King South Kent DCFS CPS illegal removal of my grandson. He's been intentionally kept from all biological family for 6 months now. Lies, illegal actions and inactions. CPS, CASA, State contracted adoption agency is illegally attempting to adopt my 3 yr old grandson to the current foster family. They have changed his name, and are making him call them "mom" and "dada". He has a Mom and Dad already and a large biological family who love him and CPS along with CASA and the current Judge are traumatizing this beautiful special child with illegal attempts at separating him from his loved ones. This ring of child kidnapping and selling children needs to be exposed. These sick hateful arrogant power and money hungry child abusers need to be prosecuted for their crimes. -

I have had a case with the d.c.f.s for the past 7 years and within these 7 years I've had 4 babies and I've completed the recommendations 3 times and I still have not got gotten my children back nor have I been able to visit my 2 youngest 1 is almost 2 and youngest is 5 mos. I am relative placement in Grant County and we have had a family in our home since the child was 6 months and has went back to the mom twice. We have had her the longest at present for a year and a half. The drug testing is coming back negative but with the lab stating that something is going on. I have begged them to petition for a hair folicule test and even offered to pay for it. They wont I brought this to the Supervisors attention and she stated mom probably has health issues. The caseworker went on to tell the client what was going on and it needed to stop. They are about to rip a child out of a home where that child is safe, loved, and has structure and a huge family The mom has been seen getting high with her dad the drug of choice which the child was born addicted to, herion, methadone and oxy. The child came home from monitored visitation a couple of weeks ago and had to pee, grabbed a cup from the dishwasher and squatted and peed in the cup. Yes because every 2 and 1/2 year old should do this. But these concerns have been noted but not enough to be invesitgated and nothing is to keep the the child from going back to mom. The child does not even want to go visit mom until you mention the kitty that mom got her. Did I forget that mom posts pictures of which i have given copies to CPS on Facebook from her adult websites? Yes she makes porn, online sex etc. But this is not a concern from them because their goal is unite the famalies at the expense of the child. They do not care about the child one bit! Olympia has blown me off, Office of Obudsman was lied to by the Supervisor and I dont know where else to go.REPORT COMMENTS

My 2 boys were molested while i the carr of my ex husband. His girlfriend 15 year old and 18 year old sexually abused my 2 boys who were 6 and 3 at the time. After doctor and therapist reported what the kids told them CPS did NOT investigate this. They talked my my ex husband and his girlfriend and her kids who molested my boys. Not once did they interview my boys or myself. I was calles 1 time to come in with my boys only to wait 2 hrs and be told they errent going to investigate. But here is the kicker my ex husband reported me to cps saying i was using a nebulizer with abuteral treatments non prescribed for my kids where in documents he admitted he broke whick cost me $200 he never replaced they came to my house and investigated me over that bull******but not my children getting sexually abused in his care. Dawn is a piece of work and kayla they dont do there jobs. They have failed my kids who still have to see a therapist for their trauma.REPORT COMMENTS

HI I am a mother of a son who is almost 2. My name is Kayla Ayers i am 23 years old I am the mother of a 22month old boy named Hans Schaeffer me and his dad were never married and did not have a great relationship. My ex Jon Schaeffer was abusive and towards me and my son. Recently in the beginning of January there was a call done on my ex to CPS. It was in regards to a suspicious bruise on his butt which i had originally brought up in court in hopes of protecting my son Hans from any abuse from his father I met up with the CPS lady Kari Mathney to talk with her about the bruise and our relationship she ended by telling me here was her number and if any other marks or things come up message her and let her know . A week after i was made aware of this i had picked my son up from his dad at 0800am or a bit after 0800am and took him home with me. He had been playing and i noticed he needed to be changed so as my roommate was getting ready for work i was changing Hans i saw immediately a huge red mark on his butt that looked like a handprint it had a bruise in the middle i straight away went to my roommate Kris who is a licensed child psychologist she saw it and said it looked like