This is truly the biggest human atrocity of the times. The emotional kidnapping of our youth is pandemic and should be punishable by law. UNCRC promotes this globally. We need a Parental Rights Amendment which addresses the alienation of our children. This is completely an injustice for the children and the childrens families. I am going through my own battle now as a grandparent and it affects any and all that participate in the children(s) life. I am totally for protecting our children in the world but only those who rightly deserve the children taken away other then that I plant to do what deems necessary to get my point across and win!! Pray you also will look into this sad crime for the innocent victims of CPS and the dirty tactics. Do you have children, family with children and friends with children? My husband suffered through years of PA from his child's mother. We ended up stepping back because it only got worse for the child when we tried to be apart of her life. Her mother turned her against her father and did all she could to hurt any relationship they had. So we opted for the "we'll wait a few yrs in the background and start anew when she is older". He kept contact with doctors, the high school, checking her facebook page, her yahoo and hotmail accts, myspace (he had the passwords for them all), we would travel cross country to watch her in sports. All in the "background" to avoid her being hurt by her mother or older sister. At 16, this March, she contacted my husband to start a new relationship. She was hurt when she learned how much was a lie from her mother and sister and how much my husband was there. She was upset with my husband because she thought all the lies were true and why didn't he do something sooner. So she went away again for another month, until she emailed him on Father's Day. It was so nice to see the relationship rebuilding. Unfortunately, on July 5th, she passed away in a car accident when she fell asleep at the wheel after already being on the road 8 hrs that day! After her death my husband finds out she had been living by herself since April, taking care of her 11 yr old brother. She was reaching out because she needed help! There has been so much more disturbing scenes since her passing and it is so horrible. Please, someone PLEASE step up and stop this! The families who are affected by this can not take it. These children need someone to stand up for them! My stepdaughter is gone, only the knowledge that she knew the truth before she died gives us any peace. Yet we still have to watch and listen to the lies that have been used to keep her away from us. Please, please, stop this from happening to anyone else!REPORT COMMENTS
