My family has also been victimized by the CPS, DCFS, and the AZ Attorney Generals Office, Juvenile Court Judge, and Attorney assigned to Represent. I have also vowed to make this a lifelong goal to make sure accountability and transparency prevail. I do not want innocent children and families emotionally and financially destroyed by the abuse of powers that mine has suffered. -

This is happening in the State of Oregon too. DCFS trampled through my life over one decade ago. The law that Clinton passed in 1997 allows state agencies to collect money for each child they adopt out. Corrupt people within DCFS use that law, and their secret court proceedings to remove children from their families, so they can collect government funds for these stolen children. This is a real problem and we are all heartbroken. Please stop this!REPORT COMMENTS

I'M REALLY SORRY FOR EVERYONE'S LOSSES. I HAVE BEEN THROUGH THE CPS SYSTEM I LOST ONE CHILD TO THE STATE AND A LOCAL WHOM WANTED MY BABY GIRL AND MIND YOU I DID A VOLUNTARY PLACEMENT WITH THIS UNNAMED FAMILY THAT I HAVE KNOWN FOR YEARS. SHE GOT THE COURTS WHERE SHE WANTED THEN LEFT HER HUSBAND TO BE WITH MY OLDER CHILDREN'S FATHER WHOM NO LONGER ALLOWS ME TO SEE OUR CHILDREN BECAUSE SHE LIVES THERE WITH MY YOUNGEST DAUGHTER AND NOW WAIT THE STATE IS GOING TO ALLOW HER TO ADOPT MY DAUGHTER THAT IS STILL WAITING TO BE IN A STABLE HOME AND ENVIRONMENT BUT I COULDN'T HAVE HER BECAUSE OF MY PAST RELATIONSHIP WITH HER FATHER THAT I HAVEN'T BEEN WITH OVER 2 YRS AND SHE ONLY 2 AND HALF YRS OLD. I WAS THREATENED WITH TERMINATION OF MY PARENTAL RIGHTS SINCE SHE WAS 4MOS OLD I GOT DOGGED AROUND TO THE EXTENT OF "WITNESSES" ON THE STAND EYES CLOSED FACE POINTED TO CEILING AND STATING THEY DON'T REMEMBER AND DO WE WANNA GET INTO THE DAY MY CASEWORKER CALLED ME AFTER BUSINESS HRS AND ABOUT 2HRS BEFORE MY FIRST OVERNIGHT WAS SUPPOSE TO START TO OVERRIDE THE JUDGES RULING OF OVERNIGHTS JUST 2 DAYS PRIOR ? YES, I REPORTED IT TO OLYMPIA ALL THEY HAD TO SAY WAS WHY DIDN'T YOU START YOUR OVERNIGHTS? I TOLD THEM BUT OF COURSE IT WASN'T IN MY FILE AND YES I REPORTED IT TO MY COURT APPOINTED ATTORNEY AND SHE STATED THAT'S TOTALLY OK FOR A CASEWORKER TO DO. I SEE IT BEING FOUL ON THE STATE'S PART I LOVE MY CHILDREN MOSTEST AND THAT WILL NEVER CHANGE AND I HAVE CHOSEN TO WRITE THIS AND LET GOD TAKE OVER CUZ WE ALL WHOM HAVE BEEN HURT BY THE LIES THAT HAVE BEEN TOLD TO RIP FAMILIES APART LIKE THIS WILL NOT BE LAUGHING SO MUCH WHEN JUDGMENT DAY COME.)REPORT COMMENTS

