I'm having the same problem in Oklahoma Dhs took my 6 children for false allegations and now I'm fighting to get my babies back and I'm wanting to sue them back for ruining and tearing my kids apart and from each other they are in 4 different homes and taking away from there siblings and I'm so heartbroken crying and praying for my kids and I to be reunited this is one of the worst pain in the world I worry wondering what's going on with and never knowing what there are going threw... I may never see my grand daughter again thanks to the court not having the good of the child in mind. The judge was fair but CPS is finding any excuse to keep her. The Bexar County Court system is just like this needs to be investigated..F.B.I. has been notified. Judge price....judge Stryker....Judge Canales is being investgated for civil rights violations. I want a Congressional Investigation on Bexar County Judicial and The D.A.s office. I lost temporary custody of my 8 & 9 yr olds because of lies the father told so that he doesn't pay child support, while I'm protecting them from being further abused by their half brother whom lives in the home with the father who was given temporary custody,that sexually assaulted my then 7 yr old daughter. How can a parent protect their children if judges are putting them in harms way? If a parent can get charged for not reporting abuse of a child what punishment does a "judge" get for actually placing a child with the abuser????? How can one sleep at night while innocent children are being abused? Where in this, is in the best interest of the children? I have nightmares I am barely functioning not knowing what is going on with my babies no one cares if you don't have money. My babies are with people that do not care anything about them, for Christ sake this man is a truck driver who is only home on the weekends. I don't drink, I don't do drugs, i'm very active in their education but this judge want to place my children with a man that has never spent time with them....... Need better judges and lawyers that really care about the well being of innocent children instead of getting paid to represent a liar and doing favors for one another.......REPORT COMMENTS

Our newborn son was taken from the hospital by CPS at birth. He was put in a foster home home with strangers! The foster parent never picked him up. This caused the flattening of the back of his head to deformity. He was neglected of a bath! Most important, neglected the opportunity to bond with me at birth! He has a brother and sister that are remain safe in our custody. The Paternal grandparents signed a contract to "adopt" him after 27 months of fighting in CPS 126th District court, Travis Co. Austin TX This was done without our consent! I completed everything the "court" ordered to achieve reunification status, but CPS caseworker, Brooke Wilson lied in every document she created, lied on foster home documents, lied on the stand and even accused me of assaulting her! (Of course, no police were ever called). I did cuss her out of my home, but that was after she told me she intended on lying in court and no one would believe me over her. My entire family has been cut of of our now 3 yr old sons life. The grandparents disowned their own son, my husband and father of all 3 children. They don't even care to see their other 2 grandchildren. Our family was destroyed by CPS, the "court" and the entire foster/welfare system. When CPS knocks on your door, tell them nothing! Even if you have nothing to hide, they will make something up! Do not go to the "court" hearing, just don't go- they will not and do not have the power to hold you in contempt. It's a trap to get you to agree to their service plan, which means you've agreed to the whole process. Everyone needs to look into the word "dis-proportionality" and what it means in the CPS/Foster/Welfare System. Modern day Nazi's. God has a special place for children who are harmed and for the people who harmed them. Godspeed Baby Jacob Dylan Hamrick, Mommy will never stop fighting for you. This has happned to me! I have had the CPS worker in the Shenandoah Valley CPS, Mandi Shifflett lie in court and was willing to lie under oath, forge my miranda rights, neglet to meet with me and explain to me their goals, neglect to ever return my phone calls and answer any of my questions. After almost 2 months of not seeing my daughter and getting nowhere, I contacted the supervisor, Anita Cromer, who treated me, what I felt, based on judgement, and spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner. I have documentation of my whole file from my case, and there are numerous things in it that have been edited to make themselves look to everyone like they are doing everything right when really...they could care less about the child's best interest. If that were the case then why instead of helping to keep families together, and I know there are cases that are more serious than others and deserve a higher degree of interest, but these people need to understand that this is our lives that we are required to put in their hands, and no matter what the circumstance...(BASED ON SERIOUSNESS) DOES A CHILD DESERVE TO BE STRIPPED AWAY FROM EITHER PARENT!! I TOTALLY AGREE THAT THE CPS DEPARTMENTS AROUND THE WORLD NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED!! WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE ARE BEING TREATED UNFAIRLY AND HAVING THEIR RIGHTS VIOLATED! They most definetely tamper with documents, and make up documents to cover their tracks. I have proof in BLACK AND WHITE to prove it. As far as family courts, the judges listen and go with whatever they say and don't care what the parents say. They talk amungst each other (CPS workers, judges, and court appointed attorneys) and know the outcome of whats going to happen before they even call you into court! Thats a fact! I have experienced it. The people of the United States are being abused, and THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING/SOMEONE THAT CAN HELP/FIGHT FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE!!REPORT COMMENTS
