I want to choose my own physician and my childrens physicians. I do not want the government dictating when we can see the doctor, nor do I want to wait several weeks or months to be seen. Also, how much more must we pay for illegal immigrants in the country? Why entice more immigrants to our country? Please vote no. Please tell all your friends and family to sign this petition--to share their voice!

Tort reform and health care savings accounts first. Put the control back into the peoples' own hands.

It is not the place of the government to decide what medical services will be needed or received. Also, when medical records are put online they are subject to hackers; It also violates the HEPA Privacy Laws!

Our medical costs started to get out of hand when health insurance was enacted many years ago. To be honest, it was brought about so that physicians could make more money and it worked! They are about to price themselves right out of business!! In as much as I agree that something NEEDS to be done, I don't think another penalizing government law is the answer. This could not come at a worse time. Out here in the real world, people are losing their jobs. Most of these same people had health insurance while the had a job. Don't make them make a choice of feeding their families or paying for required health insurance (or worse yet...a fine because they can't afford to buy insurance). The best thing that my government can do for me is to bring jobs back to this country. Trust me when I say the American public can take care of themselves given the means (a JOB).

Stop feeding the monster!!! Deregulate medical business... INSURANCE MAKES MEDICAL CARE EXPENSIVE!!!! If medical care competed for your patronage instead of insurance agents, medical service would start becoming more affordable!

This legislation is a violation of my personal rights on every level. As a veteran I have experience government health care. It is not about health care at all, but rather is a means to total control of the American populace. The last thing we need is for the folks in the executive branch of government to have any further power over the people. Should choice in health care, treatment opportunities/ availability, and affordability be the real issues, then Congress should create a plan that enables doctors to practice medicine with more freedom from unnecessary litigation, encourage greater competition between insurace companies, and facilitate the free market. Government intervention equals government control and the government, the executive branch in particular, already has an extraneous amount of control. Additionally, any plan that caters to the illegal population ought to be put down on the merits that it encourages illegal activity and is in violation of the legislators' oaths to uphold and defend the Constitution. I urge you to consider the tragic consquences of supporting this legislation and vote NO when given the opportunity.
