This post is in regards to my daughter who's daughter is 14 months old .my daughter received a letter to which is Saturday April 21st 2017 from dshs Bellevue phone number 425-590-3000 called number just rings bottom of page gives a name Latoya Wade BSW. CPS 425-691-0723 called number gentleman answered stated that the number was not days or c ps or the FAR program. Very strange Envelope was not sealed and stamped that it was mailed from zip code 98501 which is Olympia washington but the typed letter inside on plain paper says Bellevue washington. And my daughter lives in tacoma..c ps is stating that they received information that involves alleged instances of non accidental injury neglect,death,sexualabuse,and or cruelty to children. And they are stating they are going to do an accessment of her family.she lives in salishan housing just her and her daughter she had a boyfriend the baby's father they are no longer together and c ps is involved with him and his 3 other children.I have unsuccessfully tried to locate this women Latoya Wade As an employee of dshs or c ps or far..I think they are targeting my daughter because in 2004 dshs , c ps,and child support enforcement allowed my ex husband to take my 5 year old son which I have custody of he is now 21.and leave the state after I was arrested by a lakewood cop named officer I'm free who new my ex husband I was arrested for selling drugs there was no drugs or money and no warrant I spent the next 28 days in jail not knowing that my son was gone but he didn't take our daughter that was 16 because she refused to listen to his lies .then child support enforcement started racking up a child support bill and there was already a court order in place which stated that my ex husband pay me .I fought them and fought them but they continued to say I was paying Mr Cope and T Mc Sherry. Finally last year i talked to someone at a federal level and he contacted child support enforcement who lied to him and said c ps took my son and gave him to his dad .Joe quaintance c ps worker they even falsified document to state that.but if that was the case then why did they fail to tell me that all these years that I was fighting them..they lie and then cover up there lies with more lies they have to be stopped I'm telling this story because. They have not contactwe my daughter personally yet and I believe it is all made up .and I want this somewhere to show what they have done for years to me and I continue to talk about them and tell everyone and talk to the federal government t but not in. To Be Considered A Placements For My Son After Months Of Trying To Bring To The Social Workers Attention That There Were Over 8 Family Members Who Were Awaiting For Approval To Be A Source Of Placement For My Son For Nearly 3 Years And No Efforts Were Made By The Agency Or DSHS Social Worker To Looking into Placing My Son In Their Care Simply Due To Their Race, Ethnicity, Origin And Religion Backgrounds And Due To Language Barrier Of Grand Mother CPS Also Ignored And Fail To Recognize The Use Of Resource To Provide Interpreting Services For The Child's Family Knowingly Violating/Violated The Kinship Care Law Pursuant to (RCW 13.34.060) And Placed My Child Up For Adoption With Strangers Other Then Blood Tied Family Members.REPORT COMMENTS

Plus there were no findings.. an an too it off they brought up like 7 year old felony an put bullshut lie that there abuse an neglect when our 10 an 8 year old ealks to school we lived down the road i rember i had to walk further that an dumb an they poor there own serial before schools on accoicationly they do but half the time reality I drove them to school an Fed them breakfast an I was the only parent working paying bills... an I get a ****en investigation when they had. No findings but old*****hair test that was months . but hey whats going on here.. I had meningitis an they said okee something going on here.. man I almost died etc privacy invaded on that I can't feel normal on top I have optical neuralgia an spinal damage from it.. an I ask the judge can I take my 14 month old baby to church he said no... I am a Christian. What's going on here help me now somebody. After idaho court refuses to take part of lies filed in a protection order. Wenatchee CPS claim a case without any involvement from myself the father. My son is in the care of his mother and has a accident receiving staples in his arm treated in Lewiston ID with allegation filed 300 miles from the accident in Chelan county by the sheriff of abuse making accusations on me. When I was not involved or even notified of the injury. The case worker did not check the facts or contact me to verify the involvement. The CPS investigation in records showing 3 different times i was in the office and had face to face interview and did not happen. The case number is the same but after requesting the records and delayed for 6 months from the date requested the file showing two different name's one case i was not involved with using only first and last name from the case supervised by the case worker I was involved with after the CPS worker closed the first part of the file. The second case with same case number as with my first middle and last name using a different case worker that was not involved by my knowledge or contact involved as claims documents show. The accusations from the sheriff office were showed at the interview with the only one contact involved in this matter claiming the CPS case worker did not have any knowledge of the report and documents stating what was discussed appears to be spam mail. When indeed was the police report of abuse. The record requesting me to obtain the abuse case from CPS office as the report was reluctantly not provided with the public records requested from the sheriff office claims the police department did not have the report and didn't keep records of the report from there own officers report. In a attempt to hide the wrong doing in the matter. This is how people that have taken a job to protect children abuse the power given with in the government positions we pay for.REPORT COMMENTS

