I need a lawyer and they cost so much. No one listens or looks at your evidence. These people want you to lie. There are tons of people involved in the case lieying and forcing witnesses to lie. Kids are suffering in foster care from abuse and neglect. The corruption here is sad and if you know someone they will be help push it under the rug. They had a case against me then closed the case because my son had an allergic reaction. Then they came out and kidnapped my son. My family here in Texas was ripped apart due to CPS services all 3 of my children were in their custody at one time or the other it was based upon false information and false evidence and affidavits which is exposed yet nothing was done it took years to correct the situation and have the case dismissed against me however the damage remains with my family we are not close as we should be due to their intervention. The courts are corrupt in Texas they know this expect something to be done immediately and I expect restitution for all the damage that was causedREPORT COMMENTS

Now is the time for all good people to come to the aide of our children. The cop who raped my daughter from the age of 5 1/2 to 13(among 6 other victims), is no longer a registered sex offender. THE cps worker who knew about the previous conviction of beastiality and other criminal records is now enjoying her life in one of the most beautiful sections of Washington State. I am in my ninth year of family court activity. Lost property and assets with NO due process, left to raise two children with no financial support while deadbeat ex husband is allowed to file literally years of frivolous motions against me to cause more financial harm. Children were pawns until he fled jurisdiction. Collusion between his attorney and our judge well documented, but DOJ will not help. Family court denies victims of crime equal protection of the laws and due process while enabling criminals and abusers. Victims are without protection while those who violate laws are rewarded.REPORT COMMENTS

Dismantle the entire family court completely. We need a clean sweep. Horror stories in family court abound. These judges and attorneys should be removed from office and forever banned from working in a government or civil service capacity. Remove all immunity for all judges except the US Supreme Court. Dissolutions should be dealt with in civil court and juries should be brought back. (Anyone who has ever been to family court would be the first to volunteer to sit on a jury to help insure justice instead of leaving things up to he corrupt judges and colluding attorneys.) Allow non-intrusive recording in the courtroom to bring to light to atrocities in courtrooms committed by judges attorneys and deputies, court staff, etc. There is nary a judge in the county not involved in RICO violations and racketeering. The judges, attorneys, mental health consultants, clerks, GAL, evaluators, mediators, social services, police, family "justice centers, dependency attorneys, CPS are ALL COMPLETELY CORRUPT. There is TRULY NO ONE out there that HELPS families. Even some of the so-called assistance agencies do nothing for victims of domestic violence. They turn away victims in favor of offering services to those who are not as deeply affected and in need of as much help. Family court is nothing more than a massive industrial complex designed to employ the corrupt abusive workers. Families are destroyed, women and children are left homeless and destitute while attorneys and judges collude and make millions. Its nothing more than a money making machine for those employed. White children and babies are stolen and essentially sold, babies of color are housed in horrific abusive foster facilities and drugged for a decade while psychiatrists made hundreds of thousands in income from medication management, medicaid payments, and pharma kickbacks. Adults and children who are isolated and without resources (often because of domestic abuse) but have insurance are abducted and sentenced to involuntary psychiatric holds based on nothing more than false claims to increase profits for the private psych hospitals, a growing industry based solely on fraud.REPORT COMMENTS

This is so true this nonsense needs to be stopped. Ive wasted my life savings on attorney's. Over false alligations by my x wife. She needed to get her green card and after 14 years of marriage decided to do it by filling a VAWA ( violence against women act ) self patition. I was alienated from my 9 year old son for 3 months. Wasnt able to see him, talk to him or know his whereabouts. While the DA's office helps an illegal immigrant kid nap him over supposed felony domestic violence because she claims I threw my cell phone at her and over a picture thats over a year old of a scratch on her scalp which she had gotten when I pushed her away from me because she was punching me in the face. The cops were never and have never been called to my house for domestic violence. I have no past record or accusations of violenence. Yet they never asked me my thoughts or told me what was going on. I took a month after she left before she filed any greivance with the police. My poor son gets tortured over his moms lies and the judicial system. I recently have been granted 9 hours supervised visits costing me over $1100. a month. And costing my son his childhood. These goverment organizations just jump in to action over any claim and dont do any questioning of both parties or detective work. Her story has changed multiple times as well as my sons. Its so obvious he's being manipulated. I have been treated guilty from the beginning. All I want is my time with my son and to end this nightmare.REPORT COMMENTS

My family has been torn apart by a spiteful, vindictive woman and a crazy judge who was stupid enough to go along with her BS! All due to the fact that she had an obvious distaste for our attorney. When my finace's ex found out he asked me to marry him, she went through the roof. Finding nothing against me, she went after my 6 year old daughter! Made up some bogus story about my 6 year old touching her 3 year old daughter. I know this did not happen because me and her dad were standing right across the hall when this so-called incident occurred. This was on a Saturday. Sunday afternoon before he took the kids back to their mother, I had given the 3 year old a bath. Nothing wrong with her. The following monday morning, the mother calls dad claiming that the daughter is crying an was "fire-engine red". Mother took her to ER to have rape kit done only several hours later after the brother had gone to school. There's one red flag right there! If you thought something happened to your child wouldn't you take them immediately?! Dad and I got a copy of the hospital report after being served an ex parte against my 6 year old. There was nothing wrong with her at all! Doctors notes stated no redness, no rash, no swelling, no nothing! The day of court, every time the dad and I were asked a question, we were blatantly cut off by the judge or the incompetent guardian ad litem who for one, never even met the 3 year old! We were not allowed to present any of our evidence, which included the hospital report, and my phone records from the day the mother called me impersonating a prosecuting attorney! Which by the way is a federal crime (impersonating any law enforcement officer) and documents showing how this woman has abused the judicial system previously by filing ex partes against my finace and his dad several times before, only to drop them days before the court date. The judge would hear nothing we had to say and in the end granted the order! Due to the fact we wasted hundreds of dollars on a useless attorney we did not have the funds to file an appeal. So for the last 2 years now we have kept our families apart, and only get to see each other every other weekend. The saddest part is, you gotta be pretty sick to put your own children through that just because you're ****ed about never getting a proposal. You really have to ask yourself why?REPORT COMMENTS

I had someone make FALSE allegations about me to this JOKE of an agency known as CPS back in 2005. Although there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING (evidence) supporting these lies, I was put though the ringer! After their "investigation" was over, and after realizing that this was a clear case of BS, my case was closed. Now I'll bring you all up to date: in 2015 I received a call from my daughter (the same daughter that the aforementioned case was about), stating that CPS was attempting to remove my grandchildren from her care and temporarily place them elsewhere! I was livid, so quite naturally I assured my child that I would take them. Well, CPS denied me because of the former LIES against me 10 years ago! I want to join you all in this fight for the sake of our children, grandchildren, and the like, because these people need to be held accountable for the lives they continue to destroy!
