what do you do if this has happened to you ? My rights were terminated in 2007 two of my children were adopted by their foster parents, and my son is special needs and still in state care. I was a single Mom with no money, and their father was arrested for rape of a child which occured in my home. He was very abusive physically, emotionally and an alcoholic....I suffer from mental health problems to this day from what CPS hass done to my family...they were taken in 2003 and refused to let any family members keep the children...their grandmother died in 2004 after fighting and fighting to get her grandkids....she died of a broken heart to weak to fight to get any better. And the judge at my termination hearing condoned me for doing such a good job on bettering myself and getting my life back together but it was alittle too late. CPS kept trying to put me away into behavorial modification institutions promising they would let me see my children....they lied!!!! I never saw them when there. And also said it was my decision to returned home after 60 days and when I did they said that I had just left. I had an opportunity to see my children after 60 days they gave me a choice and I took it, anything to see my kids.... My oldest daughter who is now 20, told me all the lies that their CPS worker Edith Vance and Paul Thurik and even the foster adopt Mother, lies stating their biological Mother and their family don't love them and don't want them. The social worker threatening my New husband to sign a paper at the termination hearing saying that if he doesn't sign the paper that he will have to deal with him later... because I was going to win the case and they CPS would lose their bonuses for adopting out my children if I lost...just to bring up sexual abuse that had happen to him as an 8 yr old saying he was the perpetrator, which the truth was brought to life that they had him confused with his step Dads ex wife and son. harassing of my star witness so bad that he didn't show up for court even though he was a mental health therapist who was to testify on my behalf...with holding of letters from my son to me by the Casa worker so he never got a letter back to know how much his Momma loves him..after being torn away from his sisters because he hit his little sister, things that young children sometimes do, instead of showing him it is not okay to hit, they separate him from his sisters and emotionally scar him...there was even a drug and alcohol counselor who was originally appointed to me through CPS who sent me to inpatient to do those 60 days I mentioned earlier, who testified on my behalf. My own lawyer after the termination hearing was over, upset that they had actually terminated me, she signed as Under duress. There needs to be justice for the victims of CPS abuse. Some children do need to be taken from families that abuse them but not from families that make mistakes just so they can legally kidnap them for bonuses $$$$$$$, I have two children leREPORT COMMENTS

cps has completely destroyed my life as well as many others, it would not be such a crime against the children and familys that have felt the effect of the local c.p.s. adminastration, if in fact the actions that have been taken against these familys was as a result of actual neglect or situations were abuse was really a factor. In reality all too many of the cases involved are a direct result of the greed and funding recieved and improperly alocated by the local c.p.s. office. It's no less then the sales of our children by an oppresive government organisation. We must fight this beast, as a united group- and together we can shut down this adversary. They've lost the consept of what it is Cps is supposed to do. Manipulated a system put in place to protect actual child victims. What theyre doing to so many familys is disturbing. My sister who lives in Tacoma has had her four children taken away from her since September with false allegations charged against her... They have since been in 3 foster homes and have been separated. The youngest boy shows physical signs of being beaten and molested....I have talked to 3 of her caseworkers and the current caseworker manager about sending the kids to me where they could be together.. every time I call they mysteriously don't have any info on me....And refuse to contact the ones in state that could care for them. I was just wondering if it was Obamas niece or nephew or even his sister would he finally put a stop to the malicious acts, lies and betrayal performed by CPS? Or would he and the rest of congress just "turn the other cheek?" Its time Congress takes a stand after all, its these children and all others in CPS care that will be running our country one day!REPORT COMMENTS

I am a BIG BIG pusher of supporting this and a case opened IMMEDIATELY. They have gone totally corrupt and are being told what to do from somebidy else behind closed doors atnall times......... I am a mother of children that have been taken by them with out reason or legal constitution. Ive been a mother with children for ten years and because of them I cant find how to get them back the police work with them and are corrupt all I want is whats mine and was taken ........ how do i get something like this for people in Arkansas cause my family is going thru some things right now with a DCFS office here.They removed my grand kids from my husband and I ,my daughter was having problems so left them with us and just because we didnt have custody of them they took them and she done the right thing by leaving them with us they were being very well took care of and DCFS knew this I feel that they are going to do everything they can to keep from giving them back because the case worker has a grudge against my husband and i because of our past we all have done everything they have ask and they still keep adding more to what they believe needs to be done we need some advice and help .Thank youREPORT COMMENTS

