Florida court has issued an order to remove my liberties guaranteed under the constitution before I was allowed due process. This was issued under false allegations in family court. All criminal cases should be tried in the jurisdiction in which they occur also guaranteed by the constitution and by a jury not a judge and not in family court. I have been run through by the system. I did my case plan while I was homeless. God blessed me with a home and they still did not give me my children. If ANY discovery had been done by my COURT APPOINTED lawyer(that works for the same people I was up against), there never would have even been a case!! This must stop! Now they are with my parents who did a bad job of raising me and are getting too old too handle young children. Now my kids have to go through all the mess I had to, creating a vicious cycle. And my parents are in a power play with me and won't let me see my kids if not on their terms. They are MUCH better off with me and I refuse to ever give up!!REPORT COMMENTS

This is real and pervasive. The Family Court is harming more than 60,000 children per year by court ordering them into the hands of documented abusers and punishing the "protective parent" for doing what any loving parent would do; try to prevent more abuse. What is shared about corruption in DHS is also true. If you don't believe what is shared here, Google it. It's finally making news. These issues are wide spread from the smallest town to the largest metropolis. My personal experiences with this have been in Oregon and California, which mirror each other and NY and other states in their heartless greedy practices. I'm a loving mother of 3, widowed and remarried to someone who seemed the picture perfect remarriage partner who turned out to be monstrous. My children are gifted and were attending gifted arts schools, and are now living in constant danger with a man who is only natural father to one, after they were court ordered to live with our (convicted) abuser, no contact allowed with the rest of their family, friends, or former community. Seeking help from the "family courts" and CPS was a terrible, expensive, fatal error. The family courts are a money mill and if you don't have as much as your opponent you don't just lose...you lose your case, you lose everything plus your children who get handed over by court order to their molestors. Many of the children who end up in DHS custody are taken without due process, then quickly disappear into the system. Loving parents and relatives are shut out by DHS and the Juvenile Courts, then turn up in photos with new clothes and haircuts, advertised on the internet...on Craigslist even, for adoption to total strangers like stray puppies and kittens. Local DHS in various areas of this nation has been sued and settled for millions all over. In an up and coming city in the Northwest, civil lawsuits were settled out of court by DHS for millions on behalf the birth families of 3 children under the age of 7 who were taken from their natural family members and given into the custody of people with known histories of drug and sex crimes, raped and murdered during their DHS "placements." These "fosters" and "adopters" did not even undergo a full background check like you and I would if we wanted to get a job AND they were paid thousands a month in tax-sponsored child care funding per child. Adopters simply paid $6,000 apiece for full custody (aka ownership) of innocent defenseless children they then abused to death or sold for more into human trafficking. DHS workers have also been convicted of pedophilia! Did you know that "special needs" children fetch 3 times in government funding/kickbacks to the "Department of Human Services/Child Protective Services," many of whom are taken without cause, and if you go to view your file, as you have a right to, it has already been redacted/cleansed by the legal department to cover their tracks? My precious little boy was kidnapped by family and CPS , I was told to not fight it or it was going to be worse on my son. I was accused of drugs and baker acted about 11 times sense this started. I can not even leave the house without everyone looking at me like I'm trash. If I try to go visit with my baby he ends up with corporal punishment. If he does not cooperate with the beatings he is told he will be hit wherever the paddle goes. This is not what I thought America was about, boy was I wrong. They have said out of their own mouths that they will not be reprimanded, or fought with victory as a result for the person fighting. While they hysterically laughed in my face. When people feel that they are above the "real" law, and go by their own rules, thus leaving them untouchable, they become barbaric. I wouldn't trust them with my pets, so how do you think parents feel when they come for their children? If something isn't done soon, who knows what will happen. I was force in 317th court to sign papers that I did not understand by Judge Thorne thro Melody Pettite. That what the lawyer said. Debbie Lee paid her under the table to not truly fight for me. Debbie Lee slept with political persons to be where she was at while she was using drugs at the same time. Cps and the other judge in Montgomery County was black marketing with my case. Debbie Lee said drugs and gangs don't exist you just have a mental illness. She paid the state doctor to make me look mental ill. Rumor has it the adopted parents paid monthly for my where about to Vicki Viator. Vicki Viator is trying to tho me in jail to cover her insurance fraud and black marketing my children. The one I have just say there on his rear and never said anything to defend me. I'm a disabled vet and on ssi my wife is also not able to work due to her illness. What to do about a corrupt judge and his father was sent to prison for money laundering and running a bingo joint the Apple doesn't fall from a tree his court room needs audited and he needs to be impeached and release him of his duties and letting dcs tpr parents so they can get that moneyo for adoption that president Clinton signed for every child that get adopted the more funding they receive . a judge that is a general sessions judgewhen asked to recluse himself cause it would be a conflict of interest refuses to recluse himself cause he wants to hear a one sides case is a corrupt judge and should not be able to do juvenile cases and a judge who doesn't want to wear a robe is a judge who needs not be judge . have this fentress county judge looked into. Here in tn. When my wife was told to go to the hospital by the Dr in crossville tn and dcs took us to court to terminate our rights . judgewould not let me take my wife and called it a tactic. When it was an emergency and after all the dcs witnesses testified and it took 5 hrs and dcs was done the judge then let me take my wife to the hospital. The initial call was done by a internet company worker who we called to fixthe internet who called in a false report.the so called witness changed his story 6 times in his testimony and they said all the witnesses testimonies are truthfull and accurate please please help wiy With the corruption. I want to see my son and I'm afraid for my son . dcs has lies to me so many times even to my atty What to do . I havens seen my son in 4wks now they are always behind on visits and d a workers aint doing their duties as they should by reuniting the parents with the child asit says in their handbook . this probably never would ofgone this far if i as ked for a search warrentand I told them they were violating the 4th the 7th9th and14th ammendments. I made the cops mad and they told us if we didn't cooperate they were going to throw us in jail. When they couldn't find drugs they got mad and left but dcs didn't even try to see if the situation could be remedied they took my son and he's been in foster care ever since . Dhs hides behind the judge and their "policies" and the judge passes everything on to dhs so he doesnt have to do any real work and find out the truth... I witness a young woman be stripped of her home, belongings, 2 girls. girls are in the custody of a much older father who's own childhood had abuse. 5 children recently taken out of there home do to abuse . and the woman is in jail all because of a false allegation and because of a falsified restraining order. theres more atrocities in this case. how long will this continue. the entire fabric of America's future is being destroyed by the good old boy club. LAWYERS . CHOMOES NO MORE. any persons found guilty of destroying these children's lives should be STONED by the public until death takes them were they can hurt no more children.
