D.C.F.S. Needs To Be Investigated Because They Are Wrong For Removing Children That Do Not Need To Be Removed. The Department Do Not Do Full Back Ground Checks On The Familys That They Place These Children With. They Have Other Family Members Living There When They Are Not Supposed To. The Deparentment Do Not FOLLOW BY THEIR GUIDE LINES LIKE AGENCY DOES. The Caseworkers & The Supervisors Is Not Worried About The Childrens Best Interest. Theres No Way That My Five Year Old & Six Year Old Should Be Talking About The Male Private Part & Back Side All The Time & Spelling It, Knowing About Porn & Sexual Acts & Toys Like Males Private Part Pump. My Childrens Convetsations Should Have Anything To Do With PROFANITY. Or Trying To Kiss On Other Little Boys. I Requested For My Children To Have Councling Right After My Six Year Was Sexually Abused January 5th 2010. His Councling SUPPOSED TO HAVE STARTED 5 Months Later. My Son Thats 5 Years Old Got Councling A Year Later From What I Was Told By DCFS. My Children Are Still Being Sexually Abused By The Foster Parents 22 Year Old Biological Son. It Was Just Told To Me And Their Father & Great GrandMother June 2nd 2012 @ 7:46pm. I Taped It Because Everytime We Report It To The Case Workers & The Case Workers Supervisor, "WE ARE LYING" & It Is UNFOUNDED Because Case Workers Do Have Their Favoriets Who They Want The Children To Stay With. My Family & The Childrens Fathers Family Have Been Fighting For My Children For 10 Years Now. The Judge Has Terminated My Rights For My Only 10 1/2 Year Old Daughter Who My Boy & I Haven't Seen In 4 Years, For My Now 12 Year Old Son & My 8 1/2 Year Old Son & They Are Still Around The Perpretradors. D.C.F.S. NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED BY OUT SIDE INVESTIGATORS OR DETECTIVES. My Children In ROMEOVILLE ILLINOIS NEED A DETECTIVE TO TALK WITH THEM SO THE TRUTH CAN BE TOLD!!!!!!!!!! Please He Me & My Family & All The Other Familys That Need To Be Helped, I Was Not Giving A Fair Chance For My Familys REUNIONCATIFION. I See What one Person Was Talking About When They Said D.C.F.S. Removes Children From Their Biological Parents & Place Them In A Enviorment To Where It's Unstable, A Dangerious Enviorment, No Safty, Gross Neglect/Anticipatory Neglect. This Is What The Department Of Children & Family Services Is Guilty Of. At First Three Of My Children Were "SEXUALLY ABUSED" In Their Custody, Now It's Four Of My Children. D.C.F.S. Said That Their Rules Have Changed, "D.C.F.S. Stop Removing The Victims Of Sexual Abuse In A Foster Home Out Of The Homes & Remove The Perpretrador. Three Or My Children Was Sexually Abused In The Same Home & My Only Daughter Got Sexually Abused In Her Foster Home. What I DON'T AGREE WITH IS, WHAT KINDA OF JUDGE WILL ALLOW MY CHILDREN TO REMAIN IN A HOME FOR THE SEXUAL ABUSE CONTINUE AFTER HE WAS AWARE OF THE FIRST INCOUNTER, THEN THE SAME FOSTER PARENTS WAS ALLOWED TO ADOPT MY CHILDREN. ALL OF MY CHILDREN WHERE AROUND THE AGES OF 5 WHEN THIS TOOK PLACE, WHICH IT'S STILL HAPPENING NOW AS I WRITE THIS. MY 5 Year Old & Six Year Old. DCFS SAID THEY REMOVED THE PERPRETRADOR LAST YEAR, A 11 Year Old That THIS FOSTER PARENT HAS HAD GUARIDANSHIP OVER & HAD SINCE INFANCY. MY CHILDREN IS NOT MENTIONING HIM ANY MORE, THEIR SAYING THAT IT IS THE FOSTER PARENTS BIOLOGICAL SON WHO HAS BEEN SEXUALLY ABUSING THE 11 YEAR OLD & TAUGHT THE 11 YEAR HOW TO SEXUALLY ABUSE MY SON'S & NOW THAT THE 11 YEAR IS GONE, THE BIOLOGICAL SON IS DUCK TAPING MY KIDS & SEXUALLY ABUSING THEM!!!!!!!!!! One Of The Investigaters Told Me If I Make Another Hot Line Call Reporting To Them Whats Going On With My Children, I Will Be ARRESTED FOR FALSE ALLIGATIONS & Trying To SABATAUGE My Kids Placement. My Children's GAL Is Not Doing Her Job Nor Is My Out Side Attorney That The Court Appointed Me.The Judge ADOPTED 3 Of My Children Out & ALLOWING THIS 2 CONTINUE. DCFS SAYS THEIR LOGO STANDS FOR: KEEPING FAMILYS TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!! That Is A Lie. D.C.F.S. HAS TORN MY FAMILY APART. VIOLATED OUR HUMAN CIVIL RIGHTS AS HUMAN BEINGS & CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES. Screening-in people regardless of anonymous caller reporting FALSE ACCUSATIONS, ABUSE OF POWER telling people they HAVE to let them into their homes or they WILL REMOVE CHILD, Lying to manipulate custodial parent into "agreed placement"Having safety plan w/out involving the CUSTODIAL PARENT or advocates knowledge.USING " THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD, AND THE CHILDS SAFETY" as a tool to gain IMMUNITY from our right for due process. ACKNOWLEDGES THAT "VOLUNTARY' is a strange way to word it considering that it is not in any sense VOLUNTARY they will file a dependency if you do not agree....AND IF YOU ARE IN RECOVERY AND HAVE EVER BEEN INVOLVED WITH THE DEPARTMENT BEFORE, YOU ARE SUBJECT TO LOSE YOUR CHILD IF YOU RELAPSE EVEN IF IT WAS ISOLATED AND YOU HAVE DONE WHAT TAUGHT TO DO AND PUT YOURSELF BACK ON TRACK EVEN INTO TREATMENT....DO NOT ANSWER YES TO ANY THING ON The safety assessment risk form used for investigations....It designed in such a way that any answer YES will consider that the child is unsafe and a safety plan need to be done and if there is a YES answer for the safety plan analysis its a IN-HOME safety plan if you answer NO its a OUT OF HOME safety plan. This is very unfair and HUGE misuse of power. Tearing familys apart is NOT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF OUR CHILDRENREPORT COMMENTS