My childern were taken from me. I have done all they have asked me to do, they have lied about me and bullyed me, I fear i will loose my kids. I have tried to do all they have asked me to do. Now they have me going to aa and stop and seamar for treatment. I dont drink or do drugs. Have never done these things . no one listens to me. They think i am . yet i have never had a dui, or been in jail. they have no proof, Please help us , save us. The c p s are evil and they dont care about the families they should be helping. DCFS detained my not even 1 month old baby because they assumed that my baby was in danger of physical &/or sexual abuse due to a call that they received from my husbands jealous ex girlfriend. thats crazy. i love my child and i was honestly shocked when i saw a dcfs worker at my door because i can guarantee that if they asked anyone who knew me well they'd tell em that my baby always got the love and attention she needed. she always got fed when it was time for her to eat, she was always clean, dressed nice & was always bathed. and i had no problem ever getting up in the middle of the night for her even if all she wanted was to be rocked back to sleep. Dcfs needs to do their job/investigations right and help the children who really get abused and are in need of their help instead of destroying the hearts of those families who really care about and do anything possible to protect their child . Someone needs to stand up to them and defend their rights and teach dcfs how to do their job right because all they do is take advantage because theyre the law and use that to threatn and intimidate people into admitting things that they really didnt do by lying to you saying that if you admit you did what theyre accusing you with you can take classes and keep your child and thats all a lie because they'll use that against you and say you admit to it and that youre not responsible enough to care for your child and you are putting the infant in danger so they will still take him/her away and make you do as they please !!! Dont Fall for their lies and into their trapp with getting you to admit to something when you know you are innocent !! defend your rights !REPORT COMMENTS

LOS ANGELES SOUTH COUNTY LAKEWOOD OFFICE OF DCFS HAVE COMPLETLY VIOLATED MY RIGHTS ON MANY OCCASIONS PRESSURING ME TO ADMIT TO FALSE ALLEGATIONS THREATENING CUSTODY OF MY NEWBORN IF I DIDNT COMPLY AND OR COOPERATE WITH THEM. THEY REPEATEDLY LIED TURNED AROUND MY WORDS WHILE MISLEADING ME WHILE I DID WHAT THEY ASKED ME TO DO IN ORDER TO KEEP MY DAUGHTER IN MY CUSTODY WHILE THEY WERW TELLING ME HOW GOOD OF A JOB I WAS DOING THEY WERE IN PROCESS OF OBTAINING A WARRANT TO PICK UP MY BABY WITH ME NOT HAVING ANY KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT THEY WERE PLANNING FOR ME. DCFS DIDNT TAKE THE APPROPRIATE STEPS NEEDED BEFORE PLACING A CHILD IN FOSTER HOME IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE LAST RESORT BUT IN MY CASE AND THOUSANDS OF OTHER CHILD FOSTER CARE IT BECAME THE FIRST STEP THEY DID. I WASNT GAVEN FAIR INVESTIGATION ABUSED THEYRE AUTHORITY AND DIDNT THINK THAT SOME ONE LIKE ME WOULD HAVE THE POWER OR AUTHORITY TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS CRISIS THAT NEEDS TO FINALLY COME TO AN END. MY HEART IS BROKEN WHEN I SEE MY WIFE IN TEARS AND MY FAMILY BROKEN UP. ITS GOING TO BE A MAJOR PROCESS BUT I KNOW THAT THE OUTCOME IS GOING TO BE IN MY FAVOR AND I WILL GET MY BABY BACK AND COMPENSATION FOR ALL OUR PAIN AND SUFFERING DUE TO ACTIONS TAKEN BY DCFS........ I ENCOURAGE THE PUBLIC TO STAND UP WITH ME ON THIS MATTER SO WE CAN BE HEARD AND JUSTICE CAN FINALLY BE SERVED........ Vermont DCF took my grandchildren from my son and his wife because of drug use. They had their own apartment and I did not see them everyday. DCF says I can not have my grandchildren because I did not report the drug use. I did not know and only found out because a friend of theirs reported them. I was away in Va when the grandchildren were taken. The parents are in a inpatient treatment program and are trying to comply, DCF still wants to put the grandchildren up for adoption. I plan on hiring an attorney to help fight this and get my grandchildren home where they belongREPORT COMMENTS
