Every job has its good and bad, for instance i have family who are cps employees, and i have also gone through 4 case workers because they were corrupt... they shared personal medical information with my boyfriends mother that completely violated my HIPPA rights,they stole my 2 week old daughter from me depriving her of breastmilk, tried to take away my sacred bond, brought her to a visit at the tacoma dshs office completely soaked and soiled in feces as well as covered in animal hair. they lied in the allegation on just about everything and took a junkies retailiating word who has been legally in trouble for false reporting over my own families words and tears.. althought i have my daughter now but im still doing services and i am stalked by cps until October i have to live in fear from the wolves in sheep clothing. we need to stand up to these people stealing our pride, our babies , our state jobs which both me and the father had,our dignity....our beautiful babies are adoptable its money in the pocKetREPORT COMMENTS

CHEROKEE COUNTY, GA DFCS - I would like to know?.. Is it ONLY in the Cherokee County, Ga District? Or does it pertain to all other Counties in the State of Georgia? That ANY applicant that applies for a Supervisor or Field Investigator position in the DFCS/Social Services field? They must require a Degree, Bachelor Degree, or Ph.D in EVERY Career field known to man kind? Because I have never seen such an astonishing amount of "Education" and "Knowledge" within one Government Division (all under one roof) in my life, as I have seen at Cherokee County DFCS Social Services. Their mean, cruel, vindictive & cold-hearted skills, that seem to continulously grow at an "alarming" rate. So, we'll see how their corrupt minds like it, when The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) & The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) get done with them. (Not counting, all the NEWS TEAMS on standby).. Just to make sure that Cherokee County Social Services Employees that like to "pretend" (warped imaginations) that they are carring around all of those Degrees and Ph.Ds, they seem to like throwing at people, in order to (illegally snatch) people's children by "manipulation".. (Especially, all the children that showed NO PROOF whatsoever of ANY "abuse or neglect".. But were "snatched" anyway).. We'll see what (PROOF) DFCS have to back up all their (immature, ridiculous and absurd) "False" accusations & slandering allegations toward the family members, that have been a victim of their corrupt & illegal activities. We'll see exactly how many are PROVED to be TRUE.. And for every Family Member that has been effected physically, mentally, emotionally or financially by their "false" accusations & allegations? Will be filing for compensation from their DFCS Division & compensation from every Social Workers's claim that PROVES to be "false?" Our case alone, Cherokee County DFCS have broken several Family Rights, Parental Rights, Grandparents Rights, State & Local Family Laws, & Social Workers Ethic Code & etc.. Also, I would like to know.. How are all of their "Social Services" Employees "Education" and "Knowledge" are paid for? Is it paid for by: #1) Government Grants?.. #2) "Tax Payers" money (the people they "Legally Kidnap" all their Foster Kids from)? .. #3) All their Foster Parents (the ones they give our "Legally Kidnapped" kids too)? .. #4) Do they pay for their own education "OUT-OF-THEIR-OWN-POCKET?".. #5) NONE OF THE ABOVE (because they are "allowed" by THEIR Local Officials to break every Federal, State & Local Government "Enforced" Family Laws they want to, as they take in each child that they "Illegally Kidnap").. *KIDS THAT "DO NOT" EVEN SHOW (ANY) SIGNS OF "ABUSE or NEGLECT" WHATSOEVER! And we were informed by one of their (own) Local Officials? That our NEWBORN "HEALTHY" GRANDSON was in "HIGH DEMAND" for Adoption!! AND BELIEVE THAT "EVERYBODY" SEES WHERE ALL THIS IS GOING, DON'T WE?? So, if DFCS DOES NOT return our grandson back to his birth mother IMMEDIATEREPORT COMMENTS

Regiond DCFS in Spokaneis by far the most, twisted, corrupt sick group of people I have ever had the Displeasure of knowing. They have no morals or integrity. Will lie to judges, ruin families and never lose anights sleep. They MUST be investigated. One of the 1st things is to give the Social Workers UA tests. My family was having great diificulties at the time. Our children was removed from our care. From the beginning I felt as though they treated me as if I didnt even deserve repect. THe social worker continuosly gave confidential information to the childrens grandmother who wasnt even given permission by neither myself or my husband. And Cherokee the social worker related info regarding us adults and our plan of action to get the help we needed. This grandmother did not and could not even get the children in her care due to her legal status. We didn't want her to attend any meetings and yet she was there everytime thanks to social worker cherokee. And our information personal not regarding the children her grandkids were concerned so DCfs violated our rights as humans.Then the agency didnt make any attempt to place our children with the family we wanted. Nor did they place them with our qualified family friend. Which they said they would do. THere are several more things that the agency either did or didn't do as they were required by law to do. Unprofessional and treated us the alleged neglectful parents like we werent even human. It didnt feel so good. The agency didn't offer or family services to facilitate our family in succeeding together united. Isnt that the first priority is to see how dcfs can help the family unit. But in most cases that i've heard of it all to often seems to achieve and almosr strive to be non helpful to the biological parents especially in our circumstance. We obtained outside services that we needed prior it even being recommended by dcfs.in every area that we needed services and there were many things that we engaged in.Treatments, couseling self help groups we did them and documented everything we did. Because unfortunately we learned that their employees, social workers and their supervisors even will tell lies to strenghthen their cause. Whatever that me be. And then they may change circumstances on you with no prior notice which by law they are required to communicate especially certain things critical to the welfare of the children and how they will be affected. Example. They removed our children from one foster home to another 5 cities or more and 3 counties over without informing any family member.or the kids parents until weeks later. And lots of little lires that matter such as the correct time a family team meeting was foing to happen. My worker actually told me that I didn;t need to even go to the initial meeting before first court appearance.It was as if she was trying to take advantage of the fact that I was ignorant of the proceedures and whatever else that needed to be done in order for me to re-unit with my children. It was a very unfortunate experience. Its the government. And their employees at dcfs are human and hence corrupt and judgmental and manipulative. I wonder do they get bonuses for placements or do they get monitary perks when they lie to decieve and then get the state custody of the childREPORT COMMENTS

Dcfs is trying to label me a child abuser with a unfounded report stating I thumped my baby in the head after she was born in the nursery ICU unit saying I did it in front of a nurse they are saying it was a anonymous report and personally I think I would REMEMBER doing something like that. My main concern is the lack of awareness displayed by DCFS in regards to reports filed during custody battles. They fail to acknowledge the possibility that one parent is making false accusations in order to gain custody. DCFS also appears not to acknowledge the existence of parental alienation in such cases. I have found that they do not follow their own procedures and there is no consistency in how investigators proceed in their "investigations". Children are put in the middle and in these cases with false allegations, DCFS causes incredible turmoil and upset in their lives unnecessarily.REPORT COMMENTS

My case has been founded for physical abuse and we are currently in the process of appealing. I naively trusted CPS by allowing them into my home to interview me and my child. CPS did a horrific job in "investigating" my case. They keep referring to it as an investigation, yet they have done NO investigating. They took the referent's word that she saw bruises on my daughter's face. We begged CPS to look at photos of my daughter, indicating that she did NOT have any bruising--EVER! My attorney deposed the CPS worker and was able to pinpoint all of the inaccuracies and lies in my case, yet I have very little hope that these people will be held responsible for their hatefulness and ineptitude. We will continue to pursue accountability for these people. It is absolutely stunning to me that they flagrantly hurt people for their own gain. I don't understand.REPORT COMMENTS
