I too am a victim of Tarrant County's Family Court. I am in the 360th court and only after loosing custody of my daughter without reason when she has always been with me did I research Tarrant County Family Courts. During my research I was overwhelmed by reports and storiesee of other children being given taken away from their mothers. I also found that the 360th judges are know for accepting "tips" from attorneys to order in their favor. I even found a list of such attorneys and low and behold I found my ex-husband's attorney on that list. I pray that the March 2016 election will bring in New Ethical judges that actually care for the well being of the children that they are making life decisions for.Nov 12th, 2015Someone from Fort Worth, TX writes:
The 231st associate family court judge in our case has comsistantly acted with favoritosm and biased judgement. Has not been willing to hear both sides or facts and has openly accused me of filing false charges against my ex husband while yelling at me . until the person that filed had stood up and said they were the one to file. Implemented nothing on yhe accused and jad shut down any attempt to speak. Therefore has hardly any facts and took ny daughter into foster care where her basic need aren't even being met, and is now being both neglected and abused. I'm Eileen Corson. I went the family court house a few days ago thinking that it was for a perterinity test. I wasnt told that I was going in for a coustdy battle . I was suddenly fighting for my baby's safety. Unaware about the proceeding leaving me unprepared and not represented. I was asked only one question befor judge Owens handed my baby over to a very dangerous two time convicted violent felon. Whom has already hurt the baby befor . My niece and nephew live in a known drug house in Arlington, TX. It is known by many except the Arlington Police Dept. In this house my eldest niece was forced to perform child porn, by her mother who had drugged her. When she turned 18 she filed charges, which were sent to the Arlington Police Dept., yet nothing was done. When I filed complaints with CPS, I ended up being "Blacklisted" by CPS. This means that any complaint that comes in is hidden into 1 person's file so it can't be found. Because 4 CPS workers, so far have been arrested for accepting bribes by the mother, my niece and nephew remain in harms way. The gangs and cartels who were arrested during this time-over 3 years ago-are getting out of prison, and the revenge deaths have begun. Yet 2 children remain in this dangerous environment, because the CPS investigators are too lazy to conduct a proper investigation. CPS investigators in Tarrant County do not have degrees, or training, they just collect a paycheck. So when you read or hear about the deaths of 2 children in Arlington, TX, you will know who they are, if it is released. CPS in Texas is not worth the tax dollars it is receiving to protect children, or anyone else from harm. An investigation is long overdue.REPORT COMMENTS

I believe that both Judges of the 325th District Court in Fort Worth, Texas are guilt of 'Felony Theft From The Bench " in my case that was presented before them. I have requested an FBI investigation and the Dallas Branch of the FBI has refused to investigate my claims. The TX Judicial Ethics Commission also has done nothing to stop the theft and looks the other way. These two Judges have also allowed my ex-wife to continue abusing the health of my daughter. I presented a huge stack of evidence including photographs and her medical file showing the abuse but not one statement was spoken or written by either Judge to slow down or stop the abuse. I have had to intervene twice since my trial before the 325th in order to protect my daughter from possible death as warned by her pediatrician. Thank God I was able to stop my ex-wife and my daughter is still alive but there is no excuse for the torment inflicted on the residents of Tarrant County by these two Judges. In addition to all of the aboveI have been forced to pay approximately 30 % more than standard child support and was forced to pay $ 7,500 of by abusive ex-wfies attorney fees and fined about $3500 for turning in too much evidence in support of my case. I do not know how two Judges could be more bold and abusive. Please stop the madness in Tarrant County Texas and return our lives back to us.REPORT COMMENTS

Associate Judge will not even listen to any facts of the case or even talk to my 16 yr old about all the reasons why he refuses to see the sperm donor. My 16 yr old refuses to see his abusive father and the judge is forcing visitations. My 16 yr old should have a voice in this court but the judge will have nothing to do with it. Son is smart enough to make his own decisions. Never been in trouble and top 10% of his class. Cannot believe the judge will not spend 5 minutes in her chamber to hear first hand from the teen who she is forcing to do something he does not want to do. How is this fair???REPORT COMMENTS

Tarrant County, Texas Family Court System is a Legal Child Trafficking organization. I am a grandmother who have witnessed my own grand children being ripped from their mother for no reason. A God fearing mother, loving, hard working, kept the family together after their abusive father cleaned the accounts and departed. Later he sent death threats and pictures of horrible accidents victims. After my grand children was taken the first week, my grandson was picked up by the throat and choked; nearly passed out. (He still have them). The Judge stated, "CPS cannot over rule me." Tarrant County Judges tend to play God and overlook the vow that was taken to interpret the law. I have witnessed how they treated my daughter by verbally abusing, belittling, falsely accusing, degrading, falsifying documents and signed without the knowledge of the party involved, threats and secretly met with Lawyers and made agreements without their client's knowledge. The Male Initiative Program was a good ideal but these judges are going to ruin it for the honest men who really need it. All for the "Money". There need to be a full investigation before more children are wrongfully taken or killed.REPORT COMMENTS

