CPS is OUT OF CONTROL! I wonder how our lawmakers would like this to happen to them and their beloved children & grandchildren? CPS knows no boundaries, it could just as easily be them grieving the senseless, and devastating loss of the innocent children they love. PERFECT families do not exist, we all have opportunity for improvement . this doesn't make us bad bad parents. Since when is financial hardship considered "criminal" or "child abuse" in this country? The only answer to this issue is to take someone's children? Seriously, CPS?? With all the resources you have, and are aware of, this is the only way to help these families? By removing children from loving homes and PAYING foster families to keep them? Why not give this financial assistance to the childs family to correct the problem and avoid the trauma to the children when you remove them and keep them from their parents? SHAMED ON YOU CPS! AND SHAME ON THE US GOVERNMENT for allowing this to be possible in this country . Each and every individual one of you, will one day stand before god, as we all will. I live in Humboldt county and my mentally challenged daughter was recently removed from my home by public guardian.they are destroying a mother daughter bond that has been there for 25 yrs.she has a seizure disorder and needs 24 hr care.I feel that her health is not being taken care of properly.they have only allowed me one visit since they took her 2 weeks ago.every time I call them for a visit the staff is rude and has some excuse.REPORT COMMENTS

I am a grandparent who has lost my five grandchildren to a corrupt system here in Macon Georgia. My grandchildren have been in foster care since May 12. I have been denied to have my grandchildren come live with me. The department of family and children services here in Macon Georgia are taking children from their families for any reason they can find only to receive grant funding for them. They falsify documents and lie under oath to keep the kids. They re-open closed cases only to receive money for the children. The department has had my three older grandchildren placed on medication, it is said this increases the funding. They do not follow protocol, procedures that are mandated by the state. For over three months my daughter and I did not see the children it was as if they were abducted off the face of the earth. They would not provide documentations, of any sort, the department does not respond to phone calls. They have case plans that are long and never ending for the parents. Many parents are still attending case plans, and their children have been in foster care for one to four years and some even longer. They have no intentions of returning the children back to their families. I a meeting with several mothers and families today to discuss the abuse that we have endured from this corrupt organization. Our civil rights have been violated on every level, as a matter of fact the constitution does not apply to our families and children. We have been to many hearings in the juvenile courts, the judge has no interest in making fair decisions, or even talking with families to determine the truth, his decisions are already predetermined, he is unprofessional and does not care, whatever the case workers present which are always lies, he does not question, just sits their waiting for it to be over. This organization that is suppose to help families in need instead they have found a way to sell our children to strangers for profit. What country do we live in? What is the government doing to our families? It is time that our country to come back to the values and principles it was founded son by our forefathers. CPS is corrupt! They do not care about our children they only care about the money they are receiving to remove our children from their family, they are mentally destroying our children.REPORT COMMENTS

While 241kids take kids away from their parents it hurts the kids of those parents who get wrongfully acused of abuse that never happens and theirs no help for the parent or parents who have been victims of 241 kids,cps etc they never check to see if the allegations are true they just come in promise the kids back and lie to the parents when they are wrong I have been targeted by 241kids and I'm still a victim of their wrongfull doing thing like government sevices that are pose to be to protect the kids and the family don't protect and have the interest in always putting families back togather they split up families instead of putting them back togatherREPORT COMMENTS

I'm definitely in. I was wrongly accused and moved from my family home due to my ex-spouse and adult son using drugs with our 15 year old daughter. I found out and tried to stop it. When she was caught at school with drugs and DCF was called in they supported neglect on both parents. Ex told me to leave during the intake meeting due to my telling what was going on in the house. I lost everything due to the DCF intake worker telling me to get restraining orders to get ex and son out of house. They found out and filed restraining orders on me. DCF left me homeless, never ever met with me, DCF refused to take my accusations against ex and adult son seriously at all. I worked 2 jobs all my life to take care of my family, provide a good home and took very good care of my children. There were people who tried to stand up for me and DCF refused to speak with them, They tore the family apart and now my daughter is hooked on all kinds of drugs and took off to Florida with a known felon, who is in prison in Florida. My life has been turned upside down and I lost everything I had in my life due to DCF. Falsely accused and suffering.REPORT COMMENTS

Comment written on behalf of all parents as they are often blind sided and many do not know their rights nor are informed about their rights when they becomes named and/or involved as it pertains to alleged CA/N also known as child abuse/neglect. Study states includes but is not limited to the following: Atlanta, Washington State, California, Mississippi, Massachusetts, Florida, and Louisiana. Two states will be referenced as materials relied upon includes fictitious records which includes Washington State Children's Administration records as well as Remann Hall/Pierce County Juvenile Court Records. The records do not align nor match activities and/or investigations and reports. Actions of this nature not only compromise public safety and integrity of Juvenile/Family Courts, but compromise research as the Children's Administration Federal Administration rely on data submitted by state agencies nationwide as it relates to IV-B/IV-E federal funding. When data is manipulated, it further compromise research as OPRE was not able to determine an authentic cause as to why 515 households reported ZERO hours as it relates to TANF formerly known as AFDC and currently known as Temporary Aid for Needy Families. In cross relating TANF to IV-B/IV-E programs, foster care system is being used for other than other purposes rather for intentional purposes to fund programs which relates to real acts of child abuse and/or neglect which is dubbed CA/N in the social service world. Findings includes, but is not limited to the following as it is impossible to speak about any and/all acts which not only relates to gross misconduct but extends to acts which are criminal in nature as it relates to manipulation of altering records which many some includes OMB forms, to using databases for other than intended purposes. This statement refers to actions which involves illegal data sharing, use of federal employees identifying information in order to wage attacks on Armed Forces, DFAS, and Thrift Savings Plan Accounts. In stating this, this refers to what folks mistakenly dub as "security breaches" and/or "hackers" relating to cyber security. No one but those who have access to certain type of databases hold a clearance to retrieve and.or share data. ***Activities went undetected as majority of operations occurred outside of the database which extends to Dept of Defense, OPM, at least one military base: Ft Sill. *Data was exchanged though hard records were pulled which explains some not all activities dealing with federal employees information being shared and reported to welfare agencies such as Department of Social & Health Services and Children's Administration at local levels. Majority of communication is off of the record and contained in other databases which are not secured and not supposed to be used to store sensitive materials such as social security numbers and military related information. My cousin in New York state, Jamestown, NY to be exact has been sent through soooo many hoops so she can get her babies back, only to be rejected time and time again for so many random and ridiculous accusations. It is very concerning to me that this happens to "young inexperienced" parents, instead of helping and teaching. THE SYSTEM DOESNT WORK>>>>KIDS ARE KEPT FROM REGULAR PEOPLE excessively and others are DYING FROM LACK OF SUPERVISION! Someone needs to really look at this BROKEN SYSTEM! OUR CHILDREN DESERVE IT.....THEY ARE ALL OUR FUTUREREPORT COMMENTS
