Their basis, The Mom is "coaching" the daughter. What started off as me trying to save my 12 yr old daughter from online predators and pedofiles turned into HELL and some how we went from being the victims to being the bad guys. threatened by a dcfs caseworker that she would take my kids from me, She refused to listen to a thing I said. They tried to place me on the maltreatment registry and THANK GOD THE APPEALS COURT JUDGE ACTUALLY WAS UNBIASED AND NOT ONLY HEARD ME BUT LISTENED AND UNDERSTOOD WHAT WAS REALLY GOING ON Then after I think its all over, come to find out the same caseworker and her supervisor thought they were being slick and sent another request to place me on the registry because I refused to cower to them and I caught the supervisor in a lie. & I know more about the judicial system than they do...GUESS THEY SHOULD READ THEIR FILES THEY WOULD HAVE SEEN CRIMINAL JUSTICE MAJOR....ughhhh none of it makes any sense but the vindictive b.s. has to STOP. protect kids that need protecting.,.not punish the parents for trying to protect and raise their kids rightREPORT COMMENTS

we allether someone has t need to sto stop cps ,they have stolen our children and sold them into adoption and our goverment pays them incinitives to do this ,,in pierce co wa alone i,,,11 children died at the hands of foster care and cps in 2011 and thats only what got reported and thats only 1 county in wa state yet nothing is done 11 children dead in one county and all with cps or foster care if thats not enough to get this county and state investigated then there is no hope the lives of those children have to count who will take a stand against this corrupt organization .they have violated our rights stripped us of them and taken the very heart from us when they have taken our children they have lied ,falsified documents and still nothing no matter what we do or who we have pleaded with for help there is no one no one is there to help .so they continue to sell and murder our children and everyone is to afraid to go up against themREPORT COMMENTS

I have witnessed lying, lying and more lying from cps and excuses every month why the children could not be placed back into the home, to the point where the 5 year old is being investigated for being normal and discovered his private parts, which he chose to share with his 7 year old brother. What is there to investigate? Just another excuse to keep them in the system. These people are not CPS employees. Added: Grays Harbor County, CPS I have browsed the STRONG/FIGHTING Individuals who have signed this petition and take great appreciation for the ones who go day by day without there children. No one is perfect, obviously, Yes...there are legit CPS cases but there are also the cases where you can see the parent(s) doing whatever possible and seeing no action done. I'm so puzzled by this. I don't understand these caseworker's motives or how they can go home and lay there head down each night. What is it going to take to get any help. I gurantee if I had money and a "title" of some-sort this CPS case would never have happened to me. Like I've said I've cooperated. I've asked what to write down what I had to do to get my kids home, this caseworker wrote this- 1- apply for low-income housing (I live at home w my supportive family, the boys have there own room, so why should I get on a waiting list and go live by myself with no family support 2- Apply for a "free dshs phone" (check) 3- sober support meetings (check) 4- Go To WorkSource (I support all working parents but you "have" to be working to have your children home? Grays Harbor County, CPS has taken both my babies from the hospital. I admit I needed help when they first got involved. I have done everything they have asked and more, I have letter after letter from all the services I have graduated ect saying I'm doing good and 100% in doing anything I have to do to fight for my children, My second pregnancy my CPS worker made me feel like I had to choose between my unborn baby and my 1 year old. Giving me 2 options to adopt or she was filing for shelter care. She has threatened me, lied and so on. We had a meeting before I gave birth and she told me if I kept this baby also it would pro-long my other baby coming home, which makes no scense because she has both my children. She was dead set on me adopting. How can they be for the family when you see your children once a week for 2 hours...and thats even if they bring them to the visit, this is crazy. Something needs to happen. I want my boys home, I've never even gave the chance to be a mother to them so how can they judge me? But unfortanetly I was stupid when I got involved and thought if I told them the truth it would help instead I gave them what they wanted, a case.REPORT COMMENTS

I am asking congress on behalf of my girlfriend whose only child has been KIDNAPPED by the LA DCFS after her ex-husband made false allegations against her during a week-end visit even though she has 2 witnesses present with her who filed declarations supporting her under oath. The LA DCFS office took the case without due process, with no investigation whatsoever, no interview of supporting witnesses or even a home visit (OC is out of their jurisdiction, but that is where the child was living, go figure the logic or even the law allowing such travesty). Since then she has been __exonerated__ in dependency court as we were able to prove that the ex is a pathological liar and his testimony was thrown out of court. Since the case was only relying on his testimony, charges were dismissed. One would think that in America, that would be the end of it, and she would regain the custody of her daughter. Quite the opposite happened. Random testings were imposed on her (she has never failed one), therapy, required AA attendance (she has no record), professional monitored visits ($400/visit) , etc ... They have made our life a living and expensive hell, just because .... they don't like us ... according to court documents. I have never seen anything like this. This department is completely fraudulent, staffed with social workers with absolutely no desire to do what's best for the children. They are power hungry, sociopath who just want to see their victims squirm under their totalitarian thumb. Example: Last Dec, the ex-husband who suddenly wanted to move to Egypt with the daughter (he works in the film industry) decided that since the judge wasn't going to allow him to take his daughter to this part of the world, that a reconciliation was in order. He and my girlfriend presented their desire to amend and mediate to the judge who directed the state to conduct the mediation, The terms were simple. The ex-husband wanted his daughter returned to the mother. The state mediator refused to mediate. Subsequently since the mediation route didn't seem to work, and he lost his opportunity to go to Egypt for his work, the ex-husband decided to try to do the same thing in OC. He contacted my ex-wife, gave her confidential court documents (mostly reports from our unsympathetic social worker), urge her to contact social services in OC which she did. We had 2 investigations (emergency and full) and came back completely supportive of us (I have 4 kids of my own living with me). The OC department was courteous, respectful and gave us due process. One will think since we were never investigated by LA DCFS, that they would look favorably to a report from a sister agency who conducted a proper investigation, interrogated my kids, doctors, teachers, and us .... Or that upon learning the devious conspiracy of the ex-husband, that they would start distancing themselves from him. Not at all. Our Social worker in LA is on a personal vendetta. Now reports are blatantly aREPORT COMMENTS

I had legal guardianship of my 4 grandchildren. DCFS ripped them out of my home because two of the girls had lice they had caught at school. So they took my 2 year old, the girls at the time 8 and 9 years old nad my 11 year old boy. They promptly adopted the baby boy to another family. He isnot an orphan. The oldest boy went with his father, that i dont mind because i get visitations with him. 1 of my girls was supposed to go to my sister in another state. promises of funding then no funding. Now it looks like they just want to keep her in foster care until 18, is this right. My sister has a ranch and horses in Arkansas and this would be ideal for hailee, not living in a foster home in inglewood.REPORT COMMENTS

The DCF office in Brattleboro Vermont took not one of my grandchildren but all seven from both of my boys wifes.To make it even worse they took on the same day!!They disregard the facts that family members with a four bedroom home want and love these kids but give them to strangers and to make matters worse are going to put them up for adoption.The stuff they have done is crazy. The only physical abuse came from the foster parents who supposedly fell on my grandson and broke his little leg and didn't even take to the Drs. for three days.The whole countries DCF offices should be redone and reevaluated once and for allll....These kids have loving families!!REPORT COMMENTS

They took my sister's newborn right out of the hospital, and proceed to come to her house and take her 5 & 7 year old sons.
