If you where a victim of foster care abuse during your childhood in STATE OF Washington and have children of your own, it seems we are revictimized by dshs, division of children services, Children Administration.With threats of harrasment of these agencies taking our children. Once they get our children in order to keep there federal funds rolling they will delibertly lie at the any cost to keep there paychecks and call on more federal funding because of soo many children in need of "PROTECTION" these children need to be reunified with there parents not be pushed to be with strangers. They have had my children sence June 23 2015 I have yet to have a 75day fact finding hearing here in county of KITSAP Washington State. YOUR HONORABLE CONGRESSMEN CONGRESS WOMEN PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO STOP THESE COUNTIES FROM LIEING TO YOU FOR FEDERAL FUNDING. THE SOCIAL WORKERS AND PUBLIC DEFENDERS HAVE WAY TOO MANY CASES TOO "PROTECT" anyone.REPORT COMMENTS

My 6yo stepson was sexually abused by his bio father. With basically no investigation for about a month they finally brought my stepson in to a counselor to try to get a statement. When he didnt tell what happened (they could not directly question him so basically they wanted a 6yo to openly tell a stranger what had happened without any idea of why he was there) they dropped the case. We were told after that, that children have no rights and that the father, even though he has multiple allegations of emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, still has rights to see and carry on with his children as before. C.P.S. and the family court doesn't care about the kids anymore. Its all about the profit and not making waves in family court. Sad our kids have to pay for this.REPORT COMMENTS

Moses lake cps kidnapped my children, broke protocol laws ,rules and regulations. Due to their lack of following proper procedures myself my two youngest and two oldest children have been traumatized unjustly. Moses lake cps is illegally trafficking our children. My case workers home has been raided for meth a couple times..... I have already fought the state in 2012 and won my case since then they have repeated ly harassed, lied, illegally pulled my eleven ur old child out of class and questioned him without notifying me. God please allow a real human being with power to stand up and help all of our lost children and families reunite and start the healing process as we have all been extremely altered without the family and children we were blessed with. If we r American then let's stand As one nation and conquer the wrong doings of our corrupt system and save lives that's what our founding fathers represented and now that's what we as Americans need to stand up for. False allegations that could easily be proven false were alledged on me and my family on a government substidized property located in oroville wa 98844.On this property ibwas opprouched by the on site staff supervisor per say matinance lady to gontob the local church which basically oversees this facillaty it's very ovious and clearly stated to me to be true by a tenant residing on the property also at the same time me and my family whrre in the property. The tenent on the property grouped she inoppropiatly touched my daughter I reported this to the chef of police in this town.I was greeted with manners but I'm a polite way I was being dis couarged to even make the report he said things like well I see these cases all the time the attorney genral usaully through them out . I replied I will file a report anyw at no one should touch a child in that manner,he Statesboro me once he hands me the papers that I will have to prove sexual intent.I replied she is grouping young men over the age of 18 so its very apparent that she has a problem with personal space.Once I submitted my report he stated that he would go talk to the supervisor of this intity to resolve the matter.Befor I continue I want to make a mental not forbyou the reader of this comment so you can get a clear idea of how every one is associated in all parties that are making false alligations. I never got a call from the supervisor who the chef of police whom I made this report to said should call me.she never responded to the complaint. So there after false police reports startefto pour in to the point that the police started to refuse to come to the property . He stated so on the last harassment report made by my self and family members.So in this mist red flags stated to pop up in this case.I took my children to the local comfluience healthcare clinic to seek medical check ups on the intirer family the kids were first then the co parent father of the children I provided everones medical records and states that it was very important that everyone in back on there medication tracks because we have family members that have various of medicsl needs ..Thev father of the children depends on psychiatric medications to keep his chemical imbalances under control ..The clinic new all to well about the property where residing . They refused his proper meds and change his phy meds around at a constant.while taking my children in for a check up the physician purposly rubbed her breast scross the side of my face and shoulder in front of my children.That was improper behavior similar to the the touching of my three year old daughter . Even the police officer that resides under the chef thought the inappropriately touching of my daughter was funny! After reporting the insident to the local law informentb the harassment got worse and I received s warning of eviction with show me nor any one at that matter the camera footage thst supposingly works on the property. My daughter was I believe sexually assaulted by her father and after numerous reports made by school mandated reporters, they are still not looking into it! A social worker tried to illegally take my daughter and place her with him, and after 2 months she came home. The social worker ignored all of my concerns and intentionally left them out of reports and said I was crazy. She forced me to be on medication and I had to prove I was taking it by urine samples and notes from the doctor. They take children from loving homes and do NOTHING WHEN A CHILD IS REALLY BEING ABUSED!! The state gets more funds the more children they take away! Why are we signing petitions? Senator Casey's office in Washington D.C. stated they can not do anything. Seems the word "rights," is an illusion. What a joke the whole entire system is. Trust me, four years later and no one that I'm aware of will stop it, with evidence being provided. It does not matter give your kids up or live a life of hell, your imprisoned, it's worse then a death sentence. And you never even had a meranda right read to you. Why? Because you don't have any. They have been gone since the 10th , seeing them at visits and seeing how scared they are, knowing that so for every single one of our rights has been violated. I live in Kansas City, and the mother of my son live in Vancouver Washington, Washington is the worst on helping people i tried so many times to contact them or have someone return my call, and they never do. I pay my child support but yet they won't allow me to see my son. They help her out by giving her assistants and she has been doing fraud with the system. Bunch of corrupted people. It's not fair how they Washington State wants to take all my money even though i pay my child support but yet they won't get her for lying on her welfare application. All i want is for the Washington State to look at the people who ask for assistants and get a real look at the back ground before giving someone welfare. I haven't seen my son since he was 7mths he is now going to be 11 yrs. But yet no one wants to help me since i live all the way over here in Kansas. She can't afford to support him the system needs to see that and allow him to be with me. That i don't ask for assistant and take advantage of the system like she does.REPORT COMMENTS

Mr Scott with the Moses Lake adoption services came to many appointments with my family very high on weed. I do not know what to do because I do not want to loose my foster care case, but Mingo makes it very clear that he has control and can say no. But he does not explain things well because he seems drunk but I know he is high. We have seen him smoking a pipe in his car before and after visiting us. He smells like it and then expects us to understand his rantings about the poor and hispanic, that have nothing to do with the adoption and we have no idea how to fill out our paperwork because he is so high and acts like he is better than the reSt of us but he is high or drunk when he visits us. Why do they not require a UA on employees, I am 100 percent sure he is smoking weed.REPORT COMMENTS

I filled with dshs to take care my boy. Called about month later or so to figure out what's going on. Come to find out my ex girlfriend closed the case. Next thing I know she skip state. So I hired a lawyer and private investigator. Courts said it was to late and out there jurisdiction... Even though it was in a six month period of when she left. She was hiding for should of been in my favor. There is not a day goes by that I don't miss him. I will suffer everyday until I see him again. Dshs could of stopped all that. But I'm a male. We have a broken system that needs fix. Every birth certificate should have a dad and mom's name on it that's is of the childs blood.REPORT COMMENTS

child support representative social worker is incompetent and lazy, never in office. when ilost my job and couldnt pay child support, i tried to report it and she said "you'll catch up" instead of telling me her office couldn't change anything about my child support payments until 3 years after they were court mandated or that i needed to contact the courts about my job loss to amend the payment amount. now i owe nearly $3000 because i lost my job. She also did nothing about my ex suddenly moving my kids across the united states when i tried to report it, useless and unapproachable B!REPORT COMMENTS
