Have you looked at the flow chart? There is no way that this will save money or cover more people. Health Savings Accounts, portability, regional ratings and coverage for pre-existing conditions. Groups rates, tax deduction for buying your own health coverage. There is a lot the government can do to facilitate people receiving medical care that is reasonable without taking control of the whole thing. I could even see a clearinghouse of best practices that people could access via the web to see what they should be asking their dr. But we need to put people back in charge of their healthcare. The person paying the bills will call the tune. Who do you want calling the tune for you? Also, if you insist on passing this bill, I will look for you to give up your cushy healthcare and sign on for the public option. Lead by example.REPORT COMMENTS