abuse it looked like a handprint. So i messaged Kari Mathney hey here are these pictures of this mark i saw it on Monday at 9-930 am. Just like she asked me to do. She had me call Wednesday the police and CPS intake so i did cops came by and looked at hans at that point the bruise was the only thing left and they took statement and pictures and i sent them the pictures that i had taken. So after the cops left i got a text from Kari Mathney to meet with her so i did we talked about everything it felt good i felt like i was a good mom and i was doing what i should to protect Hans from abuse i felt not alone and helped. So she messaged me and wanted my roommates statement that she saw it cause she is a witness so i gave Kris my roommate her number and i was waiting until Kris called with her statement. I asked the CPS Kari Mathney if she received the call cause i hadn?t been able to talk with my roommate and she said she did so i felt better. I get a message asking me to come into the cps office and i did she tells me that they are investigating me , i asked her for what she said because she can?t determine which house it was in even though i did exactly what she said to do if a new mark came up or anything else even though she got my roommates statement as a witness which should have cleared any suspicion. She was yelling at me telling me i was going to lose my son and all my rights they are taking him the next day i was beyond upset and constantly in tears this is my boy my son he is and has been my everything since he was born. I do NOT DRINK i do NOT DO DRUGS never have i have a CLEAN record i have never abused anyone or anything. I have a stable job that supports my son and me i have a clean bill of health mentally and physically. My ex Jon does not he has an alcohol problem, he has been on meds for depression and suicidal thoughts while Hans was in his care he has had previous suspicion for abuse with marks he was incredibly abusive towards me throughout the 2 years we were together people have witnessed it and given statements i was and still am scared of him he has threatened to kill me more than once and i believed him and still do. Yet i am looked at as a possible abuser. I have a witness i have proof and a clean background as his mother. Not only that The CPS Kari Mathney lied to everyone about my roommates statement regarding my son, she told them my roommate said she saw the mark on a Tuesday night instead of Monday morning like her statement said and Kari said she told her Hans was in his highchair when i told Kris about the mark. Lies my roommate was enraged that she took what she had said and twisted it to her benefit her statement was Monday morning after i was changing Hans i came to her and showed her the mark which to her looked like a bruise and handprint not what CPS Kari Mathney said. This is my son i am outraged this can even happen to a good mother when there is no evidence on me when there is no proof or facts that i did anything after i reported it she is trying to take my son from me and keep him with an abuser. I am writing you cause none of this is right I am asking for help in this matter cause they are going to make me lose my son loose the one home he had that was safe and continue to allow him to see and live with an abuser i have photos i have proof i have witnesses. Jan 09th -Jan 11th Mon-Wed picked up Hans from Jon at 8am or a bit after he was crying Jon said he had a rough night. brought Hans home while Kris (roomate) was getting ready for work Hans was playing i went to change him around 9-30 and noticed he had a unusual mark on his butt looked like a mark of some kind my roomate said handprint and to get ahold of my CPS worker Kari Matheny ( who told me to contact her if anything came up any mark came up). I debated monday cause i didnt want to falsely acuse anyone of anything. Tuesday as i was giving Hans his bath i took the pictures and sent them to Kari and to the Officer Brown. I didnt hear anything until Wednesday morning when she asked if there was a mark or bruise still there the mark was gone but the bruise wasnt so she had me call Law Enforcement and then CPS intake so i did. The officers came by and checked on Hans and then i headed to CPS to show Kari. She asked that i go to dr and get it medical recorded so i did that. After me and Jon had met with the CPS people they made a plan that kept Hans in both homes under supervision. So i was working late monday so i had Jon keep Hans with him and i would pick him up Tuesday. January 24th Tuesday I picked Hans up and the daycare lady filled me in that Hans got a few bruises on his left leg from falling and possibly a mark on his hand from the fall. She reported those to CPS and kept it on file. So i took Hans home and was playing with him when i noticed a red mark on his eye and after changing hans a few