MY OWN PERSONAL ISSUES WITH CPS. & FAILURE TO COMPARE INFORMATION WITH REFERENCE TO FAMILY COURT & LONGTERM DOMESTIC VIOLENCE WITH EX HUSBAND, WRONGFUL PLACED OUR DAUGHTER TO HIM FOR A SUMMER TIME VISITATION & DURING THE SUMMER UNSUPERVISED VISITATION / DOMESTIC VIOLENCE WITH EX HUSBAND AND DAUGHTER OCCURED / SHE WAS TOLD THAT I ABANDOND HER & I INTERVINED ONLY TO BE ARRESTED AT 621 ALABAMA ST . BELLINGHAM WASHINGTON, AND MY DAUGHTER PUT IN HANDCUFFS AT AGE 10.YRS. TAKEN BACK TO MY LONGTERM HISTORY OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE BETWEEN MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND OF 15YRS. & AT THAT TIME, I LEESHA LENORE VOLKMAN, WAS CONSIDERED, THE 2ND HIGHEST LEVEL OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASE / OTHER THAN CRYSTAL WAY A LADY GUNNED DOWN AT WHATCOM COMMUNITY COLLEGE BY HER HUSBAND AND KILLED / C.P.S NEVER CROSSED OUR FAMILY COURT RECORDS / BEFORE THE END OF THE SUMMER VISIT OUR DAUGHTER WAS RELEASED TO STATE CARE BY MY EX HUSBAND AND LABLED A PROBLEM CHILD! IT THEN BE CAME A FATHER / DAUGHTER ISSUE& I WAS UNABLE TO GET CONTACT OR INFORMATION ABOUT OUR DAUGHTER, AND WAS NEVER PROVEN UNFIT OR UNABLE TO CARE FOR HER! Cps is a curroption here in Washington and probably in all states across America. It is a disgrace of our country to allow families to be torn apart, and give DCFS incentives for adopting out children! That is human trafficking hidden in PLAIN sight. Our children are being taken for things that are not abuse or neglect!!!! Child protective services rips children from there parents and families. CPS put our children in foster homes where statistically they are 10× greater risk for physical, sexual, and mental abuse. This is all common knowledge, use Google or you tube. Nancy Shaefer GA governor, she spoke out, search you tube. You will see the truth on cps. Also maybe a coincidence but Nancy ended up dead soon after. Ex cps investigators have come forward and told how horrible the strategies, tactics used are against innocent families. Most families that are targeted are poor, and have no means to get a lawyer. I think that the system is broken. My children both disabled were removed. The foster parents were allowed to take one child off her medicine against doctors orders. My other child was given milk (supplied doctor report stating they were allergic) never wore her orthodics. My one child's hair was never brushed. Even with doctor reports and school reports saying my childs issues (CPS caseworker was in doctor office and heard herself my childs issues), I was constantly told there was nothing wrong with my child and I was just making it all up. It took a year of fighting but they are back home. All this happened because my child has a language disorder and no one would listen or take the time to even really look into it. They felt they knew my children better than me.REPORT COMMENTS

Unlike many who have signed this petition, I have not had any family members taken by CPS. I do not have a bias against CPS due to my own children or my loved one's children being taken away. However, I still am asking for an entire re-haul of the system. I am a counselor who works with low-income families. Many of the individuals that I see do not demonstrate the ability to care for their children. However, many of them do and they become bundled in with the others as, if all of the cases are the same. They are forced to jump through unneccessary hoops and pay unneccessary costs. They have had to quit their jobs to take care of the requirements made by CPS, yet are told they need an income to support their children. I have seen facts manipulated. I have witnessed caseworkers make MEDICAL and CLINICAL calls that they are not licensed to make. I have seen caseworkers say that the recommendations of mental health providers, chemical dependency professionals, and physicians are not valid and/or incorrect. Very unfortunately, I see children in my community that SHOULD be taken from the care of their parents and are not.REPORT COMMENTS

This makes me sick to know, just because of eczema, ONE baby, let alone all THREE are taken. CPS is doing MORE damage to this family, to the babies, to the mother, by taking them for this minor reason of eczema! RIDICULOUS!! Anyone can see how loving & caring the mother is towards her babies. CPS is now ruining this mothers time to nurse her babies. THIS is important for those babies health & for the bonding time of mother & babies. One can NOT get back this time!! Those babies NEED to be returned to the mother immediately. AND this caseworker SHOULD be fired. Trying to ACT like a "hero" where NO hero was needed!! Makes my stomach sick, to think how CPS could do SO MUCH DAMAGE & abuse to these babies & mother. Oh my goodness I am in tears. I am a mother of a micro preemie and know firsthand the very real, physical and emotional damage that mother and newborn separation causes. The state agencies have made a horrible decision and I for one will fight on behalf of this family!! There is absolutely no justification here in taking these children. Was CPS' decision based on an actual medical examination of the child's rash? Even so, this family's rights have been violated beyond repair and I hope the state is prepared to pay for their mistake. If these children are not returned to their mother on December 2nd, my family will be protesting on their behalf. Ughhhh!!! What an awful time this momma is surely going though right now.