We have 2 grandchildren that have been moved 15 times during the oldest 7 years of life. From car, to rat infested campers, Rv ' s. Mom noew admitting to using meth since 10 years old, has a 3 year old as well who tested positive for pot when she was born. Grandparents have NO rights in this state. I could not take our grandchildren to the er to have her tested for drugs after I had done a home kit which was positive for not only pot, but for opiates also. Little did I know then I should have call the police. Further more mom's sucide attempt's and threats gave us concern because she has attempted to cut her wrist while the little one was in the car seat. Yet all parents are actively using meth, herion, receiving state money. Good stamps which are sold for cash for buy drugs. The poor children are forced to have a 2 hr visit a week per parent. The children are.pulled out of school transported almost an hour away, never knowing if parents are going to show. When they do show every time they are high. I personally think absolutely NOT ONE ACCOMMODATION FOR PARENTS VISITS UNTIL AFTER THEY COMPLETE a drug program and PROVE, their success Then and on then should they get a visit but NOT interrupting t he child's education. The urine test that is used isn't valid. A hair test should be used you can't trick a hair test There is a whole lot more to this story. Being told by the depury director of cps to file a nonparental custody costing a few thousand dollars. Only to be denied so the parents can get more free services, including attorney, yet they have had several month to take the first step and haven't done so. And the kids have to be pulled 2 times a week, missed education, after school activities, just bring s normal kid is impossible due to the fact the parents care only that they get their visit (the law says the parents get that visit as well) cause it make the parents feel good. Kids get home feeling exhausted, frustrated, meltdowns. How is it criminals get the re wards yes the kids needing the help and protection fall through some mighty big holes and no wonder foster kids drop.out of school. Walk down the very path that their on parents walked down. Something needs to be done, and done NOW Grandparents should have somerights, parents should NOT be allowed visits until treatment and consistent follow up hair testing is done. Those visits should NOT happen during school hours. NO child left behind obviously is not considered.REPORT COMMENTS

What to do if a Doctor reported us to CPS in washington state for neglect he sent us to childrens hospital they said the doctor had no right under mandatory reporting this mater of a slight flat spot in his head is not a neglect and the CPS put it as unfounded. (not neglect) but now me and my wife are on the national reporting list as had CPS filed on us but unfounded. Now my wife cant work no were in here career of in home care certified because you cant work in her field with that reporting the Doctor childrens hospital said this is not a neglect or abuse case by criteria We don't know what we need to have this removed from nation data base so she can work she has to pay off loans for over $100.000 school loans and cant work in the fields with hospitals or in home care CPS said they don't care it can stay there they wont help or deal with this its a legal issue I need to take them to court I cant afford this I am on SSI and my wife cant work right now till this matter is taken care of according to the CPS reporting rules and laws this is not a CPS problem that it was false CPS reporting on the Doctors part, but they don't deal with that legal part either I am stuck with no income from wife but she cant work either with the degree she spent 5 yr. obtaining.REPORT COMMENTS

CPS in Pend Oreille County uses a different Judge, one of only three, every time they present a case and "act" like they have no idea why they are there... Attorney General, knows about said lies, has not lost a case in 18 years and is a co-conspirator to the monarchy of child stealing in this state; by playing "dumb"... awaiting hellfire and brimstone as it ill be a vacation as to the DCFS tourture that my family is and has been going through for over 2 years now. We have been compliance with all orders for the whole time and because of my childrens "behaviors" in foster care we seem to not be able to ever get them back. Our 5 yr old was ripped away from us after her oldest sister was killed in a car accident 12/2000. The case is still considered "unfounded". Our family could not afford an attorney, we had just buried our 15 yr old daughter! They CPS worker served papers to my husband and I three days after the funeral, we buried Jennifer on a Friday. Monday morning CPS kidnapped and sold our baby Kaitlyn. Why? We found out....because they could. Our little kaity bird is 18 now, engaged to be married to what seems like a good guy, but her father and I wont be at thier wedding, she was told horrible lies, from the age of 5. So many times the lies are now her memories. When she writes these things on facebook about us, I die inside, Nothing she says ever happened, she doesn't even remember me,or her dad, We are still married after 19 years, Against all odds, we still have a daughter,our middle child Heather, at home with us each day and I thank God for that each morning I wake. She moved back with us, she had left the father of her two children after years of his abuse. She needs the strength we can give her as she now fights CPS for her children. After many many hospital records, pictures, witnesses, and considering the 63 times hes been to jail....they gave him custody, hes 36, he]s never had a job, ever one day in his life! He receives ssi because hes certified 51-50 on g.d. paper everyone!! I will fight these people for our children even if its too late for my little girl, its not for Heathers little girl, or your daughter/son. United we stand, divided we fall victim to CPS and the courts who back them.REPORT COMMENTS

When I fostered my nephew in Spokane last summer the social worker Jolynn Cicilia was always late to appointments when she cared enough to show up at all in her skin tight jeans, low cut tops, and high healed boots. She came to my house 1 time in 3 months and never even checked the room he slept in. She sat in my livingroom and that was it. When I demanded an investigation she told my sister I needed to keep my nose out of places it didn't belong and an investigation "could make it hard to get her children back". What she b didn't understand is that we didn't just take her word. We are educated and know how think for ourselves!REPORT COMMENTS