bruises on his butt. Confused cause i didnt remember the daycare lady mentioning those so i called her to verify i asked her can you tell me again what marks Hans had that you reported. She said the left leg and his hand so i asked her what about his eye and what about his butt she said she didnt think it was important and he had it monday when he was dropped off by jon. So i got off with her and called the CPS Kari to tell her she asked me to come in and so i did. she took pictures and measurements of the mark. She said she will take it to her supervisor Jeremy and see what he wants to do. January 27th Friday Cops called and stopped by asking more questions. Were not aware of the new marks or bruises.by CPS worker They are now saying they are not sure where they are happening at when I hadn't seen my son for 5 days.REPORT COMMENTS

I have been trying to adopt my great grandchildren for sometime now and have had no gratifying help by CPS in Vancouver. I have been given reams of paper work to fill out to no avail. I attended a CONFIDENTIAL meeting yesterday (02/02/17) and was slandered from another participant. I have passed a background check and still can not even have visitation with the children. CPS insist on placing the children in a PreAdoptive home. This is not "in the best interest of the children" , this agency needs to be much more open and truthful with families of these children instead of shuting them out because of slander and inuendo from others.REPORT COMMENTS

It involves the highest levels of the WA Judicial System and the self-policing WA State Bar association, including the Supreme Court Judges and other Judges, Prosecutors, and Private Attorney at Law, all tied together through the WA State Bar Association and committing crimes with impunity against victims in various combinations of legal abuse schemes utilizing the courts and other agencies controlled by WA State Bar lawyers to aid and abet. The racketeering conspiracy and anti-trust activity is witnessed and experienced first-hand by Plaintiff and countless other victims of this enterprise throughout the State of WA. It is masterminded at the highest levels of WA State Bar association. Bar associates-in-fact, coming from various public and private domains, have created a RICO enterprise that now dominates and controls the WA State Bar?s disciplinary functions, which in turn controls the market for attorneys in WA by taking attorneys out of the market who advocate ?unpopular? causes, which affect individuals, businesses and interstate commerce. In a nutshell WA State?s judicial system is polluted by Bar sanctioned RICO associations-in-fact, being under the protection of the WSBA?s disciplinary schemes so lawyers at the helm of these ?associations-in fact? can violate their solemn oath to tell the truth, to conduct themselves with honor, and to never seek to mislead a judge or jury ? mandated by law, RCW 2.48.210? in order to carry out their criminal schemes. Scheidler goes on to give his ?first-hand? experience in how Bar Associates, betray their oath for the sake of the almighty dollar. Our ?JUSTICE SYSTEM? only functions as a ?JUSTICE SYSTEM? if lawyers and judges abide by the laws that define their authority and abide by the codes that define their ethical obligations and conduct. The WA State Bar [WSBA] and the Commission on Judicial Conduct [CJC] are the ?state agencies? that are suppose to insure the integrity of our ?justice system?. Both agencies are under the WA State Supreme Court. The problem is this ?. all WA State judges, including judges on the WA State Supreme Court, MUST be members of the WSBA. In other words, WA?s entire judicial branch is run by Bar Associates ? the FOX is guarding the HEN HOUSE. This ?take over? of WA State?s judicial branch, by Bar Associates, is the reason neither the WA State Bar nor the Commission on Judicial Conduct are doing their job in ?regulating? lawyers and judges. Rather the opposite is the norm, the WSBA and CJC, have abandoned their obligations to society and are now a protection racket for the benefit of lawyers and judges. It is proof of the adage, ?Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.? It is that simple!!!! Scheidler, and others, who recognize the racketeering by lawyers and judges who routinely use WA State Courts to commit crimes against the people, asked, repeatedly, representatives Matt Shea, David Taylor (who are both lawyers and legislators), Jesse Young, and Michelle Caldier, and Senators Jan Angel and Steve O?Ban (another lawyer/legislator), to INVESTIGATE the criminal conduct by lawyers and judges occurring in the courts. However these legislators are either too stupid or too cowardly to act. And in the case of the ?lawyer/legislators? like Matt Shea, Taylor, O?Ban ? maybe the refusal to address ?legal corruption? is too close to home. One thing