I have my almost eleven month old grandson whom I've had since he was 3 days old. Cps now says that they don't think he is safe with me due to my 3 youngest children's father whom doesn't reside in my home, but because he has a pending case and in my home study I did not bring up because I thought it was irrelevant to my grandsons case I didn't see any reason in mentioning it! But now they want placement for my grandson somewhere else besides with me. So my question would be should I get a lawyer and do I have a chance on winning this case -

Yes, children have been taken by evil social workers, removed from loving homes and placed where GAL and all their supervisors can place them. My 4 beautiful grandchildren were illegally kidnapped in March 2014. They have been in 6 dirty, verbally and physically abusive foster, group homes, and mental institutions. They have lived with me 4 different times and their mother 1 time. They are sad, confused, depressed, unhappy and ask when they can come home. This illegal kidnapping and adoption is unlawful!!! It has to stop! This is my family and I was told by social worker, Morgan, that I would not be having anymore visits because I didn't follow their visiting policy!!! I did nothing wrong... I don't understand what is wrong with the 3 senators that refused the reform children act 2016. Oh senators wanted to keep the incentives money rolling and rolling..REPORT COMMENTS

Perjury is the reason so many kids are put up for adoption even if they haven't been abused or neglected! Kevin storm and Jeffrey asprocolas in the Vancouver office fabricate sick stories about families for court and their supervisors ignore every complaint because the supervisors lie to the court just to hurt families. I'm suing in federal court because cps violated my civil rights and created a false case. Cps don't investigate abuse, they take kids and give them away. They'll have trials to terminate your rights without you or your attorney being in the court room!! They intimidate parents, threaten families, lie to families about their rights and commit perjury. The attorney general complaint process ignore every concern because they're the attorneys for the state. Office of ombudsman and constitute relation ignore ignore every concern even when you provide evidence of perjury and civil rights violations. My Grand-Daughter was taken August 11th, 2016. CPS did not have a warrant and she was NOT in any imminent danger. She has never been abused, neglected or witnessed domestic violence. I am in Mason county Washington two weeks ago My children were taken from me after an incident involving my girlfriend. She was subsequently arrested and a restraining order placed against her from returning to the property. The next day CPS arrived stated that "I" was under investigation for abuse/neglect. I explained the incident of the previous night and explained that the hazard was mitigated in that the person that that had brought on this investigation had a restraining order. They then began to attack me... I have been a savior of these children, this last January, the mother of both was charged and subsequently convicted of 2nd degree assault on my 10y/o daughter and is currently serving a three year prison sentence for this charge. These children are far from afraid of me and have NEVER in any definition of that term been abused or neglected by me. Never the less the children were taken and placed into custody of my sister then days later taken from her and placed two counties away into the custody of a brother to the biological mother...ya know the one in prison for assaulting my/her daughter...the one with a 10yr no contact order against her. Both of these moves conducted without a family team meeting. my son was taken from me right at birth,when that day i was just suppose to meet the cesarian dr. for the first time.initially to set the date to have him.but when we got there i was put on a fetal monitor and we were told a hour later to go and get admited into the hospital,was givin very little explanation of what was wrong.we were just told that there might be blood flow issue.long story short we are still trying to get our son home.they took him due to our past history with them over 10+years ago sepreratly,they say that even though weve givin them clean UAs,have our own apartment,and have provided everything the baby needs,that theres no parent or gaurdian available to take care of him.there is no inament danger of any sort and we are trying to leave our past history in the past and are very differant people now.but yet they have kidnapped my child and robbed me of the bonding and time that i should have had for there paychecks.no amount of money can give us those precious moments back ever.they have no right to play god like they have been and i hope that justice serves them in life and after.REPORT COMMENTS

