Conjugal visituation is not just about sex... they are needed as an incentive for good behavior, to keep the family connected, and to restore a sense of normalcy to the inmates lives... if we can keep the families in tact while in... then when they come out.. they'll be less likely to re-offend.REPORT COMMENTS