is for fact? trying to move Senator Jan Angel to investigate legal corruption, it seems that the ?lawyers? in the legislature who advise legislators in their duty have told Jan that she has NO OBLIGATION to act on Scheidler?s complaints. Because our legislators WON?T investigate judicial and legal corruption, Scheidler tired to sue those government officials who have turned ?regulation? into ?racketeering.? January, 2014, Scheidler filed a complaint against Reiko J. Reiko Callner J. Reiko Callner, Executive Director of the CJC, and against Felice Congalton, Associate Director of the WSBA. Both Callner and Congalton are members of the WA State Bar and are near the core of WA State?s corruption. However the lawsuit, which Scheidler instituted under his statutory right granted by RCW 7.56, was dismissed by Jennifer Forbes, judge of Kitsap Supreior Court. Of course, Forbes is a member of the WSBA ? and the WSBA is a defendant. Scheidler says that his lawsuit against the WSBA and CJC that was dismissed by Forbes, a WSBA associate serving as judge, is, on its face, proof of the corruption. Scheidler says Jennifer Forbes violated the law, RCW 2.28.030, by serving as judge on a case in which she, as a WSBA associate, has direct interests. Scheidler claims Forbes willfully violated RCW 2.28.030 and committed a GROSS MISDEMEANOR and violated Canon 2 of the eithical rules that judges are suppose to abide. Because Forbes? dismissal of Scheidler?s case against Callner and Congalton was an unlawful act, Scheidler filed a motion to reinstate the case. Kitsap County Court Administrator/or Presiding judge, assigned the case to kharperJudge Keith Harper ? another WSBA associate! Simply another criminal act. Keith Harper DENIED Scheidler?s motion by stating ? you want a fair venue maybe the moon or mars??. When Scheidler filed a grievance with the CJC against Forbes and Harper for their violations of law and rules of conduct. Of course the CJC, where J. Reiko Callner is director, refused to act. Said another way, Callner and the CJC protects all the judges and the judges protect Callner and the CJC. THIS is EXACTLY contrary to the purposes of the courts and the CJC. The criminal conduct occurring within the courts is THIS EVIDENT and this BLATANT ? In WA State, WE HAVE RACKETEERING not REGULATION. When judges commit crimes from the bench and the CJC refuses to act on this blatant criminal conduct we don?t have ?justice? in WA ? WE HAVE RACKETEERING. And the corruption leads right up to the WA State Supreme Court. Scheidler diagrams how the WA State Bar Association has devolved into a racketeering enterprise by simply being a statutorily created entity to which all lawyers must belong and under which all lawyers are regulated. His diagrams illustrate what he then lays out in 60 pages of facts and in another 40 pages in what is called a RICO Statement. However she does show up as having had a former nursing assistant license and also being charged with financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult! She stole money from a patient in a nursing home. Now she is being paid by the taxpayers of Washington state to make recommendations to the court regarding child custody cases. She cant be trusted with a tiny bit of money but lives are in her hands? Both me and my husband having been dealing with CPS for 4 years now. We are grandparents who live in Washington State and have had custody of our children on and off for the past 4 years. In August 2016 CPS ripped our grand kids out of our home because of FALSE accusations my son made. He was under the influence of Meth. They did an investigation, no criminal charges were filed. The investigation from CPS own investigators came back with no finding and even stated that our grandchildren were safe in our home. CPS still refuses to give us our grand kids. When we went before the commissioner in Family Court she would not let us speak and even PUT HER HANDS OVER HER EARS. We are appalled by the treatment we received. Our grand kids have been in 3 different Foster homes since August 2016. There are 4 kids. Two are together but the other 2 are separated from the family. We just don't understand why this all happening. One of our grandchildren has medication needs and because the social worker did not inform the foster parents of this he is now suffering. It is disgusting what they have done. The D.A. , Commissioner, CASA, and even my son's attorney who is a Public Defender are all in this together.REPORT COMMENTS

