I live in Wayne county nc.Me and my fiancee are currently dealing with dss, who have removed our children from our home under false pretenses and placed them in a home where they were being physically abused.Dss removed our children from that home 4 months later and had evidence of the abuse but have yet to do anything about it and after that our oldest of 3 daughters started showing signs of sexual abuse in which foster care worker Leslie Edwards is trying to put the blame on me and has since used that to cut off our contact with our children and even before that the judge, David Brantley, had set our visitation at 1 hour ever 2 weeks.That held out for about a month but then Leslie Edwards takes it upon herself to change it to every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month which meant if a month had 5 Tuesdays in it then we had 3 weeks between visits.Because of the change she made we missed oue middle daughters birthday, thwn she hit us with the no contact order and my fiancee broke down and started crying and Leslie and her staff started laughing at her and when my fiancee told them how heartless they were Leslie's reply was "nobody likes you".Not long after that I went to see my therapist, per dss recommendation,and my therapist asked me whatsggoing on with the sexual abuse allegations and I told her I dont know, the social worker won't tell us nothing so my therapist calls Leslie Edwards, in front of me, and asked her whats going on with the investigation and Leslie told her the investigation has been concluded and I wasn't named the perpetrator. So hearing that I thought we could get contact back when we went to court but in court Leslie says the investigation is still opened and that she never told my therapist that.My therapist had wrote it down while talkinh to Leslie and thay was what she told her but according to Leslie those words never came ouy of her mouth.That's not the only lie we've caught her in but apparently it's legal for dss workers to lie to parents and lie in court.It's going on a year since they removed our kids and 5 months since we've been allowed yo see and talk to our kids.It's taking its tole on our family and these dss workersOur treat it like its a joke.Our judge at the time waa David Brantley and he told Leslie in court that she needs to tighten up cuz they can't expect us to comply when they don't seem to know whay it is they want us to do and keep adding extra things on their recommendation list.Well needless to say he was removed as our judge and now we have Beth Heath who acts like she is a dss worker. She won't hear nothing we have to say in court at all.Is there anybody that can stop the almighty dss because in Goldsboro nc it seems they're untouchable. I honestly believe I'm going to have to take the law into my own hands and deal with them like any parent would deal with somebody trying to come into their home and kidnap their children...but then I would wrong right!!!Nov 19th, 2014Someone from Goldsboro, NC signed.

I never received a phone call when my granddaughter was put in foster care and they are trying to say that I already had a case opened against me because of d.v. case , my family was trying to get custody of my daughter and when that fell through they went through children services trying to get my daughter and that case was closed they have now went to my daughters biological father whom never seems to have time for her and is always finding reasons why he doesn't pick her up , I have done a homestudy and now they are trying to say because I have epilepsy and bi-polar and depression they need to wait for dr statements , meanwhile my granddaughter is still in foster care , they already came to my house and closed the case they have no reason not to allow me to have my granddaughter . I was the one supporting her and her dad ( my son ) Physically and financially until my son got upset and left. They have no reason yet they seem to find a reason to extend me not having her, I have missed her first halloween , getting ready to miss her first Thanksgiving , and possibly ( more than likely first Christmas) I have tried everything to get through to them that they have broken more than one rule/law with my grandbaby and I am ignored , I have tried contacting the commissioners office they send me back to CPS I have talked to the Ombudsman, the case worker and her supervisor , I do not know what else to do, I am writing the DOJ ( Department of Justice with a formal complaint on how this case is being handled, I do not want money or anything of the sort I just want to see my granddaughter and be able to take care of her like I was before my son left.REPORT COMMENTS

Oregon Child Protective Services isn't protecting children at all. They are ripping them from good homes and putting them in danger or using them for their own gain. My step daughter was taken from my home because of a parent who wasn't even allowed here. Come to find out she is living out of state with the cps worker, both those things are against the rules. Now they won't let me see her because I have discovered their lies and they think they are punishing me but who's really hurting are the kids.REPORT COMMENTS

I am renting a living room from a cups case worker named Morgan. She works for San Antonio CPS and is involved herself in corruption in her own home. She borrows children from friends, having them live in her bedroom and pokes, yells, and curses at them so they cry and become upset then laughs at them and tries to coax them to cease their tears only to prod at them more bringing the cycle full circle again. Also, there is a dog in her bedroom that she does not water or take potty for days at a time (I stopped taking it out after she threatened violence against my cats in jealousy) . She and her girlfriend beat the dog into submission for urinating and defecating on the floor but they do not take him outside so what am I to do???? I have no where else to go right now and cannot be homeless but at the same time this woman needs to be stopped. I'm worried for the dog and children alike but how do I report her?REPORT COMMENTS

After 2 years of battling the system over false allegations my children are home but the nightmare is still not over. How are our children allowed to be removed through lies and fraudulent petitions? My constitutional rights have been stripped from me as a result of abuse of authority by family court judges and by a biased court appointed child attorney. I have been subject to such abuse through family court and cps as well as family court judges, attornies, and child attornies. I have been manipulated and lied to. My son David Ealy at 3 months was kidnapped by 57 County and State Officials, the abduction occurred on April 3 2013 they claimed that I Larry E. Ealy was not the legal father even though the biological father, the conspirators arrested me on April 1 2013 brought me before corrupted Judge Nick Kuntz, Kuntz was brought in when the Montgomery County Ohio Prosecutors Office reused to file criminal charges due to the fact nothing criminal had occurred Kobi Cooper of CSB and Detective Swisher of the DPD Dayton Police Department conspired and got Kuntz to sign an order to produce my son on March 21 2013 the affidavit was not served to me I had filed an protection order in Hamilton County Ohio Kuntz ignored the pending case and had the agents to storm into my home at gun point holding my other 4 teenagers at gun point when they took David at the time of the raid the agents had conducted a door to door search for my son the judges here must be stopped and brought to justice under common law tort action. a Rico Act is under way against the corrupt activity is Dayton Ohio and Montgomery County, the conduct here is a pattern of practice allowed by congress and the federal government to continue the people must step up and change State Law concerning child trafficking and abduction. The cover up is continuing in my sons case where the people in Cleveland Ohio who have my son have not used his legal last name Ealy, they all must be brought to justice.REPORT COMMENTS

My wife and I are being screwed over by CPS. We've done everything that judge Burke ordered us to do and yet CPS is trying to prolong our 15, 12, year old, and 10 1/2 month old daughters to come back home to be where they belong, which is with me and my wife since we're their parents. cps workers should be fired through all the states and county and prosecuted under the rico law for defrauding 29c form and ruining immigration reform as well...... I did research of my own poor... a lot of people suffer because of dhs/cps and our friendly undocuments immigrants that cps think they can abuse there own government and separate family that don't need... they stole both of my kids and my parents......... it interrupted jose vargas they detain parents as well and they keep their kids..... true story... sorry to all undocumented that suffer from all this... dhs needs to be prosecuted and judges that use the grants illegaly......REPORT COMMENTS
