So...I don't get it. Obviously this is a HUGE problem in Washington. Why hasn't anyone filed suit against the state? I just discovered this board because I recently met a women who spent her entire childhood in foster care . Years later the documents that were used to process her into the system were determined to be fake. There is therefore no record of who she really is, or where she actually came from. She appears to be of Native American heritage, and in doing this research I discovered that native American women and children go missing at a higher rate of any other ethnic group, and that thier disappearances are rarely investigated as Tribal Councils do not like interacting with law enforcement officials. We know from the 'kids for cash' scandals in Pennsylvania, and the despicable history of Jeffrey Epstien that people can,will and do regularly take advantage of vulnerable children in order to make money off of them. It seems likely that this is what may be going on in Washington State, and that countless lives are being ruined by a deeply corrupt system. There has to be some legal organization that would be willing to take this on. The current situation is simply unacceptable - and a PETITION is not going to matter to those who are responsible. They already know what is going on - and they don't care. -

Grandmother with same issues WA...I had PASSED EVERYTHING and was approved. They took 3 kids I had been caring for over 15 MONTHS! Their excuse is a felon had STOPPED BY MY HOUSE. I never lied or hide anything. Thousands of dollars later I have gotten nowhere with my private lawyer because of the workers and AG are corrupt to the max. Case workers have been fired...however, one is now running for counsel in the same town.... "Promoted for being corrupt" meanwhile 3 kids could be with family who has been traumatised from all this. My son is 13 yrs old my father legally adopted him in 2011 because i wasnt able to care for him at the time. Well i have been trying since 2013 to get ny son back i have been consistant in his life we have a very strong bond. My father has failed him in many way he has beat my son with a belt he has been verbal abusive. My son started cutting n told his school he wanted to kill himself my dad dropped him off at a behavorial clinic 3 weeks ago and that place has nit help in any way he is still causing self harm dcyf is involved and my son has told him of the abuse and told them he is afraid to return home but dcyf will not place him with me they will not remove him from that hospital.REPORT COMMENTS

My family has tirelessly tried for the last two years to adopt my niece. Every requirement has been done repeatedly. My sister has been approved for the last three months. Without any notice, a hearing was held January of 2019. My sister learned of the hearing by fluke and flew to the hearing. The hearing was then extended to February 6th of this year. We were encouraged not to fly to Washington from Alaska by DYCF as this was " just a hearing and the state was not going to make a recommendation." Three family members (myself included) attended the hearing any way. The judge said ON RECORD that he believed my niece would be loved and well cared for with either her family or the foster parent and she would thrive in both environments. He then remarked that one family member had flat out said "no" about taking her (never happened) that another had backed out (state gave custody back to biological mother) and then that ONLY two of her aunts came forward to adopt (they only look at one case at a time, once the first was withdrawn she could not reapply) he admonished us for "only coming forward at time of termination" and when I spoke up to correct him by explaining that we had been jumping hurdles for over two years, I was called a liar and told that he personally had signed an Order that never existed for my niece to relocate to Hawaii with the first Auntie who attempted to retrieve her. The foster parent applied for adoption in late October after the first aunt who lives in Hawaii, denied the foster parents request to bring my niece to her on state dollars because she had yet to be approved and planned to fly to Washington to retrieve her. The case worker, who is close friends with the foster mom, did not forward any information about us to the judge until I started adding several staff members of DCYF, the CASSA worker (who didn't show up in court) and the attorney hired by the state for my niece, to my emails. The newly appointed Case Worker claimed she attempted to contact us several times and never heard back from us (lie) and completely stonewalled us. After remarking that the family was acceptable and could well care for my niece and acknowledging that she would thrive in either environment - even with the state saying they could not make a recommendation at this time - the judge awarded permanent guardianship to the Foster Mother and scheduled an adoption hearing for June 5, 2019. After court we met with case workers who forbid me from recording the meeting and told us that we were not allowed to ask my niece anything about her living arrangements, not allowed to tell her we want her and not allowed to ask her where she would like to live. We asked what we were to tell her should she inquire and were told that the visit would end abruptly if we said anything other than "this is just a visit." After consulting with several attorneys, I requested the case number from DCYF. I then received an email their Attorney General attempting to intimidate me without releasing the case number. I am currently in Oregon with a former CNN Producer who is aiding me in getting a news story out exposing the corruption of the Washington Foster Care System. Well CPS in Logan wv took my two girls over me and hubby arguing no fighting and that was in October 2018 we have done everything and they won't give our kids and alot more very bad stuff please when you get this asap please help .y kids are being abused in Foster home and state police report shows that CPS had no reason to take them out I got a whole lot more worse than this I'm innocent I'm a good mom don't do drugs don't know what to do my 7 year old daughter and her sister are struggling mostly 7.yr old she's lost so much weight she's had A breakout nasty to comes.fro. filth called.Scabies 4 times I. So far CPS in Washington is not impressing me at all. My two children lived with their dad In WA, I live out of state. He was awarded custody after me having them for the first 5 years of their life. He fought for custody and won because of a corrupt lawyer and judge. Moved the girls to WA, where I found out has been abusing them. That is why they’re now in cps foster care. Cps immediately took the girls placed them in foster care. Without giving me a chance. Filed a petition to stop all contact with any family. Including myself. I have provided all necessary proof of why I can provide my children with a safe, loving, stable home. Cps seems to be against hearing any of it. Now we have a dependency hearing coming up and I believe their full intentions are to put my children up for adoption. They have destroyed my faith In the system. I want to get my kids out of Lewis county and WA state because as long as they are there I believe the state workers will continue to lie, make up allegations all to defend themselves by saying they want the children safe. I believe the lawyers, judges, commissioner, and cps case workers are all in this together and don’t care that the children have a happy loving parent who wants them more than anything. And can give them a good life. They only care about their bonuses. I’m scared of what this corrupt system is capable of. And my life without my children is destroyed.REPORT COMMENTS