Jeffrey Asprocolas and Kevin storm, in the vancouver office, fabricate stories for court, fabricate evidence, put false calls in files, lie on police officers, lie on your kids, create false letters from parents claiming parents said they don't love their kids, they harass and threaten parents who provide evidence to supervisors when they're lying on you. They're narcissistic and dishonest. They're pathological liars. Kevin storm is emotionally abusive and very disrespectful when he talks to people. Kevin write letters to the court pretending to be the parents of the children because he has mental problems. I'm filing a lawsuit against the state because Kevin Storm and Jeffrey never told the truth to the court about my case. They were angry when I showed them evidence of my children never being abused and my federal background check showing that I was licensed to own a daycare center and I didn't have a history of abuse or neglect but, they lied to the court saying I have a long history of abuse and child neglect. They lied about me having a therapist and even made up a name for her. I provided evidence from Columbia river mental health showing that I didn't have a therapist but, they still told the court I was crazy with mental problems. They can't tell the truth about anything. We got to get this my daughter was abused in care and one of the girl's got brave and started to video secretly the abuse and I got the video and reported it all the way to the President of the USA and no help the little girl got sent to the other side of the us in a boot camp for telling andmy daughter was withheld from school food her family and moved ten times and suicife attempts she must a attemptend 50aand she is still in their care they refused to let any of my family have her and they put her in a group home then in 6 different foster homes or she was abused I have pictures of all this day every time every part of it they would make it by her on her and punish her for it and now she is in a hole and the CPS worker still abusing my daughter I meant to leave but anyway that you can my daughter has call Marc on her she has blood she has had bruises and if she's not getting proper care that she needs and now this family my daughters with love her r good to her and the Cps worker at south bend officer said if shw can b gpod then maybevtuey can adopt her but not til dhes good...is thst sayimg she dont deservebto b loved... I know i cant get my kids back i fpught it did the stuff tuey esnted still not good enough...they let my youngesr and oldest go witj my family but not my middle one the pne tje cps foster care and now the CPS workers telling my daughter that if she's a good enough good for 6 months that maybe they can adopt her.. my kids were taken on a false allegation my son is with two lesbians amd they let my oldest daughter they let her quit school and my middle daughter the CPS worker head a Vengeance on her anyway because of the fight between my daughter and her daughter when her daughter was staying at my house and she's made my daughter pay since.. I was a foster parent and had an allegation that was proven to be unfounded. I turned my foster care license in on my own terms. Now 2 years later I am trying to reinstate my license because I have kinship in foster care and they are using an unfounded allegation against me. And a other fals accusation that i was looking for goast with the weapon . My American amendment has been broken am i not allowed to bare arms in my own home to protect my family? Either way they got custady of my children with no signs of abuse neglect or anyother form of negligence . My children were found dependence of the state of wa illegaly by a superior court judge on basis of my husband only and gave me the kids back, in order to hold personal jurisdiction to our case so she could have authority over my husband because of his criminal record that was over 9 years old with his relationships with other females. So she ordered him to do all kinds of things and had an order placed so he could not see me or his kids. And had me remove and seperate all of our assets together, only because of his criminal history that was 9 years old he had no other offences in 9 years. Then when i was in a near fatal car accident two months later, the kids were taken from me since i was hospitalized and given to my mom who didnt even know our kids all the way in indiana. Without me even being able to talk, because she didnt want my husbands family to have anything to do with the kids. because as she said she could not legally inforce no contact between the kids and their father if his family gets them, so she gave them to some one she new wouldnt allow contact because she lived so far away. even though my husbands family are all foster parents and who the kids new. Then the casa helped my mother file 3rd party custody of the our kids and obtained council for her which we had no clue of, even though we went to court every month in superior court in front of the same judge. Until there was an order for dismisal of dependency because third party was established by order of default for us not showing to the hearing. When we whent to court for the dismisal, we were told we were served court papers by a public notification in the news paper and not by hand which gave them proper cause to grant gaurdianship to my mom in indiana because we did not show to court. And our case was dissmissed. If thats not illegal then what is.REPORT COMMENTS

I too am living this nightmare dcf removed my three children and placed them in foster care i was never charged with anuse or neglect but because my social worker told me they were going to have to split the kids up i released them to their estranged father who took off with them and used them as a way to hurt me. I begged them to investigate him first he was jobless and homeless i found him miles away in a homeless shelter in Virginia. He continued to evade me for two years and recently robbed a bank at gunpoint and is currently facing very serious charges yet the state of Virginia on allegations alone released my children to the grandfather my kids fathers dad and i am once again thousands deep in attorney debt fighting for my civil rights no one being held accountable or investigated but myself.....i am in a living hell living a nightmare and being told that my kids vomit after speaking to me its a manipulation of control and it needs to end.....REPORT COMMENTS