My husband and I are trying to obtain custody of our grandbaby and CPS is fighting us all the way. My husband and I do have a pass but are charges are not severe there are no charges of abuse or neglect from children all misdemeanors. CPS made us believe tjat we had a very good chance on getting the baby when we went to court last, they came into our home we had a babies room ready and was told by the social worker that everything looked great. We went to court and the CPS team and social worker denied us and told the judge we were not a good fit. We were completely blindsided. The judge for some reason even asked the foster mom for hed in put and she also said we should not have the baby, and my husband and I have never even spoken to this women. I feel that the women who run CPS in my hometown do not care for me very much because I stood up to them and from that point on it has been a witch hunt for me. CPS has treated us terrible and they get away with to much and they have to much power. They call all the shots and do whatever they want. My husband and I have jumped through everyone of there hoops have open our closet and have showed all of our skeltons and it still was not good enough. Our grandbaby is going to be 1 years old this Sunday and we are not allowed to see her it breaks our heart. There is no reason why we cant have iur grandbaby we are good people with a past we are in recovery and we have allot od time under our belt. It is evident the system is broken, as indicated by the number of deaths related to abuse and neglect reported annually. It is equally indicated too many loving, yet ?struggling? families are being torn apart, or are kept under department control much longer than is necessary. This appears to be some twisted logic to maintain or increase annual funding. Further indicated is these departments willingness to misinterpret statements and to manipulate facts to support their own agendas. Due to the use of these practices those persons who are in harms way are being ignored or ?over-looked?, many become fatalities, thus sparking public out-cries for more funding and more Social Workers. If the general public became aware of the misuse of funding already in place and the abuses within these departments and by their personnel, there would be a far different public out-cry. I believe my son was taken from my home four years ago .I never been in trouble with CP's an do not have any felony's or drug charges .There wasn't a person who came in check my home out or even came in and did an investagagion .One day I was home with my son an the next there was a knock at my door an Brook Martin was there with three other ppl she had a guy grab my son from me an they took him away .since than I did all my parenting classes an had a home for us got him back an was working with my case worker Than one day without my knowledge or being notified my case worker step down an became an investor.He an another women shows up on my door step telling me to pack my sons stuff ,I in teund why they were there ,they reupplyd by saying guilty by knowing ppl .Now I know its a against the law to have a case worker investagate a case when they already know about it ...And black male a person into believing there's no chance in hell they'll ever see their child again .I whent down to the main office to speak to someone in this an was push aside .My son is a special needs an am the one who was ever there for my son .This road has been hard on me being without my only child .An here it is to date meetings has been taking place withoyt me being noticed or calld .I've gone down to the office an notice there's all knew workers .I asked to speak to my case worker an was told my new work was a lady named Kortney was not told again .I spike to the head person an she was taking back by my story she was in tears an did not realize how bad I was being treated.Now in this whole four years not one court date I've gone to or was told about .Now the only way I know about this new court date that is coming up was because my lawyer called an told me now this is the very first of any court for me to appear at .All I want is my son its been to long four years without my only son .REPORT COMMENTS

My fiance has been involved with cps, for a little over four years, and has done all her services, has been clean and has gotten back three of her six kids, with one voluntarily placed in adoption. We just had an infant baby boy, and she was told by her case worker if she did everything she was supposed to do that they would not touch him, but now they are trying to put him in a dependency, and place him in shelter Care. My family was destroyed after we were victims of a drive-by shooting. The shooter yelling that he dared me to call the police. I called my husband instead (we're separated). The department was removing my children within days. This was 2015 and I've been proving I'm "safe" to be around my kids ever since. I am not wealthy and was told to move to eastern wa where I would be safer with the kids. I moved and the department kept my children. I have completed all required classes and so forth for these people and they didn't help me find any of the services requested yet put me in non compliance when I can't mov forward without the proper referrals from them. These people set you up to fail and knock you down at every corner. Someone needs to do something. It's so unfair to the kids.REPORT COMMENTS

