In Catskill New York here in my opinion and experiences they all grew up together or are relatives in all the agencies here and if you are not in their group you go through hell .. and nothing is fair and when you rely on a public defender then nothing ever goes the fair way. Their records all need to be looked at immediately. They ruin people's lives. In my opinion. ...thank you. -

Today October 21 2015 our president Barack Obama is in my state of West Virginia talking about te epidemic on drug use and abuse, I have been fighting a CPS case since November 16 2012 trying to get my children home after tey was taken over 2 failed drug tests for Meth, to this preset day October 21 2015 I've taken 297 clean tests, Im still taking 2 tests a week, a pharmacologist was brought into court to testify that the OTC vicks vapor inhaler was what skewed my drug tests due to the main ingredient is levomehtanohetimine, since he wasn't a toxicologists his testimony wasn't erelavant enough in the courts of Clay co West Virginia, I did everything they threw at me to do, but they still proceeded to terminate my parental rights last year, filed an appeal through the Supreme Court, they didn't over turn it or some reason, I need help!! I never went I to the hospital to have an addicted baby like parents out here are doing today, I never had any kind of addiction to anything Other than the love of my children, I still get to see my 16 yr old daughter, but they haven't allowed me to see my 13 yr old son 5 yr old son and 3 y old daughter since last year...this county and families need help, I need help before they proceed with adoption, maybe with your help I still might have a chance to get my children back home where they belong ! I personally have been targeted by social services because of my husband's family history. I live in a small town where cps can/will take your kids just from hear-say. It's ridiculous that these people think that it's OK to put families through this. Instead of offering help to parents right off...they take their children and then say oh well they just need to do drug screens and we will keep their kids from them for a year or 2. then give the kids back and take them again in 6 months. these people really need to be investigated.REPORT COMMENTS

Wrongfully took my 2 month old twins from me while admitting to having no proof of abuse or neglect and lying to the court stating that I denied them of all medical attention but their medical records show otherwise. They are now 8 months and I still don't have them back.REPORT COMMENTS

After watching the deplorable way CPS handled the case of the child that SHOULD BE OUR GRANDSON, I will NEVER cooperate with or encourage CPS involvement in any case that does not include REAL PROOF OF ENDANGERMENT to a child. CPS coerced his mother in signing over her parental rights...there's no other words for it. The same court that gave away one child, allowed her to keep another. REMARKABLE. It should be noted the child she kept is a happy, intelligent, highly-functioning, delightful, charming, promising child...what a bad mother she must have had!REPORT COMMENTS

I got a DUI Walmart children were not in the vehicle with me the state trooper went over and found them to be safe with a sober save babysitter CPS came by my house several times and found the girls to be safe and noted so and mother not intoxicated the police came by my home in the middle of the night and noted my children were safe and bad in that I was not intoxicated CPS violated my 4th amendment lied and forth her way up on me by threatening to take my children in that moment to get into my home they removed my children saying that there was a potential risk of danger because I had gotten a DUI though nothing was ever established that my children were in danger since then they have been in foster care and continuously complain of being abused with the belt emotional abuse and my 3 year old has contracted genital herpes in their care this system does as they please refuses to move my children I've been through to club attorneys before I finally got to a good one that is advocating for me and my children please God someone help our children from these easy evil corrupt peopleREPORT COMMENTS
