longer able to come around the kids, and they cant come play anymore because I am not DCF certified. She is doing this because I am sure I already know too much about what goes on over there. Making the baby cry for hours and telling his mother(16yr old) that she better let him be or she will have the cops come remove her. Wtf are these people doing to these innocent children??? I would love to try to gain guardianship of these kids, but I have to get certified, and then DCF probably wont let them come here. Someone needs to do something to save these kids before its too late!!!REPORT COMMENTS

Please stop the corruption of cps kidnapping our kids and getting away with it, cps do more harm then good, If the goal is to reunite the kids to go back home then why try to find anything you can find to prevent that.