I have missed a few important job interviews. Lady said be at the house at a certain time and doesn't show up until an hour or so after. WTH? Get rid of them. If there's a problem it should be dealt by the local sheriffs department. CPS Social work is for baby thieves. In ca the state gets 6,000.00 per month per child the child goes to foster care the foster parent gets 700.00 per month. The state makes a profit of 5300.00 per month. Wow per each child. Why should the state even care about anything. To petition the congress is definitely a mistake . We need a lobbyist in congress who will do our work. Pull together as one nation not back down. They are making profit on our children lets put our money on one person because money is the name of the game or petition the president . This has been going on far to long. It needs to be dealt with now. What good is a petition to congress do? We need a civil rights leader, like Martin Luther King or Ceaser Chavez to help us out. The 6th Amendment, the right to a fair trial, applies not only to procedures for the determination of criminal charges against individuals but also to procedures to determine their rights and obligations in a suit at law. This means that the right to a fair trial should be observed throughout every phase of the criminal justice process from the moment when the investigation is launched to the actual trial to any appeal. CPS is denying parents and their children of their 6th Amendment rights of the right to a fair trial. CPS is required by law to follow the legal policies and procedures that do not infringe on the rights of others and that gives parents a legal recourse of action in order to defend themselves in a court of law. The parents legal recourse of action to defend themselves in a court of law information is known by CPS, the CPS Attorney's, the Public Defender's of the parents, and multiple departments of the judicial system. It's part of the policies and procedures to include a blank response form for the other party to respond to any petition filed with the courts in order for them to be able to defend themselves against false accusations and tell their side of the story. This is the policy for restraining orders, divorce papers, guardianship petitions, criminal charges, etc... A petition that CPS files with the courts is not exempt from having to follow the proper policies and procedures and the law! By not including the proper forms with the petition served to the parents so the parents can file a response to the petition with the courts, CPS is denying parents and their children of their constitutional rights and their 6th Amendment rights, due process, children of having the right to familial relations, and parents the information of their options of legal recourse of action to defend themselves in a court of law in response to the allegations made against them within a petition that was filed with the courts. Why is CPS being allowed to get away with this throughout the states here in the US? What can a parent file on their own behalf when obviously no one in the judicial system in family CPS courtrooms are willing to follow the law properly. The FBI website https://www.fbi.gov/investigate/civil-rights states: "Since its earliest days, the FBI has helped protect the civil rights of the American people" and also "Today, protecting civil rights remains one of its top priorities." There are hundreds of thousands of parents in this country that are being raped by Child Protective Services throughout not only every state in the United States, but also in multiple other countries. Do you understand what that means? Children's Protective Service Agencies around the world have recognized how profitable the business of railroading parents into family contracts due to withholding information from parents and for some families their children are sold off to adoptive parents who collect Adoptive Assistance (basically a welfare check of $1,200.00 to $1,800.00 a month to take care of a child that they adopted as if they were their very own) for 18 years that the adoptive parents don't have to pay back. Who's paying these adoptive parents this adoptive assistance checks every month? The tax payers? I get that there are some parents that have no business being a parent and that children should be taken away from those parents. I'm talking about for example: situations where the mother didn't tell the father that he was the father of her child. This is a mother who has had 3 children adopted out by CPS already, the current child was born positive of meth and pot, the doctor advised the mother against taking the baby home because it was showing signs of withdrawal and needed medical attention, the mother ignored the medical advice taking the baby home anyway to a drafty shed that she was living in, CPS took the child from her the very next day, it's been 6 months already (time runs out for parents of children who are 3 years old and under at 6 months) and now the mother has decided to go to a rehab program that allows children to be with their parent which CPS has approved, and CPS won't give this father his child because they said the mother is showing more improvement than she ever has before. Only because she has to and what does that have to do with the father's parental rights? A father who is not using drugs, is not an alcoholic, has a college degree, honorably discharged from the military, has a place suitable for his child to live (not a program), and has family around to help nurture this child. This father isn't guilty of WIC Section 300 and therefore should not be punished and his parental rights stomped upon! And yet CPS is keeping this child and his father apart. What for? Is it truly in the best interest of the child to live in a residential program environment? Why is the mother being rewarded for something she should have done 6 months ago (note: there is a 6 month dead line) when the child was 1st taken from her? The father once learning that he was the biological father has done everything possible to prepare to raise his son before he was even asked to do so. CPS doesn't reward him for his efforts, he gets punished and lie's are put in the CPS caseworkers report to the court instead. Where is the help parents like this one and multiple other parents need right now? FBI's mission statement states "Today, protecting civil rights remains one of its top priorities." And then, when you try and go to court, the department has the judge in their pocket. All I hear is "the department gets what the department wants". This has GOT to change. CPS KIDNAPPED MY GRANDCHILDREN. THEY HAVE BEEN IN MY HOME FOR THE PAST 4 YEARS ON AN OFF BECAUSE OF MY SONS INABILITY TO QUIT DRUGS. CPS TOOK OUR GRAND CHILDREN BECAUSE OF A FALSE ACCUSATION THAT WAS MADE BY OUR SON AGAINST HIS STEP MOTHER. AN INVESTIGATION WAS DONE AND CAME BACK NO FINDING BUT CPS WILL NOT RELEASE THE GRANDCHILDREN BACK TO US. WE HAD HIRED AN ATTORNEY THAT TOOK 2000K OF OUR MONEY AND DID NOTHING . THE BOYS ARE STILL IN FOSTER CARE AND HAVE ALREADY BEEN TO 3 DIFFERENT HOMES IN LESS THAN 6 MONTHS. THIS SYSTEM IS HORRIBLE.REPORT COMMENTS

