The Placer County Courts tyranny and corruption following the Polices' Battery of my pregnancy and now placing criminal charges on me, transferring the case to Family Law to avoid rules of law and broadcast slander about me after I've suffered helping my kid alone since he was born. Why aren't people held accountable for the oaths they're sworn in with and laws they're breaking? They've inflicted me with emotional distress and financial cost for 10 years now, falsifying reports to bring me down after my seriously hard struggle to make it and be able to support my son. My 5 month old son and I were evicted from an apartment after paying good rent into them for 3 years. The court would not even look at motions I filed in the court for the illegality of the Apartment people. The police have refused to take reports for me after numerous crimes were committed against me and my son. We have no one in our corner.REPORT COMMENTS

my children been taken by cps and in foster care 2 years now all they keep saying is they want to come home my daughter 12 and she is hanging out with 14,15,16, year olds they had her on a bunch of meds she started refusing them and my son is 10 my daughter is in mary graham hall she been running away started doing drugs been to juvenile hall and might b pregnant AT 12 when i told the sw's supervisor and asked how can we prevent her from running away he said we cant and when she runs its only for a couple hours i said i thought u were supposed to make sure shes safe that's why u took her from me he said at the end of the day your daughter is the only to make the decision to stay safe we cant force her to stay here but they can keep her from coming homeREPORT COMMENTS

I have been harassed by cps for years and I'm going through a painful time now with them , I dropped my prescription medicine my 2 1/2 year old put one in his mouth and spit it out immediately, I then rushed him straight to the e.r. where we stayed for observation he had no effects , cps showed up i did not want to speak with them without an attorney or my case manager there, they came with an order to remove him from me, my son had never really even been away from me, everything they submitted to the judge to take my son was lies, it's been three months with no progress every visit I've seen my son he's had bruises big one on his face cps said I was lying about it fortunately I had taken a picture I've tried to speak with case worker in regards to this and she gets very angry and says I'm nit picking ,my 2 year old told me the foster family spanks him and cps said they don't belive that at all even though he said it to me and one of there employees , every single visit my son has bruises on his butt and upper legs right below his bottom , he just today had a big lump on his eye that was starting to bruise and had a big bite on his inner thigh , the visit supervisor called cps worker when visit ended , they are always trying to say to a judge I have substance abuse issues but yet I've been harassed for five years by them and they have not once in 5 years and hundreds on drug screens received a dirty test they took my last son and told me I would never get him back , they threatened me to take my son they have now , when he was born they said if I didn't sign off on Tommy they would take mekhi, I did evert thing and then some required of me with over 7 professionals behind me to back this whole thing up , they gave my son to a man that works in the courts with the judge that was on case the aag, as well as being close friends to the cps workers involved, the foster dad was caught getting in state computers reading up on me fosters were caught numerous times breaking mine and my babies confidentiality they was never repermamded these fosters was a conflict of interest , the case I have open now also is a crock , cps told people things about me also every one involved 3 attorneys and 5 professional said they have it out for me and don't like me at all, I've been totally messed worth worth these people they stole my son Tommy and now trying to do same with my son mekhi the corruption Is unreal and I have no one to turn to for help with this , they have kidnapped 2 of my children legally and been able to do so they lie and twist things this is hurting my son and me deeply , u don't know how these people can sleep at night knowing all these children they have stolen just to get 4 to 6 grand for each one taken ..I need a prayer and justice against cps so many professionals believe this should be in media I've been asked if someone could write a book on my story. . Was falsely accused of sexual abuse by my stepdaughter to Delaware county cps NY with no evidence to prove here statement factual and with the Delaware county da investigators even saying every time they interviewed her its was a different story so because of this I was removed from my home by threats from cps workers that then went after the mother of my children and threatened her that they are taking the kids away from her unless she files papers in family court for orders of protection so I couldn't see my children and still out of my home sense Jan 2015 all this with no evidenceREPORT COMMENTS

Trying to take ours for "Medically neglecting" by taking my niece to the dentist for an abscess tooth, stating in the initial complaint we refused to take her to the hospital but 45 mins after they got the call they found us........at Tampa general hospital and on top want a case plan and rehab for testing positive on 1 test that i dispute. not going to take mine, getting lawyer, former adaREPORT COMMENTS

I have an open case with CPS in VA ; I just filed an appeal and my goal is to overturn my case. CPS brought a lot of unnecessary trauma and sadness into my children's lives, and in the lives of my entire family. With absolutely no prior warning the incomprehensible removal of my children happened when one of my 3 daughters was fighting for her life in the hospital. Since that day I have read about many court cases that are very similar to mine, and many cases worse than mine, and I really don't understand why our government is allowing CPS' abuse of power to continue...it's very sad and scary to know that children all over the country are being molested, beaten, raped, and even killed in the hands of the foster care system that is supposed to be protecting these children from harm.REPORT COMMENTS

The corruption of cps in the state of Arizona is overwhelming. To many children have died at the hands of a mother, father, boyfriend etc, when clearly these children fell through the cracks or were just ignored by cps caseworkers. In the meantime children being taken out of loving and caring homes get caught up in this corrupt system and put into foster homes where they are abused. WE NEED THIS CHANGED!!!! My rights were terminated in March of 2015 my parents every plea and effort to get my kids out of the foster home and with them was ignored. My children have been molested in that home the foster parents who now will try adopting my children they had lost there own children 3 years prior to taking in mine. YET they can do foster care and adopt my babies when my own parents never even had a traffic ticket and have been together since 7th grade. Judge even said on the record there was a substantial bond with me and with my parents STILL nothing . I have an appeal in the works but we all know those chances are slim. My heart is forever broken as my children cry out to come home. They think we just didnt want them anymore HOW CAN this being told to my children be in there best interest. This country needs to wake up to this our children is the countries future and here we allow all this trauma to take place. These govt agencies and the foster care system all these ppl will one day have to face our maker and that is when my children and others alike will see justice i am afraid,,,lets hope they see it before that.REPORT COMMENTS

I had my daughters ripped from my home because of inch tall Marijuana plants that my ex was growing not me. I have done everything and then some to get my daughters back. They force me into signing 2 of my babies off to get my older daughters home. They have lied and made false accusations against me and my lawyers are a joke.