They are making up lies about me and my boyfriend and took my baby because of my age. We have done everything they asked plus more and there still asking for him to be in out of home placement. My grandma would be a good place for him but they keep making up excuses and she passed everything they had her do know there stopping the home study for no reason. They havent even gave me a chance to be a mom he was a premature baby and was in the hospital and they put him in foster care i could see them coming in and monitoring to see that i can be a good mom but they just took him and he hadnt even came home yet. We agreed on 4 days a week one hour and the judge approved and they made something up now we only get 2 days a week 2 hour visits and hes not even 2 months old yet we need that bonding time and they obviously dont care. They have no right to be giving the power they have cause it went straight to there heads.REPORT COMMENTS

I have dealt with CPS time and time again my advice to anyone who has had their children taken and no court action has been started in the juvinile court is to file a parenting plan in superior court along with an exparte order to show cause and note in the order that cps must show cause or return your children take that order to the cps office and tell them to give back your kids. This only works if they have no real evidence against you though. CPS has to be ended or replaced before more children have to deal with growing up in foster homes.REPORT COMMENTS

These CPS workers just blind-sided us (Grandparents) who 3 children were put into our care on 3-27-12 and taken from us for no concievable reason on 4-6-12. My daugher and the mother said she wanted the children to stay with us until she completed her services. Now they are in separate foster homes utilizing government funding and the 2 girls (twins) dad that after 8 years and two incarcerations (one for drug trafficking cocaine from the canadian thru california border) steps forward) and wants the 2 girls too live with him, This is after thier 8 years of life that he hasn't been involved (not even a birthday card); not a U.S. Citizen and never will be: and this is on public record and the girls don't want to be separated from their other siblings and split the family apart (also) he has (The supposed father who is a stranger to those girls and also is still married to my daughter but she lives in Bellingham and he lives in Tacoma (he was at the detention center for 2 years or more for possible deportation) and had a fijian matrimonial service, so he believes he is married to someone else. His current wifes (fijian) name is Julie gave up a child for adoption...Our whole family is grieving and it is inconceivable that he is unemployed and those girls have us(loving and nurturing grandparents (Not needing any public funding to raise all 3) that he again the dept gives him unsupervised visitation; he is a flight risk; will be separating them from the familiar and safe, that he could just come in and take them...I believe state funding has somthing to do with this as he was almost evicted and he gets an attorney his parents paid for ((although DNA has never been established) has a say that he doesn'tr want them with us; has denied his paternaty just last year; and is causing tremendous grief in our whole family system...DCFS believes it is OK and there was no reason...We were blind-sided...We love those children; mom wants them placed w/ us until she completes her services and then a man who has had no contact in the 8 years of their little lives places them in a foster system...They want to be w/ us and how is he getting unsupervised visits when he wasn't even @ the live birth (I was) and he was incarcerated for a drug felony,REPORT COMMENTS

The ATG office makes up lies and does not have to back up any of the allegations. Many times the parent is brought into court with allegations and information of which there is no discovery given to try and protect themselves. All here say!! With no funding for the so called public defenders office they can't even afford to give copy or give more than a days notice of hearings. Laws are broke and made to fit to the convenience of job security for the DSHS and CPS LOving families are ripped apart by thse ungodly creatures. And as per there own statements" God" has nothing to do with the lives of children". appalling!! If the reason for becoming involved is taken care so as seemingly it is safe for the children to come home, they create another. There is only help in numbers. The pockets of all individuals of Washington State are being robbed by these creatures.
