I have never in my life seen so much family destruction as cps has caused my daughter and wife are triing to get the kids back and I guess that them getting there bounous money is to important. thanks to Clinton cps can take your kid and pretty much sell them. somebody needs to do something and I mean quick some one needs to tell the fbi to get off there*****and start arresting these workers that take kids for frivilus and unfounded aligations. everyone should call the fbi and make them do something to these workers they are out of controlREPORT COMMENTS

My 3 granddaughters were wrongfully taken by cps in Adams county Washington. Their parents have complied with everything they were told to do. Passed all mental and drug assessments with flying colors.but cps does not want to give girls back. In fact now they are trying to take them from me. At the initial family team meeting (interigation of parents) Great grandmother stated that the parents had asked that I take full custody of newborn, knowing that it might take years to get clean. Social worker pointed at me and stated that I was not an option. I have adopted 3 drug affected sons that I TOOK HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL. I- placed my child due to his own behavioral and safety issues 3yrs ago I have done everything I can to bring him home however he has not recieved the care or counseling he has needed and is in a facility that is just as responsible as dshs for the neglect of my child he now has a drug issue which all parties involved turn a blind eye to! All the state wants to do is return him home without doing what has been needed. Let's not forget that cps not even my own atty returns calls or try to fight for what he needs he is now 17 with a pass to do what he wants when he wants sadly he will suffer for the lack of services we have begged for!REPORT COMMENTS

I spent 10 yrs fighting for my 3 children. I was forced to divorce my husband because he suffers from bi-polar disorder. I was forced into signing my rights to my oldest child away. My middle child (after 10yrs) finally locked himself in his room going on a hunger strike forcing the state to remove him from the abusive foster home he had been living in and giving him back to me. That same foster home moved to walla walla with my daughter (youngest child) who was returned almost a year after the move after having been removed from the foster home by police because of sexual abuse from the foster father. Only then was my daughter finally returned to me. 10 yrs and the loss of almost everything and my "Husband" and I never gave up. All of that, because someone started a rumor that we moved into a house that was once a meth house many years before we moved into it. This has to stop.REPORT COMMENTS

I and my family have been victamiEd and torn apart do to the corruption in Washington State/Whatcom County. I have been to the Appealate Court already and won m case getting 3 reversals then Whatcom County tried case again I'm currently waiting for an answer again from Appellate Court in another reversal which i feel confident about. I've worked all my life and never abused or neglected my children or grandchildren my g'daughtwr has been in a group home my g'son now been with non native couple for 2 yrs my daughter finally placed with her sister.... The mother was court ordered trespassed from CPS office and other places such as her attorney office can't seem to get help and us now developing emotional issues because she hasn't seen her children in 2 yrs . we are Lakota Sioux/Northern Cheyenne we need helpREPORT COMMENTS

My husband and I were contacted by cps last August 2015 yo see if we would be willing to take his cousins children. We said yes and they were placed with us 3 days later. The original case was in Kent Wa so they transported the kids to our home in Centralia. They asked us questions over the phone one being if we had any past history with cps? I told them yes i had but i was never founded for anything. My husband did the necessary back ground check and also fingerprints. We opened our home to any of the coursety workers that would come over and also to the case workers from Kent . The case was finally transfered down to our county in March of this year at that time they started asking us if we did a home study and we told them No and so they started that process. The lady came to our home the first visit and told us that for the next appt. We could meet her in her office we went there the following week and met with her. As soon as we got there she said that she did not think i was being honest with her. She was trying to tell me that i was founded for a cps case from 18 years before. I asked her how i could have been founded for something and never had been contacted about it. Or had my children taken away from me. Or passed the back ground check and fingerprints. She said well at that time in the 90s they did not send out letters informong anybody. When i asked for a copy of my file she said she coulf not give it to me. And she told me that i needec to write a letter to the regional administrator explaining what i done wrong. And thatbitbwould be their decision wether we get to keep the kids in our home or not. We left and it bothered me the whole night and next day about why i could not have a copy of my file.So i called and asked about it and the lafy said i could get it but would need to fill out a.paper requesting ii. So i filled a request out and my husband took it in the next day and the cps worker proceeded to tell him we have another hick up. My husband said wjat is that and she said well because of your history would both of you be willing to do drug and alochol assestments. My husband said No why would we? We are not the ones who got in trouble and got our kids taken away. She said to think about it and let her know. So we thought about it over tge weekend and the lady called us 3 times today to find out what decision we had made and we told her That we decided that we were not going to do it. So they said we have to have a team meetimg andbthst they have to take the kids and place them some where else. I contacted the ombudsman for cps to file a complaint against them and i am also gonna contact the regional administrator. I hope that they do not remove them from our home. They seem to be pretty cold hearted since the kids have been witj us for this long. They are stable and have shown a ton of growth since they were placed here. The baby is honna be 2 in July and thinks of me as his mom. How heart breaking.REPORT COMMENTS

