My daughter had a boyfriend that had stolen all her money for bills and left, hence she got behind and lost her home with 3 children, this devastated her. Now cps has stepped in, and contacted my grand daughters biological father who has never been a part of her life in 8 years, and taking her from my home,where she has been staying off and on for years, she has been going to school and she is happy and which has been checked by two other cps agencies to be found to be perfectly safe, clean and secure.They are forcing her to leave everyone and everything she has ever known to go live with this stranger 200 miles from her family. It is appalling the sneeky and underhanded tactics these people use. They absolutely are not even considering her welfare or mental well being let alone protecting it. I have had her to two counselors to have an evaluation done on her to see how this is affecting her, both reports say she is happy and needs to stay where she feels safe and loved which is right where she is but cps is using the court system to totally ruin this precious childs life and family.REPORT COMMENTS

I know first hand how corrupt CPS is. I was slapped in the face with a reality that should NOT exist in America... 'The land of the free'... IS A FARCE!! Our children's 'protection' is being federally funded which has turned into child trafficking exhiliherated by the government when offering funds as an incentive to 'rescue' children from abuse and provide them with a better life. It's so disheartening to realize that we, the people, who are law abiding citizens and who are paying taxes from the income WE HAVE EARNED... is the salary we provide to people who are hired to 'SAVE' children but instead are STEALING children for profit. Why would DCF commit perjury in order to remove my grandson from a loving home? What's even more disturbing, how could they flat out lie and assasinate my character and not have ANY EVIDENCE TO SUBSTANTIATE THEIR CLAIMS? It's total INJUSTICE! I was providing the love and security I had managed to provide for my children on my own and was providing for my grandson until DCF chose to use their evil powers and expose their greed who were the only ones to INFLICT TRAUMA & ABUSE to an innocent child... Ripping him away to pass off to strangers by fricken LYING is NOT LOOKING OUT FOR THE BEST INTEREST OF A CHILD!! CPS is destroying families... And are the ones ABUSING OUR CHILDREN! Our faith in God gave us the resources to bring Braeden home... Over $10,000 and counting in lawyer fees and 7 months later, by the grace of God, the lies were exposed in a way I will forever be thankful for... Many others are not so lucky... The lies we were able to expose, DCF was quite aware of but were obviously counting on our ignorance to hold my grandson 'captive' in a system THEY could profit from. CPS worker falsified reports omitted then replaced real documents with false documents during county transfer assisted by paid lawyer. and court appointed lawyer. The prosecuting attorney was the only protecting and arguing on my behalf while the court appointed lawyer lied to me saying that if I submit the statement of corrections it would confuse the reunification process then said reunification not this year next April all because I tried to report a crime which the original jurisdiction report said open a criminal case against the man that rapes me and filmed it and the fake jurisdiction report buried this crime and took my child now for seven months its like CP's corruption runs off a sliding scale and its acceptable to the courts. Wobblers is in effect oh but not now because they covered it up.REPORT COMMENTS

My nephew was spending the night n I got into a fight he was removed from me n took to foster care it's not fair they are using my sisters charge on her but it's 7 years old she filed for expunged ment but her court appointed lawyer dis not send in for it she was four other children at home.. these caseworker are not taking these children's lifes seriously they are turning me into a monster n drug addict to avoid this pain they are makin kids suffer n parents go insane over this here in nebraska it's not fair then these children grow up to be juvenile delinquents And the cycle never ends here wat can I do??REPORT COMMENTS