I have completed the ICPC here in California and both parents are asking for placement with me but the social workers and the casa keep recommending him to stay in the foster home without reason. I have had a very bad battle with cps in spokane wa of course like most lost the battle the had stole my child from the hospital and adopted him out in a closed adoption 7 days after he was born.and my girlfriend has a daughter with marc dye from spokane valley look up the case in the news report 3 years ago when she tried to leave with her daughter because her father was watching child porn and made nasty comments twards their daughter she called the local pd to help get her daughter out because she said she was going to leave with her she told the police what he had said and been watch they wouldnt do anything not even an investagation because their was no parenting plan and she had to leave the property because she stated she was leaving and she had to leave her daugher with her father because he has had he in his custody physically so when she had stepped off the property she had contacted cps and made her report the took her report and never started an investagation and said their was nothing them or her can do they advised her to file a parenting plan the following day she went down and tried to file but was denied due to him filling and she was told she had to wait to be serverd 3 months went by no papers in the mail and no one served her when she went to visit her daught a her ex's friends he as a personal freind served her and the day after court no lawyers were even appointed to her in the 3 month period no lawyer would even talk to her due to the fathers military status now forwarding 3 years later and keep in mind no one will talk to her now on may 8th 8 days ago the father was arrested for child porn and sexual assaulting his daughter.cps didnt contact her a friend of ours was watching the news and told us we had to contact cps and cps will not give her to her mom they are saying its because she willingly abandoned her with her father now the system has failed once and they will again because cps wants to send her daughter to texas to her aunts okay that would be fine if the fathers sister didnt have cps force a child from her what had happened was she adopted 2 childen brothers and the older brother got caught touching the younger brother and when cps came to extract the oldest brother she faught them to taking him untill they told her she was going to have to release all of the children in her care now cps will not give her daughter to her and keeps saying she abandoned her even though she is constantly in contact with her either over skype of on the phone and we did have to move because at the time cps was inlolved with stealing our child from the hospital ill elaborate a bit we had a roommate that had electricity in her name the only bill she did not pay it for 3 months and it got shut off at 530 that night and was not open on the weekends i had to borrow electricity from our nextdoor neighbor so i could run a heater my girlfriend went into labor that night and the paramedics wouldnot move her she gave birth 2 hours later and right after we had gotten to the hospital the doctor said that cps was contact and they place a temporary hold on the child and i was to leave the hospital the mother will be moved to another room and will not be allowed to see the child she asked if she could breastfeed the doctor said he had to take a drug test on her because they suspect we neglected the child due to drug abuse of couse the test came back negative when she was transferred into the room to feed the social worker was their with a couple and introduced herself and said that the couple was her friends we cant be for sure if they were the adopting parents but were pretty sure because they told the social worker that they would take him and they were trying to be quite the following doy i went down to section 8 and requested energy assistant to help with a hundred dollar deposit to turn my electricity back on the denied me and my girlfriend services because cps opened a case against us and they cannot help any familys with any assistance with a open cps case i would have to ask our case manager and they do help with stuff like that now when we asked our case manager she said she would have to get back with us on that her words not mine we asked her for 3 weeks wher it was and she kept stating she was working on it we tried to talk to our lawyers about it and they always said to focus on one thing at a time and on top of all of this we had to pay for random UA's mental health exams and and parenting classes out of pockect we could not make rent due to using all of our money all of ua's were negative from day one on top of it my girlfriend came out pregnant we didnt know what we called my parents for help wich both of them was doing foster care out of their home and my mom came down to help cps stopped her right away they would not allow her to do a background check to have the child released to her custody because to cps my mom would have given him to me when before we even agreed for her to help my mom said i would have to do what cps says to while she has him now by this time our case manager knows about the pregnacy and the last phone call utterly scared us the social worker said that she was going to place my girlfriend and a shelter but she had to sign a restraining order against me stating i was abusing her and that she was going to remove the unborn child frome her after the child was born my girlfriend politely declined and asked about the voucher and why was she treating us this the social worker yelled cps was not going to help us the adoption was closed 4 months ago and she was sending a unit to extract her from a domestic violence situation that night we had no choice but to leave for missouri that very night we already had one child stolen and didnot want another stolen now almost 2 years later we still have the child she was born with but even though my girlfriend 3 years ago told the police and cps that her ex was going to molest their daughter and he was watch child porn he has done it and the cout has failed the child once the best thing for the child is her mother her fathers family contacted us yesterday and blamed us for marc going to jail said i hacked his laptop and phone and placed the child porn their and they were fighting for the little girl and when they get her they were going to give her back to him because he would never do this and they police lied about the sexual assault kit coming back showing she was assaulted now this tim around we record everthing but no lawyer will help us because cps is saying we have to us their attorney when cps attorneys when from personal experience cps attorneys fight for cps and child law system is completely flawed if a attorney from washington state reads this please contact us their is a major lawsuit and proof of cps wrongfully choosing a parent and not taking comments serious.i know this all sounds like bs but i swear on my life this is all true and right now im fearing if cps reads this they will be trying to steal this child but people need to know and i would recommend that you hire a lawyer as soon as cps says high and do not open your door say through the door to go away you are scaring me for my childrens safety i do not have to open the door unless a police officer with a warrant is with you i pleed for you to not open the door cps is a excuse to steal I have been trying to get my nephew out of foster care since July 2017. I have called every month since. I have emailed several times, the case social worker to no avail. I am in the process now of getting an attorney to start the process of fighting for this child. I have already adopted his older sister...