Cps is a JOKE! I was so blind to their harassment, I was under the impression that everything they were doing, was because they had the right to do so. This however obviously isn't true, and after finding a certain article about faulty state payed workers and knowing my rights, I started asking questions, at one point I asked the cps lady to leave my home after she came into my home with an attitude, badgering me and being super rude. She new nothing about my case file, and was the THIRD cps worker I'd had I'm two months. Needless to say when I began to in force my god given rights, they stopped showing up at my door, the calls quit and they closed my file without so much as a sorry for being faulty, Un knowledgeable pig's who on every given chance violated the very laws we swore under OATH to up hold. .I hate seeing ppl losing their kids to these fools when it could be avoided by simply standing up for yourself, enforcing what you know to be true and right of your personal rights as an American citizen. DCFS brigham City Utah people who are involved I'm only giving first names Christy DCFS investigator Brigham City detective Kaylee caseworker Alessandra caseworker Chelsea supervisor me David my wife Candace and our children,, me and my wife we have all records all doctor records we are trying to Grandma the DCFS records but they are being stubborn about that.. We are still in the process of fighting this case at this point in time me and my wife are broke or destroyed or hurt they wouldn't be so bad to do things for DCFS if we actually knew what we did wrong in fact we don't know anything we have done wrong at this point in time me and my wife has ceased to jump to their hopes and do anything for them because at this point in time we feel that the longer that we stay jumping through the Hoops them or they're going to use and manipulate words against us and to take our kids away from us there are a lot more of manipulations and lies that they have done that I have not put on here way more than you can possibly imagine we are physically and mentally drained we have no more fight in US at this point in time me and my wife do not have jobs I have had a good job but because of the situation and everything that has gone down I am no longer able to perform my job correctly and efficiently because all the stress which in turn drags us down physically wise we cry every day we've lost hope we do not know what else to do we have no money for a lawyer we are probably just going to have to give the kids up they have made our life hell to a point of no return it feels like...... this is our last resort it felt really good to vent about what has happened very emotional it's nice to see that you know we're not the only ones but at the same time too it's very very sad that I wish we could say that we were the only ones. I'm very sorry for everyone who has gone through this that I've read some of your posts and may God be with you and may our government and our Eternal affairs investigates every one of them kidnappers I'm not saying all of DCFS workers are bad a lot of times a lot of them were left in the dark I understand but I do pray to God that you know that they choose the right size and they do what's right and find a new line of work or open them mines broaden their shoulders and stand up for whats ultimately the right thing to do .. sorry but my worries and paragraph have jumped around just a little bit one's way at the bottom one is way at the top ones right in the middle but if you read it you'll understand which one goes where I love all of you brothers and sisters be strong stay strong well that's funny I'm a hypocrite because I'm not even able to stay strong ...aboys were taken under false pretenses the warrant was manipulated to seem worse than what it was to achieve the warrant from the judge the boys were not neglected nor abused they were taken care of very well we lived in a one-bedroom Hotel with no air conditioning the air conditioner isREPORT COMMENTS
