This is my second submission. Not only did the State of NH destroy my family after going for assistance in that state, I was forced to pay child support after the homeless situation in which the State refused to help. Even though, I myself as the mother did not receive child support. I now have a criminal background because I wanted to see my children while paying that child support. The State of NH destroyed my family, gave me a criminal background because of such, forced me to not be able to afford to live. I am a 55 year old woman who always worked and my children never had so much as a diaper rash without medical attention given to them while under my care. I needed housing assistance, the state refused to help in any way, and my problem is, why do they interfere in people's lives only to destroy them? Nothing of my experience in the State of NH was ever humane. My father was a WWII veteran who served his country for his country and his family, only to have them destroy his daughter's family. I will not be buried in the United States of America under any circumstances. My family is destroyed and I loved them with all of my heart. Wake up and take care of your own people. What is happening in this country is unconscionable. Listen to what the people of the State of NH and the United States are saying to you. You are government and yes, you are supposed to help your people, not support them, but allow them to be able to afford to live.REPORT COMMENTS

The last year and a half has been an absolute horror story, as a single mom for over 22 years, never was CPS/DHS behind my door, when my sons ex conceived and chose to do illegal activity, we reported it to the very ones required to protect the child, and yet they completely ignored our complaints, because a "foster care mother and father" wanted to adopt my grandchild, and they thought it was a sure thing, considering they are paid by the state to evaluate the very parents of these children, to state if fit or unfit psychologically,that just seems such a conflict of interest......and the things that have happened in the year and a half has been nothing short of a living hell, and so much so, that it has created PTSD, panic attacks and fear, for every child, and wondering, where do we turn now if we know for sure a child is being harmed??????????????????? I ask this, because I TRULY HAVE NO TRUST IN THE VERY PEOPLE WE SHOULD TRUST MOST, FOR THE SAKE OF ALL CHILDREN, IT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING THAT ANYONE WE REACH OUT TO, ARE REQUIRED TO REPORT TO DHS/CPS, AND ALL IT IS TO THEM IS MONEY, NOT SECURITY, NOT LOVE, NOT SAFETY, NOT JUSTICE, AND SURELY NOT OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS....... PLEASE PLEASE DO WHAT OUR FOREFATHERS INTENDED THIS AGENCY TO BE.....WHAT KIND OF SYSTEM IS IT, WHEN A COUNTY HAS GAURDIANSHIP OF A CHILD, YET THAT COUNTY REFUSES TO PROVIDE MEDICAL, FOOD AND FINANCIAL BENEFITS FOR THE CHILD, YET THEY SIT BACK AND COLLECT MONIES FROM THE FEDERAL PROGRAM FOR FOSTERCARE?????????????? Too many nights I have held my children in my arms as they cried themselves to sleep, crying about the pain their father has inflicted upon them, time and time again. Every single time reports were made about their fathers physical, mental, and drug abuse, and drug dealing. The CPS reports were always unfounded for him, and instead I am the one who is founded guilty endangering the welfare of my children because I knew what was happening and did not do anything about it fast enough. THaNK YOU, CPS for doing an awful job. Plus I do not have any valid evidence to prove that I am not guilty of the crime CPS has charged me with. This substantiated report stays on my record till my youngest is 28. I have since been fired from my childcare position. It took a lot for me to run away from, the family violence inflicted on us by, their father. I have lost all custody of my children. Thank you so very much Family Court. I can no longer rock my babies to sleep at night, to wipe their fears way. I can't even begin to explain to you how I really feel about the justice system in America.REPORT COMMENTS

I have been fighting for over two and a half years today eat my daughter back. I completed my case plan in well under the 18 month mark and have gone above and beyond what was asked of me. I have letters from multiple people including my psychiatrist, therapist and employer all stating how well I have done and continued to do. Not only has CPS completely ignored all of this, the judge has allowed this to happen. She even went so far as to say that allowing my 7 year old daughter to sit in my lap during the 1 hour a week visits I get with her was "completely inappropriate". This has GOT TO STOP!! I am in Wake County North Carolina. They have had my daughter in preadoptive placement for over a year and a half now though I have not had my rights terminated. They have manipulated my daughter, twisted my words and flat out lied! PLEASE PUT A STOP TO THIS!!REPORT COMMENTS

I am currently dealing with the crooked CPS right now. A false report was made on me and they didn't even investigatey home, myself, etc. They make up lies, they even tried getting my daughter to say I hit her.Even though my daughter told her several times I never got her CPS kept trying to get my daughter to say I did.
