We have audio of a father sexually exposing himself in a public bathroom at a reasturant while the Guardian Ad Litem is present but everyone turns the evidence down. The child discloses to the father let me play with your sword as the child had a hidden audio recorder which correlated to the forensic reports that were done on multiple scenarios but still turned down.REPORT COMMENTS

I have experienced this personally in a case with my children. The medical evidence backs up abuse, yet the CPS worker thinks my child is lying. It is a horrible feeling when you are afraid you cannot protect your child and the entities that are supposed to protect your child do not act.REPORT COMMENTS

I am a Mandated Reporter for tge State of California and I have witnessed child abuse and the victims told CPS about the danger they were in with their mother and stepfather and CPS did nothing. Even with the bruises that I took pictures of and the stepfather admitting to some of the incidents. The young children are still in harms way and the 7 year old is getting repotty trained due to the sexual abuse. What is the point of having Mandated Reporters when our voices don't matter?REPORT COMMENTS

my brother and sister always stay with grandma and grandpa even be for she left us for her pimp rick she is a lyre trying to not go to jail and cps and stupid judge wont test her but i know she has boyfriends off the internet that she uses and buys drugs from and the government gives her a phone to have. i took it so they would catch her and the guys on it but my layer gray said its stolen so he wouldn't look at it. So now we still have to see her she puts my father in jail because she always fights him so she can go out all nite the cops would beat him and never lisen to us. i hate her and her family they are gross and the judge makes us go to the discussing house on Friday and Saturday. her sister dose not ever come and watch us like she is so-posed to. she makes her friends watch us so she can text with guys for money or so she can go out to eat and no one beliefs us they all ways take her side but shes not my mom and uses us. why do you let her get away when she made this happen to my dad and don't care about my grand parents who do care about us. my friends and every one says it to them but now they are lying toREPORT COMMENTS

My beloved granddaughter was taken from my daughter and DCFS Pasadena continues to thwart my attempts to take custody of her. Their nightmarish actions have destroyed my granddaughter's precious life, decimated the family she loved and was loved by, and the blatant corruption and lies they have blasted onto my beloved daughter and granddaughter are unstopped and unpunished. Their destruction of families' civil rights is a fact that no one has the courage to stop in this United States of America. It is truly disgusting and can be compared only to ISIS tactics of evil deeds heaped upon humans at will and at their own whim. I want my granddaughter. I love my granddaughter. I am a paralegal, going back to school to get my degree in the state of California, and I will not stop until I have rescued this beloved child from the grips of this huge mass destructive persons called DCFS. CPS harasses and threatens innocent families while real child abuse continues. My son has developmental disabilities and has been "interviewed" by CPS workers. Its is a services racket and splits up families based on accusations. You are guilty until proven innocent and are powerless against the accusations leveled against you. Hello my name is Candace Starr, me and my 4 kids recently move to Lexington Kentucky August 28,2012. On Jan 22, 2014 CHFS also known as the DHS came in my home and remove my kids. They stated that on November 21, 2013 the Cabinet received a report about inappropriate housing, drug use, Inappropriate discipline and exposure to violence. The CHFS stated that my son (Gamarius) reported that his Uncle Brandon has hit him with an open hand in chest hard and it made his heart beat go fast and that my son Gamarius said that Brandon Smokes weed and drinks alcohol and curses them calling them "b's", "a's", "f's" and ho". The case worker never told me that my son said those things. I just found out this year of 2015 about the accusations, but what I do not understand is why they lie so much (CHFS). They have twisted my words on the paper work stating that I said I smoke weed and I said no such thing, I told her that I use to Smoke Marijuana and they put on the paper work that I said I smoke every other day when the kids is away at school which is LIE. I have been compliance with the DHS Also known CHFS for Two Years and they are trying to take away my rights and adopt my kids out. When I have never neglected, abuse, Expose them to any Violence, I never Inappropriate discipline my kids. I recently had a baby on August 8, 2014 he is now one, they took him from after the 4 days I spent with him in the hospital they stated that I was neglect, but how can I be a neglected parent if nothing on document says my kids was abuse by me the Mother CHFS also DHS in Lexington Kentucky need to stop taking parents kids and trying to adopt them out for the Mother. They have denied my Family my Sister Dorothy Starr to get my kids and under the State Law of Kentucky Siblings suppose to be the next step. My Caseworker Supervisor told my sister over the phone that she were not going to look into her information, unless the court order her too and then she asked my sister where was she 2 years ago, My family did not know anything about my kids being in the system because I always told lies that my kids was going to reunite with me and the whole time they just been wanting to adopt my kids out for money. My rights under the Constitutional 4th and 14 Amendment has been denied. It is not Fair and something needs to be done about this I am reaching out to anybody and everybody to help me get my kids home and not in the system for Adoption because me as a Mother do have rights and they are being denied. I have completed Parenting Class, Dropped over 150 times, and every one of paper work it states" Candace have been Compliance with Cabinet but we are concerned about Long-Term Stability how can they predict my future of how my kids will be taken care of. While I was deployed to Afghanistan, my ex wife had gone overboard with spending. She bankrupted the family (3 children). I finally had enough and filed for a divorce while I was deployed. Before I came back to the states, the NYS Warren County Family Court had granted her custody of my children, the marital home (which I purchased with my Mother's Life Insurance), and all of my belongings. Although completely broke, I was forced to pay her attorney fees and an additional month of arrears that I had no previous knowledge of. Throughout the next I was reinstated as a state trooper and making more than $20k less than when I was deployed. Judge Breen of the Warren County Family Court not only denied my modification petition, but also stated that it was a waste of his time. My attorney was not allowed to speak nor was I. I was bullied by my ex wife's despicable attorney again and again. He bombarded the court with false accusations, and commited perjury throughout the process. The attorney even claimed he knew everything about the military, which he looked like a fool everytime he said something. However, the court was so incompetent they believed everything he said. The day I signed the settlement, I had never seen it before. The attorneys went in with the judge and came out. My attorney told me that if I did not sign the settlement agreement, I would be forced to pay over $3k in child support and maintenance. I was living in poverty and really had no choice. Without the matter going to trial, I was forced to sign the settlement. While signing, I asked about clarification on things and was told they were standard and continued to be pressured to hurry through the document and sign. Since signing the document, my ex has been able to rack up unneccesary medical expenses while purposely going out of the healthcare network, she has hired babysitters full time and has been able to have the court force me to pay, she has enrolled my children in a private school with no financial means to pay for it, but simply sends me bills. At one point the court ordered I pay almost $10k in babysitting fees. The NY SCU simply froze all of my assets and took everything I had. I have been paying roughly $2,100 a month since January 2012, and have been forced to pay for virtually any expense she has created. She now works full time but does not have to show her income, she collects $650 a month in maintenance, and she owns several properties. The court and the lopsided vague settlement has allowed her to do anything she wants without being held responsible. I believe the media should get involved here on a National level and this injustice needs to stop. My ability to speak and defend myself has been taken away, I am living below the poverty level, my children are medicated and stuck in a private school, which they hate, and most importantly, my rights as a Father and a person have been completely disregarded.REPORT COMMENTS
