I have been doing everything DCFS asks - AND MORE that is not Court Ordered... They WAIT until JUST BEFORE the Next Court Date to announce they want me to do some other form of therapy and tell me to see their friends ($$$ backdoor) RIGHT BEFORE THE NEXT COURT DATE. THIS IS AN ONGOING PATTERN OF ABUSE BY L.A. DCFS WHO ARE KNOWINGLY DOING THIS OVER AND OVER... They wait until Just Before the Next Court Date to come up with SOME Excuse that you are needing more therapy, other therapy or claim you are not in compliance after you have an Office meeting with them where they told you that you were doing a good job and COMPLYING and working hard... My son, and youngest child, was placed on a hospital hold and entered into CPS in Spokane, WA because I was HONEST about my past pregnancies, and their "concern" was because my PAST pregnancies ended in loses in ANOTHER state. They then authorized my daughter, who was NOT involved in the case in any way shape or form out of my care and cost me custody of her, even though my son was returned to me shortly after being placed in foster care. All the service providers have submitted reports that claim the OPPOSITE of what CPS wants, verifying that there is no concern. Someone SERIOUSLY need to step in and control this state. And now the worker wants to continue the case rather than closing it because I am pregnant, which I REFUSE to deliver in Washington. I seriously want nothing to do with this state after all of this heartbreak that was UNNECESSARY. And I'm not the only one that this has happened to that I personally know. Someone DO something to stop the abuse of our rights, and the rights and welfare of our children!!REPORT COMMENTS

Well they removed my children too, I was told by a woman name Cheryl Hotchkiss that she would file one petition for one child and ended up filing 3. i have been lied on by this woman name Sylvia Glover, Wendy Andres, Daniel Foster, Rebecca Harris,even the judge cant even make his own mind up because of Sylvia Glover acting like she is the judge. man this place is bad and they need to be fired. Like my children are suffering like crazy and the people is not saying anything about it and they are being starved, negected, sexually abused, and they have to dress they selfs and they little kis not even 5 yet. i mean somebody need to hear this story because this can get somebody fired. The state dont care about these kids they just want to take them and get money off them. Its harmful to the kids and the parents who really need help they too blind to see that. They dont care. They want you to sign all these papers and do all the serves just to earn their respect but the parent aint there to please anybody you are there to get your kids back and love them the way they suppose to be. I never seen so many cruel people in my life. They play these 2 parts inside the court room its we dont think the kids need to go home and outside the court room they are like we want to reunify the kids back to you. My kids 3 kids were takin from me on hear say on oct 12 2012 by josh paxton in colville WA. I was pregnant with my fourth and I was told I could keep him at home with me. He was born on 12/19/2012 seven pounds seven ounces and healthy as a horse. Two days later Dan Foster and Wendy pratt came to my home and took him away saying I was addicted to drugs and hid the birth. I had no cell phone and my baby was born in spokane I did call and leave them a message informing them of my new arrival. I have passed all my drug screens and did a voluntary hair follicle that of course was clean also. I dont do drugs. On our court hearing they rushed my son to ER with problems breathing (so they say) and right before the judge made his ruling the get a text saying doctor suspects the baby having drug withdrawals. I just got the ER report and the doctor said baby looked healthy and nothing wrong. The foster mom was the one to say that she beleived it and the doctor told her he was fine. I feel stuck because no matter what I have done and proven to them I am not a bad mom they still keep my babies. Its not right and everyone needs to be heard.REPORT COMMENTS

MY SONS BY A PREVIOUS MARRIAGE WAS SEXUAL, PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY ABUSED BY THEIR MOTHER AND THEIR HALF-BROTHER AND D.C.F.S., BEFORE AND DURING MY DIVORCE AND THE AGENCY HELP HIDE IT. WHILE ALSO TRYING TO "JAM" MY CUSTODY CASE. YEARS LATER MY DAUGHTER, IN MY NEW MARRIAGE WAS WRONGFULLY TAKEN AND PUT IN A FOSTER HOME, AS A MEANS OF "SHUTTING ME UP", BECAUSE I STILL MADE IT BE KNOWN THAT I'M PURSING MY CASE AGAINST MY SONS. Planned baby, in hospital, rights were violated by hospital staff by placing baby's name under wife's maiden name, even though we both reported that we were Christian married in the family bible... disagreement with nurse was followed up by a cps interview... where mom was accused of doing drugs QUOTE "SMOKED A BOWL OF WEED" prior to giving birth? Just doen't make sense, meaning if mom was high wouldn't the doctor have made that determination before running IV Drugs? Suffice to say, hospital did do drug cultures and had been doing so throughout mom's entire pregnancy... after accusation, still anoth negative drug test... CPS Newport Washington, Pend Oreille County, "JUDY" their case worker needs to be permamently investigated for lying in court and on documents to clarify her reasining... meaning, her accusations of mom doing drugs is ground for baby removal that was proven to be unfounded, Judy deserves to go to prison, as it appears that she has a HISTORY of these type of actions, meaning lying to acheive a desired response.REPORT COMMENTS

Reading all that has happened to others involved in dcfs cases, has touched me.I have changed my world and excepted my past, Today i can say I am a changed person and a stand strong woman! I did make mistakes also a surviver victom. I am MOM I want to share my new life with my children showing them family support and morals,a structured peaceful life, and most of all how much I love my children, teach and guide them and support their decisssions. I lost the privalage 0f being a parent,and I do want to regain my custody. As John the xvix said "as once I was blind, now I can see." I have completed all services,I am still fighting for my 6 beautiful children. I have been tested in everyway by the DCFS, proscuting, harsh words, keeping my family from their mother. saying they do not like me.... I am reaching out, my children are depending on me. I will keep forward and have prayer, I will not let my children down, I am MOM, the courts are tring to take all custody rights. I have trial few days, I know today I have to face the mistkes I have made. I am ready to face them, I miss my children and love them dearly.REPORT COMMENTS

hello grays harbor this dcfs office in aberdeen needs to be investigated very fast they are very corrupt my assigned social worker Kimberly A Bestrom is bout crooked as they come in my opinion she is a liar and is all bout treating the mother fair and just at least in my case my ex got my children taken from me in july of 2012 and the office is already starting the adoption process!!!!! Are serious can this really happen???? They claim im a "dangerous person" but cant prove nuthin they put down 7 criminal charges in the issp and only 2 of them are correct so needless to say they are lying about 5 of the criminal charges. Where are they coming up with these fake charges??? At my visits the supervisor leaves me alone with my children numerous times thru out my 2 hour "supervised" visit and i got pictures of this they bring up my best friend who i call my brother who is in prison for triple murder who has never even been around my children theyare bringing him up for no reason. They dont understand that for one hes in prison for the rest of his life and what he does i have no control over and it has nothing to do with my parenting skills also in my opinion Kimberly A Bestrom needs to either resign or get fired please everyone help get DCFS office investigated fast before they ruin more families like mineREPORT COMMENTS

My opinion is that cps is crooked & should be shut down. They like to take kids from parents that dont deserve it but yet parents that need their kids removed get to keep their kids.
