My husband Donald Reynolds 12695-021 he is serving 35 years, and NO he did not harm anyone. It is a proven fact family play a important role in rehabilitation. Yet, when i go to see my husband we aren't even allowed to hold hands! All you are doing by denying us physical contact is increasing the divorce rate. If you would allow these special visits it would promote positive behavior. Making the entire system safer for personal and fellow inmates, and possibly saving some marriages.REPORT COMMENTS

I think "Family Bonding" is of the essence with Inmates. It helps with the rehabilitation and isolation from family is not the answer. Inmates need family values and closeness to be released back into society.REPORT COMMENTS