This guy/loser, has an extensive criminal history, he was arrested in april for drunk driving, refused the breatalyzer, and had it dismissed in August. He has never worked, CPS papers state he is willfully unemployed, He dets disability and Skis, in his BMW, All the CPS records state the same thing, he is a violent, unpredictable bully and is deceptive and manipulative. He has prior arrests for kidnapping, assaults, of course drinking driving and drugs. His records are sealed though because he is an informer for the FBI. When he was younger his mother told him she would no longer give him money/support him, He showed her alright! He coached his 5 year old daughter to say her nana raped her with a knife, then slick willy convinced the mother of the child that his own mother was raping her, This piglet had his 5 year old daughter go to harborview for a vaginal rape kit! I have all the reports. He currently has the girl who is 12, and as he promised yeaers ago, he is trying to sue CPS. hahahahaha, I have alerted the entire state about this filth, yet they do nothing. I also have sealed court records on another case, a friend of mine has been going to court almost daily filing motions after motion to get her son back from the violent wife and child beater, snitch that he is. He did a controlled buy for the pierce county sherriffs department, (2 lbs was mislabeled, then given another label then disappeared! The DAY after he did the buy for the police the cps paper states, that he thinks the mother is a good mother, and the only reason he is filing for custody is that CPS told him to. HE WAS GIVEN A !>% YEAR OLD BOY THE VERY NEXT DAY! We have found some things that tie the two cases together, a pierce county sherriff, and the prosecutor who refuses to file domestic violence charges against this guy who has a history of shooting off semiautomatics into the air in lakewood, We recently found a reporter and sent her our evidence, 1/3/17. on 1/7/17 the mother was supposed to meet a prosecutor on a SATURDAY? at the library downtown? I thought it sounded like a set up, and she had a bad feeling about it too, so she didnt go. Here is the scary part. She was on her way to visit her son with his christmas presents and somehow, her escalade had been tampered with and it rolled three times doing 60 miles and hour. This was not on the news. They gave her a ticket for negligent driving. We talked about how unsafe it is now that they know we are telling our stories to the world, She was so scared that morning and rightfully so. I spent last night calling washington state domestic violence, numbers, national domestic violence hotlines, I was hung up on three times, and told I cant help you lady. I explained that we cant call the police. I have given copies of my story to everyone, If something happens to us, and it already has, but my girl was lucky,then this story really needs to not sit on a shelf for years. PROOF POSITIVE THAT CPS IS GIVING CUSTODY OF CHILDREN TO VIOLENT SNITCHES, with the police approval and the best wishes of the prosecutors office. Our phones have been hacked, the computers, facebook emails, Its been a police gangstalking situation, and people dont believe that this level of collusion is happening everyday here in this rotten cesspool of politicians, cops, stupid social workers, and the worst of them all, the prosecutors Mark lindquist, oh king of methlehem, your name is written all over the documents not to prosecute these guys....I will send copies to anyone who might need more evidence, We will go class action if we can find someone who is not afraid of pierce and king county law enforcement and their well known gaslighting and wiretapping practices. I don't know who was on the receiving end of 250,000 us dollars, but it was wrong. We were taken away from our family and put into a foster home. And these people were not fit to care for any children. Of course we always told anyone who asked that it was a great place. Because we were scared shitless. We were adopted and taken to south America. We were slaves there. I managed to run away to a neighbors house who took me in and helped me contact my birth father who finally was able to bring me back home. I came back home, hoping there was someone that would take responsibility for selling me into slavery. And at least help get my two younger siblings away from them. I have known this little girl since she was born. Her father loser drug dealer, denied paternity at first and they had to hunt him down to take the test, then unfortunately she was biologically related. She spent several years in foster care begging to be adopted, did not want to see him, calls him the monster, even wrote a letter to the judge, he has used her to file charges against anyone he gets mad at including his mother. They investigated her for two years! he has never had a job, and has felonies, and over 70 police encounters in this state alone. NEVER goes to jail, He is a paid confidential informant. He drives a BMW, skis, travels, but on paper he is disabled, and indigent. I have all the cps records that state he should never be unsupervised and never overnight visits as he is violent, unpredictable and mentally ill...
