We have an ongoing case In Tarrant County 231st. New Judge Nevarez. His campaign strongly advertised a Judge that "never legislate from the bench". They must have left out the fact that he DOES from chambers. The abuse of discretion of the Judge simply not following the law, rather pushing his own ideas on what the family unit should consist of and what non parent should have access. (Over the objection of a fit parent)! There should be a process available besides the costly Mandamus relief or appeal process when the Judge blatantly abuses their authority showing complete disregard for upholding the Law.REPORT COMMENTS

Not just Tarrant County. Almost all of the courts in Region 3 have questionable activities. Sadly the Department of Family and Protective Services considers this to be their MODEL region. If this is the model what kinds of red flags does send up for the rest of the state.REPORT COMMENTS

Multimillion Dollar Estate 19 year marriage Southlake, Texas I was completely stripped of ALL my legal rights in the 324 Tarrant County Family Court System. The Judge granted my spouse to be our Court Appointed Receiver.. NO accountability was required as he Illegally converted ALL of our Community Property to himself while the Judge granted him our Court Appointed Receiver of our entire Estate and NO accountability was required by the Judges. ALL hearings filed by my Attorneys were ALL cancelled, all Appeals filed by my Attorneys were ALL cancelled. The Judges in the 324 Tarrant County Family Courts flat out refused anything on my behalf. When I begged for HELP and emergency intervention from the Judiciary Committee, instead of Helping me, my grievance was shared with the Judge and Opposing Attorneys.. The Judge made me stand before her Bench, where she called me names, threatened to throw me in Jail, then this Judge told me that she can do whatever she wants to me and there is NOTHING anyone can do to stop her. This Judge in the 324 Tarrant County Family Courts SEVERELY ABUSED me and SEVERELY Punished me for filing a grievance against her with the Texas Judiciary Committee. During my Tarrant County Family Court Divorce, my spouse was allowed to commit Fraud, perjury while the Judge FLAT OUT refused the evidence to prove this, allowing my spouse and his Attorneys to commit Fraud and Perjury and lying about our Assets. It has been a nightmare in the Tarrant County Family Court System. My spouse was allowed to prepare the Final Decree awarding ALL of our Community Property funds to himself. EVERYTHING was awarded to my spouse. Approved by the District Judge. I have a Legal Right to 50% of our Community Property funds. My spouse was awarded EVERYTHING we had. The ABUSE and Torture that I endured was off the charts severe and horrific. Mu spouse and his Attorneys were ALLOWED to commit FRAUD and Perjury. the Judges refused to allow the evidence to prove this. I am BEGGING for HELP !!!!!REPORT COMMENTS
