Freedom to choose if and who we go with for an insurance company (and we all know that once the government "offers" something that the private sector goes down the toilet quickly). My wife has already lost her job because of the threat of this legislation she works for an indepandent health insurance agent. If it passes I will surely lose mine I work for a small contractor over 250,000 in payroll by the way, who will surely shut down instead of paying an 8% surcharge on his payroll. I am sure if this bill is shoved down our throat the President and others will tell us six months from that time that it is working just like you thought it would! Which means another step to taking away the right of freedom of choice in this country! Afterall, that is what several interviews by the hollywood appointed new God has said! The stimulus package is working just like we thought it would! Good, except creating one hundred fifty thousand jobs and losing two million is not exactly...how do I say? Great! Maybe the koolaid drinkers of the country will buy it but there are still those of us who don't and I hope more of us speak up, at least until the bill to take away our freedom of speech rights for those who disagree with you is put into play! No, despite the baloney Obama and company tries to sell us on how great health care by the state is working so great in other parts of the world it isn't it! I have friends in Canada who lived there and one of them died years ago because they couldn't just a get a regular appointment quick enough to see how they were feeling! Turned out it was not good! Relatives in the military in Germany over the years say their friends over there who are German talk of the joke the health care system is if you dont' have! Kind of like here sometimes. Hmmmmmm...so Mr. Obama and friends why not, if you can figure out a way not to mess it up, fix the current system up! I am on disability/medicare and if I could go to work in my former job of being on radio and some tv I wouldn't get hired because my current government insurance won't pay to have my teeth fixed. Just pulled out! That won't do me much good! And there are stories worse than mine! So whoever get out of your heads that this is good! I know there are those in congress that are on the right that no it isn't good but have become very weak lately against the new regime but unless you want your job to go in 2010 along with some democrats you need to start standing up and speaking up for us like you are supposed to and not just kissing you know what! Say no to this stupid bill. Say no to the stupid and illegal fairness doctrine bill! Sorry folks i wish I could figure out how to right one sentence and get something said but no matter how hard I try!REPORT COMMENTS
