I can only speak for myself so. Is the reason for Never Ending Interest on Child Support really due to the lack of The States Having no money? Parent received $5,000, "In Help" and have paid over $25,000 afterwards. Why is their no end in paying this amount? Where is the Government or Elected Officials when "The People" ask for Help in such matters? We hear of Bill's, Laws and Bickering Between Congress. Yet end up having to pay more in Taxes! My VOTE is to be able to Claim The US Government as An Dependant on my Taxes! Or would that make me an Terrorist to the USA? Gee, I hope not! I was just saying 400% Interest would be something a Terrorist would do, right? Plus add an arm or leg to the mix, Really? Or by getting rid of the Mob Bosses from the 40's era enable the Gov. to have complete control of what they had and make it Legal. I think that it is disgusting that my ex husband is allowed to sit on public assistance to avoid paying child support. I have to work 2 full time and a part time jobs, (that's 2 1/2 jobs), to provide food, clothing, medical, because my daughter is a type 1 diabetic. He hasn't paid child support for 4 and a half years, and DSS says he is UN-touchable because he is collecting benefits, and he is more than capable of working a job! The damage has been done already despite my dozen letters to congress and others. It falls on deaf ears so I won't waste any more of my time with these crooks. I will devote and commit all my efforts to a landmark lawsuit against this system and the corrupt magistrates involved. That seems to be the only language they will listen-to. They cannot be immune. I pay $370.00 a month for my three girls every month faithfully.. But my problem is how could you charge a non-working male to pay that much a month if he's not working? They just want everyone to be in debt. And even when I started working I was left with $50 checks at the end of the week. How can I support myself? I agree with the general issue of this petition. However, those of us suffering under these unfair child support situations aren't fully informed of whats really going on. By performing my own due diligence and fighting them back I've discovered that they (the office of child support enforcement) are operating outside of the law. This is evidenced by the whole administrative hearings that we go to which aren't court related at all. Where citizens would normally be protected by state and federal laws and the separation of powers the Administrative Procedures Act gives them permission to violate any and all limitations. So we should be attacking the Administrative Procedures Act and not the custodial parents cause after all... they couldn't do it if it wasn't allowed!REPORT COMMENTS

I have been dealing with the court system of New York City multiple times over the past 5 or so years. They have been trying to pin me as a father to a child that is not mine, nor have i even met the mother. Now my employer has gotten a letter from NYC requesting info. This is outright harassment and they won't leave me alone. This is placing me in a poor state mentally and financially and taxing on my actual family. What does a man has left to give a child once he pays 500 600 700 per month when the child visits.. Only thing logical you can offer is a smile.. Take him out to get shoes and dinner and you have already exceeded another 100.. That's lots of money for a man to pay each month.. I had little to offer my son after paying 600.00 per month, he lived 90 miles away and couldn't get him often. 50 to 100 more dollars in gas.. A Change America Needs Now In 2006 I filed for divorce in the State of Oregon because my wife was addicted to pain killers and she was becoming more abusive to my then 12 year old daughter. I was the children?s stay at home father, worked at home, and was raising my family in the best way I could. The courts split up my children. I had custody of the oldest two and she got custody of the youngest two. In 2008, not three months after we received our divorce decree my ex-wife absconded with my twin daughters over 1500 miles to Arizona in direct violation of court orders. I found her and served her documents to modify custody. The mother then kept my daughters from seeing me also in violation of court orders and still the courts did nothing. After one contempt hearing the court ordered that my expense for air travel would be applied towards my child support, but the child support department would not acknowledge my expenses because the mother and her attorney would not give me a satisfaction of judgement. I have fought in the State of Oregon for over five years in an attempt to enforce my rights involving custody and child support. My daughters were in a homeless shelter in Arizona for two years, have moved numerous time, and have been transferred to over ten schools since 2008. The courts have done nothing to help my cause. Furthermore the mother has been encouraging my daughters to hate me and disrespect me. In 2013, after struggling financially and fighting for my children in Oregon, I received a job offer in Washington State from a worldwide leader in industry?. My dream job. At the age of 50 I finally got a job that would take care of my now new family, visits for my daughters and savings for retirement. Two weeks after becoming employed in Washington I found out that my ex-wife was verbally and physically abusing my daughters. Now, being in Washington State, my case for my children was further complicated with jurisdictional issues. Although I took my cause to abuse advocates and Washington courts, Oregon had jurisdiction over my divorce case, and Arizona had jurisdiction over my children. Nobody would help me. Arizona CPS could not help because the children were with me in Washington on their summer parenting time visit. Washington would not speak with me because Arizona had jurisdiction over my children. Also Arizona CPS had over 6000 cases of child abuse cases in 2013 that went uninvestigated and swept under the carpet which led Governor Jan Brewer to disband CPS and rename the entire system. I had to take up my case in Maricopa County Arizona. The Judge in Arizona stalled out my case for 18 months and did nothing. Absolutely nothing. I was denied my parenting time agaREPORT COMMENTS