Tarrant County has the most abuse cases in the whole state of Texas 3 years running. They should not have more than Harris County-Houston the 4th largest city in United States! Something is wrong here! You can not find a good attorney to even want to deal with Tarrant County Family Court. They state that it is evil and mother's will have their children taken away and given to fathers. I have been told by countless attorneys you will not get your children back in this court! I am one of hundreds, perhaps thousands, of women abused by this count's "justice" system. When I reported abuse of my child and myself, I was told that if I came back to court my child would be put in foster care. I was terrified of ever again asking for help, and continued to try to keep my ex-husband appeased (an impossible job) so never to face that possibility. When CPS was called because my son was molested, again I was threatened. If I did not obey the court order, I would be jailed. I was threatened by investigators. The corruption and injustice is well known here. I have been told by attorneys that no matter what, they will not take a child from their father. One attorney told me that he had seen a father put his child's hand in boiling water as a punishment, and was still given access to his child. There is a saying, "if your husband assaults you, drag yourself to the next county and then call the police because in Tarrant County you will not be helped."REPORT COMMENTS

CPS is a horrible system, whose basically trying to take babies from innocent hard working parents! All based on allegations? Then literally corner you, make you feel like you have to cooperate, if not removal? Where are our constitutional rights? I don't think they even care at all. It's all a job to them, and they have to get paid. They harass innocent parents, to the point we are sucked into there services and safety plans and if at any point we successfully complete or decided to refuse any services, it's not good enough and then they remove your child? They are evil and maniputive! They twist your words and make them there own; so they can have a strong case against the parents! I'm sick of these people and I'm sick of how much power they have! They need to be shut down, it's ridiculous and they abuse the power. They could care less about the children! HELP PLEASE. I had been involved in war to protect foreign countries children from being raped molested and sexually abused even murdered by chemical testing that had made the decision to finish this war once and for all is to protect the children of the world. we all know the children all this world in the world's future. one thing since I have been retired I have found the exact same problem here in Texas. Tarrant County Family Court had covered up child sexual abuse, rape, physical abuse, bottom line child sex slavery. I had fought Tarrant County Family Court for 2 years and it's getting harder and harder to see children even my own get raped and laughed at because Tarrant County Family Court will protect abusers instead of protecting the children. I still cannot believe that we fought a world war to protect their children and their future just to find out we got the same problem in our own back yard. Tarrant County Family Court is no different then other countries that will harm their children for money. Tarrant County Family Court refused to have an investigation team to investigate the rape, molestation and child porn of children. I even tried to file charges against the individuals that was involved everyone in the law will not get involved is this considered a foreign country that we the people have no rights to protect are young. I am disabled, my children are 29,and 25. My daughter was emancipated in '05. I am again finding that Tarrant county has re-added her to the frivolous courts of Tarrant county again! A year ago I gave her a house, they don't recognize the values of that and deduct from my disability payments! Tarrant County Family Law Center, specifically the 325th District Court's Judges, have intentionally and willingly put a system in place that guarantees the outcome of parent's and children's lives before any evidence is even presented at trial. As if this isn't bad enough, the Judges participate in ex parte communications with opposing attorneys without all counsel being involved or present. Further, the Judges do entirely too many all day long meetings with counsel in chambers (on days the clients are in Court for hearings), taking transparency out of the overall case and decisions being made with no hearing on merits or facts from the actual litigants involved. Sadly, the Judges in the 325th seem to be more concerned about making their friends (court appointed attorneys and "expert witnesses") a paycheck than they are about the litigant's (specifically father's) and children's lives that required the court's intervention in the first place. Absolutely no confidence or faith in the 325th's ability to conduct Family Law hearings in anything that resembles an ethic or legal manner...rules of their own. Please, for the sake of defenseless children and caring parents, institute congressional oversight in all Texas Family Law Courts and hold Judges, their routinely appointed hand picked "professionals", and all of their staff in order to achieve fair and neutral trials involving families. Daily, good parents are robbed of their children and the children robbed of their decent parents. This results in children being in situations that are not in the children's best interest(s). There needs to be a "Quality Check" from non interested parties that cannot be corrupted by a Family Law Judge or their business partners. My I.C.P.C. background check, from Utah, done by the F.B.I., was falsified by Tarranty County C.P.S., Judge Jean Hudson Boyd, Prosecutor, Cliff Bronson, County Attorney, Joe Shannon, and Gregg Abbott's Office of the Attorney General. Paxton's Office reported I had called in over 25 times, and claimed only the County was responsible. I told her that was ridiculous, as the Governor of each state, signs a contract with the social security administration every year, promising to adhere to the stipulations outlined in Title IV. C.P.S. in this contract is mandated to implement kinship care, and to rehabilitate the parents for whatever reason the child or children were taken. Texas does not do this. The whole state is guilty of criminal racketeering. My three beautiful grandchildren: Tyler Jason Hughes, Rebecca Rene Hughes, and Bryce Connor Satterlee, were all adopted out to Ron and Carole Blackmon, of Lake Dallas, Texas. Ron's family was involved with the Masonic Order, and Carole was involved with the Court Appointed Special Advocates, which makes it an illegal adoption. Cyndee Hopkins, a Christian writer wrote the Report to the Court, filled with lies. Now, I have to go to the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, because even Judge Terry Means, believes I should not have Constitutional Rights in this matter. Means refused to let me sue for all the major psychotropic drugs they gave my grandchildren at ages two and three. We need to sue. We need to force these criminals into Grand Jury Hearings to force them into Criminal Trials, so they can serve prison time. Nothing short of this will do. It's a well known fact that the child is better off with the preferred/bonded caretaker - let them have a voice. And stop allowing the criminal negligence of non-payment of child support and forcing everyone to pick up the slack. This seems to be a pattern in the family courts here. Refusal of medical records that show child abuse is common including confession of child abuse seem to be Ignore in 233 district family court.
