Im so exhausted and i have been diagnoised with ptsd and severe depression since my kids have been removed i was so close with my kids i miss them everyday I know they are in a good home one that i cannot provide for them financially and spiritually but i want the state to be investigated for all the lies that they have told in order to get custody of my children. I just want them to know that i will not stop fighting untill the truth is told! -

I am the single mother of 6. I was a nursing student and my mom watched my kids so I could go to school. A lot happened but 3 years ago my kids were taken from me. About a year and a half ago my 3 older kids were returned to me. The foster people two different sets of foster people want to adopt my 3 youngest and the state is trying to terminate my parental rights. One day in June the former GAL (she is no longer a GAL) came to my home while I was at work and took my 10 year old daughter but left my 11 year old and put my 10 year old back in foster care. Two of my kids are with abusive foster people but the state turns a blind eye. They lie and make things. The department and the attorney General's office are constantly lying and can get away with it. Why is this ok? Does anyone know what I can do?REPORT COMMENTS

I am the custodial parent of my niece due to court order after the Caseworker kidnapped her from her daycare. An anonymous caller made a false claim and this caseworker rushed to the daycare to steal my niece away and placed her in foster care until the 72 hour hearing. This caseworker can barely speak English and no one in the court room could understand completely his account and reason behind removing my niece. No one will allow my sister to provide the actual reliable evidence that she has proving this caller made a false statement, her court appointed attorneys barely listen to her and make no objections in court. There is no abuse reported. How exactly does that equal imminent danger? When I ask the caseworkers, casa reps, and attorneys when this will all be resolved they all tell me it could be years... YEARS!! What? What a waste of time and money and don't get me started on the abandonment and behavior issues this has now caused in my niece. Obviously the State of Washington has no idea what the well being of a child is.REPORT COMMENTS

My nephew is currently in fostercare and our family is having difficulty getting placement. The CPS worker wont consider me or even run a background check no reason given and will not return my phone calls and the same goes for her supervisor. Something has got to be done about our states broken unjust system, caseworkers have such large case loeads because they are taking children and destroying families of non abused children, when in fact their job should be to protect children from harm. My daughter recently had a baby and she's developmentally delayed and the nurse reported bonding and attachment issues. The social worker and her supervisor took baby even though I as her mother is available to help her. My daughter is not stupid, she is 18 and just needs some parenting supports in place such as parenting classes and etc. The baby is not in imminent danger, yet a nurse can lie and CPS is quick to jump in and act and continue to take bits of truth and fabricate it to huge lies. If children are taken based on lies and CPS has to lie in order to keep children, doesn't that say something about the system? One should not have to lie if there is truly a problem within families.REPORT COMMENTS

Whatcom county and specifically Maple Falls Wa is I swear a baby farm to these people of cps I have seen time after time families ripped apart for the sole purpose of a baby to adopt out. The violate rights, break laws, and in fact lie and trick these women and men into submission and make it impossible for them to get their babies back. Hearsay is their law and government is not in charge of these caseworkers they do what they do based on their uninformed personal opinions of what THEY think is right. They take the word of liars without a second thought because it serves their purpose. They don't look for ways to help but instead the whole time they set you up to fail.REPORT COMMENTS

They won?t give them to us cause the oldest grandchild said i spanked her, but my husband is a monitor. my son and his wife have followed every rule they have given them. DCFS family court judge and lawyers don?t follow innocent until proven guilty there is no balance in family court. Its a nightmare. Now they don?t want to unify the family. I have been fighting with DCFS in Spokane to get my grand daughter back to Wenatchee where she belongs. Her mom kidnapped her and took her to Spokane and claimed that there was domestic violence by my son. There is no proof of domestic violence and actually, we have proof that there was not, the police notes from when they showed at their house. She is currently in jail for 2nd and 4th degree assault DV and they have my grand daughter in Spokane foster care because they want to reunify her with her mother and Wenatchee is too far away for that to happen. My son has no record, works, has a house and the mom has no job, is an alcoholic, drug addict that likes to assault others. But because of her lies and deception for the last 4 months, my son is not allowed to be alone with his daughter and must have supervised visits. I would be able to take my grand daughter, if I lived in Spokane, but since that is not happening, she is living in Spokane with a stranger while her mom sits in jail for the last 10 days. I thought DCFS was family first, but obviously not in this case. They believe all the lies she is saying while she has the record to prove that she is the violent one. The judges also side with DCFS, so there is not fair justice in this system.REPORT COMMENTS

CPS is investigating my family for abuse due to a disgruntled neighbor calling after i caught his 29 year old son breaking into my house. Neighbor made up false allegations, now CPS is threatening to take my children. I can believe i fought for my freedom for the government to take away my children. My children are the center of our lives, we live for the happiness of our children. CPS says we are guilty until we can prove we are innocent. They lie lie lie there way into your house, then see nothing is wrong and find something to build a case. My house is impeccably clean, but she sneered at a cereal bowl in the sink and toy under the table. They show up holding a piece of paper that is supposedly a court order. When i asked to see it, it was blank, not signed. CPS is legal kidnapping for profit. They are destroying whats left of the family, protecting the real criminals, foster parent in it for the money, not the love.REPORT COMMENTS

I live in Spokane County and they did the same to me as well.... I am/was a single mom of 5 beautiful girls and did what I was told to do just to have them twist the reality as well as truthfulness of the situation then throw it in my face in court.... of course the judge had no clue.... he is more inclined to listen to the department over the parent.... especially when the parents not allowed to speak up in court per her scatter-brained and unorganized public defender. Loosing my girls really ****ed me up emotionally and mentally. My girls were my world, my everything, all I really knew in life and once they started removing them from the home; my second oldest then all four of my other daughters all on false reports from my step-sister and manipulation of situations that occurred within my situation. Just because these people do not think they would be able to be a single parent to five girls close in age did not mean it was impossible. I WAS DOING IT...... NOT ONCE DID I BEAT, BRUISE OR HURT MY DAUGHTERS. THE WORSE THING I DID WAS PUT THEM IN TIME OUT IN THEIR ROOMSREPORT COMMENTS

DCF massachusetts ruined my life so i feel for these people. the governement doesnt care about the kids or the parents. only one third of mass workers are licensed and 95 kids have died in mass under DCF since 2001, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. My daughter Ana has been diagnosised with BPD and has made 7 false cps complaints against me after threatening to kill her grandparents, myself, being hospitalized for suicidal ideation and being in therapy for 4+ years, recently she was restrained by 5 police officers for kicking out my door and window of land rover and threatening to kill herself in the parking lot of her therapists office! CPS has her in PC Foster Care at Spruce Street Inn... She's been out of therapy for 3+ weeks! CPS took possession of my child under dependency law because I am a threat to my child! They never requested any police reports, never interviewed family, community etc! LaQuista Carter and David Richards - DSHS CPS, NORTH supervisor closed this case based on "not a cps case but a mental health case" 3 days later I am in court! I have had CPS lie to me and coerce me and my family. At this time they have removed my daughters child on false allegations with no proof at all. The original case was founded on a statement never made! They are the most corrupt organization I have ever run across and have no concern for what is best for children. They only want to remove children and place them out of the home so they can collect their bounty. One of the court commissioners actually accused my daughter of killing her child who died of SIDS!