My five year old son who had only met his father three times, first at 12 months, second at 24 months and third at age 4 1/2 was taken from his sister and I in Washington and placed with his father in Alaska. CPS and other court officials make life changing, sometimes devastating decisions in favor of money, status, and brown nosing. CPS investigated me for an incident my children weren't even involved in because I made sure they were in school before the situation got out of hand. They tell you to do one thing and then when you do they say you're wrong. They screw up and we are the ones that pay for it because they cant look stupid. CPS can threaten and do whatever they want because they have all the power and are backed by judicial systems that are just as ridiculous. I was told by the court commissioner I should have known better than to be in an abusive relationship and even though my ex husband (not the father of either of my children) was heading to prison it was too late because I didn't call 911. my ex was released from Thurston county after serving a little over two months for a dv charge of slashing my tires. While he was there numerous bench warrants had been issued by Lewis county for failure to appear. 4 of these were protection order violations, and that was only 4. Lewis county declined to put a hold on my ex for extradition upon release, even after my concerns were voiced to the prosecutors 2 more dv charges were needed for another strike to send him to prison. During the ruling to remove my son from my daughter and I the county commissioner proceeded to tell me how well known my husband is in the courts there and I should have know better than to be in an abusive relationship and this was my fault. There needs to be a serious investigation into the whole family court system in Washington state.REPORT COMMENTS

Who do we go to for help? We have two little boys that a judge in Montana gave all rights to the mother and basically took all parental rights away from the father for no reason. Even though the father walked into court with stacks of evidence of negelect and abuse and the mother waltzed in with nothing! The mother has moved 14 times within a years time, through 4 states, and is currently living in Washington. The father has since also moved to Washington. CPS is well aware of the abuse that is occurring. They have had numerous reports including reports from Doctors and teachers. And the father in this case has a good home that these boys would be safe in. The youngest boy, 4, poops himself at the mention of his mother. He screamed in his father face, "I told you I didn't want to go back to Mommy!", when he had to go back after Christmas break. Both boys were put in her car kicking and screaming! Neither one wanted to go with her. It is high time that the bias that occurs for fathers in these cases is done away with! Not all woman are good mothers! And it is time for children to have rights! This little 4 year old knows where he wants to be. He knows where he is SAFE! But absolutely no one will listen to him. And as the adults in his life there is absolutely nothing we can do to help him. Our hands are tied. When the boys went back after Christmas break CPS conducted a forensic interview with the boys at their school and CPS will not let the father know the results from those interviews. He is told he will get a copy of the report when they close the case. This does not seem right to us. As we understand it, a forensic interview is a series of questions ask in such a way to gather evidence for court. If there is anything in those interviews that can help the fathers case, doesn't he need to know? After the interviews, CPS supposedly investigated the mother and her boyfriend, and as soon as the mother was aware that CPS had been called again, she cut off all communication between the boys and their father. The little guys can't even talk to their father now. The mother has been in and out of woman's shelters because of abuse the she receives from the boyfriend. We fear for these boys safety. And yet the father has no rights! And no one will listen to him or help him. Why was she allowed to move through 4 states? Why is she allowed to live on the west coast of Washington? When this case started in Troy, Montana? Why doesn't the father have his visitation every other weekend? At the very least, she should have to bring the boys to him every other weekend if she chooses to live so far away. A year ago, in February of 2016, the mother went into a woman's shelter and the father was given an emergency stay. So he had custodial rights. She came, assaulted him, kidnapped the boys and took them across the state line into Idaho. We didn't know where they were for 3 days. And yet nothing was done to her about this. She got the boys back and never had to prove that her situation had changed to provide a safe environment for these boys. She was still with the abusive boyfriend, they had no home and she had no job. They were living in a motor home. We are not understanding how this can happen. How can a dad walk in with literally stacks of evidence and yet the mother walks out with all the rights. And who is there to help us? Funds are limited. And lawyers cost a lot and quite frankly do not do anything! Who is there to help these little boys? Who will listen? What can we do?REPORT COMMENTS
