Citizens need to relentlessly pursue action to shed light on the abuse of discretion by associate judges in the IV-D Court. Citizens need to call for highly trained & qualified staff in the court services coordinator office. I have witnessed first-hand a situation within this broken system that is very alarming. I meant to say I believe THERE is bias, coldness, laziness, and systematic racism I'm Tarrant county courts. Please do something about this. There needs to be more help for people who truly want to be in their children's lives and may of made a bad decision. They are tough on the people they shouldn't be. A "Declaration of Innocence" was written and submitted to the TEXAS INTEGRITY UNIT, Innocence Projects @ North Texas, Lubbock, Texas Wesleyan School of Law, and the Center for Actual Innocence by my son. All has fallen on deaf ears because in this case, there is no DNA to establish his innocence. It was written to explain the facts and how, going on 7 years now, my son came to be falsely accused of a crime of INJURY TO A CHILD, Reckless SBI/Mental which was reduced from a Sex Crime. I am contacting you in the effort to bring awareness for future falsely accused concerns. It all began when my Son's Sister-In-Law (the accuser) , who was 16 at the time, was staying at their home on a pretty regular basis. There were many incidents with her doing and saying inappropriate things to my son, many times in front of her own sister and their small children. Many times she tried to laugh things off as a sick joke. My son and his wife tried to council her behavior in the attempt to make her understand it was not right and was not going to be tolerated in their home. They spoke frequently about getting together with her parents to try to invoke some counselling for her. But they began having growing concerns that something was going on in the family home. She was always trying to keep from going home. And with her constant sexual advances and promiscuity, they started being suspicions .This was heightened when they found out the accusers own Mother took her in for Senior pictures at the same time signing an approval for nude photos to be made. This raised alarming questions with my son and his wife. I just wished they had acted on their suspicions sooner. Shortly after this, while my son was in the shower, he heard his youngest daughter yell " what are you looking at". He washed the soap his eyes and found the accuser looking into the shower and told her to get out. He told her it was the final straw and that he was going to have a conference with her parents. She left. A short while later, my daughter in law was called down to her parents house. At which time, CPS and the police had been called. The accuser told her parents that my son had been molesting her since she was 14. That is ALL IT TOOK. After years of waiting on a lawyer to do the right thing, the final offer other than going to court, was a plea deal. Although reluctant and insisting on his innocence, his lawyer told him it would be the best deal he could get. That all the accuser had to do is to put on a sad face, and he would go to jail for 40 years !!! His lawyer told him that if he took the plea, it would equal to that of a person driving in a car with a child not properly seat belted. And that he would only have to do a "few months" of Probation and that he would not be registered as a sex offender. My son called his wife and they decided to put an end to it signed on the dotted line. Little did he know that it was a bunch of CRAP and only the beginning of a long, drawn out COSTLY ordealREPORT COMMENTS

I have two children that are currently being victimised by tarrant county and their so called protection agencies. the short version is I lost custody because my 2 and 4 year old went to stay with their dad while I recovered from a car accident. by the time we finally went to court he was a bailiff and his new wife was the county clerk assistant for tarrant county where we went to court. I asked for a change of venue many time just to be shot down. over the past 14 years he became a jailer and a cop. his mother is wealthy I went to court 12 times with him trying to take my visitation rights. then when that didn't work, he took me to court for child support. the judge didn't hear one word of my defence instead she placed me in jail for 180 Days. I had nearly 3,000 places that I had applied to that year along with contact information she heard 0 of it. while in jail I learned from the guards that the Judge was my ex's neighbor. then while in jail I got 10 days segregation for contraband for putting water into a root beer container. my children called my mother on sunday night screaming and crying asking her to come and get them that their dad had hurt them. they were then advised to go to their high school counselor. they did and told her everything. the counselor contacted CPS but when I spoke to the supervisor in charge she informed me that this was noting serious and would be investigated in the next 72 hours. most likely just enough time for the marks around my daughters throat to go away.REPORT COMMENTS

I agree. There is nothing to keep control over the actions of family Court Judges. I filed for divorce last October 2015. No children involved. I have ground for a divorce and the Family Court Judge refuses to hear my grounds, view police reports, medical records, and other evidence. I've been ordered to pay soon to be ex a total $3275.00 a month temporary spousal support. I'm being treated like criminal by the Tarrant County Family Court. The final divorce hearing is set for November 2016. Over a year after I filed for divorce. And my spouse's attorney even told the Judge they are trying to extend the date past the 10 year marriage mark in September. He was okay with it.REPORT COMMENTS

is it okay for the judge in your case to be best friends with the other attorney. The judge even told our attorney and I quote "You know he and I are good friends, right?" How is that even ok. This Court had wrongfully Removed my 2 yrs old baby & illegally restraint mother, legal father, & child's siblings from visitation based on a Men with NO Legal Rights to child Fraudulent Sworn Statement with NO Evidence which is refusing to return child back to his FAMILY that this Court had Forcibly Removed & Refused to Return. Where's Justice, when I don't have the Right to Speak or Show Proof/Evidences that Child belong to OUR FAMILY? This Court brought OUR 2 yrs old BABY into possession of a MEN that HAD NO IDEA HOW THIS CHILD LOOK LIKE UNTIL the day that THIS COURT HAD KIDNAPPED OUR BABY! It's been YEAR since I've seen MY BABY & this is SO WRONG to RIP OUR FAMILY apart NOT even allowing us to VISIT. This is beyond NOT in the BEST interest for the Child's Well-Being! This year we adopted Victor- a funny, smart and happy 6 year old. We have been taking care of him since he was 3 yrs old. He has 4 brothers and sisters that were taken from their mother in TX. earlier this year. For months our family has Tried to navigate the foster care system to adopt Victor?s 4 siblings. We received custody of Victor when he was 3 he was a wild boy who just needed to be loved and learn how to use his manners. Now he has grown into a content loving boy who enjoys the benefits of having two loving parents that provide stability and safety. Victor's brothers and sisters need our help! They're stuck in the Texas foster care system while we fight to adopt them. We've struggled to gain ground and now need legal help, we need to hire an attorney. Unfortunately they are not free. Please help us raise money, as it's the only thing we lack. We have love, patience, and generous hearts and we pray that you can find it in your heart to help us bring these 5 children together, in one home, with a Mom and a Dad. We have researched that, siblings that are split up end up having more issues in life. These kids all know each other, talk and see each other on the phone weekly- they are close as it would be a tragedy to split these kids up and allow them to be adopted into a different home or homes. As many of you would agree it would be sad for a child to know that they have siblings out there but not get to grow up together as they always have, they would loose all contact. We have already prepared our house to bring them here! Their rooms are decorated and ready, now we just need the finances to fight for these sweet children. No solutions without money I've never had. Forced out homeless by the tarrant county family court 322nd district in attorney negotiations and without my children. Four of them... The only children I've given birth to and are still living being kept from me by their fathers...... Due to me having no place to live except out of a vehicle. Need help and I can't pay for it. Working yet not making enough to save for a place to live or to pay anyone to locate my daughter that's missing and has been as a result of the family court allowing her father and stepmother to hide her at an undisclosed location....
