Tarrant County Courts are so corrupt!!! They gave my daughter to a man who doesn't even share DNA with her. He hazed a boy in college so bad he killed him, he has been arrested and convicted of 3 DWIs and he now has primary custody of my daughter. I've been ask the Fed's to investigate for the last 2 years. We need to stand up and fight for our abused children!! I think I can connect a lot of the players in this corruption, I'm just waiting for the right person to ask me the right questions... -

Judge Patricia Baca Bennett is an evil satanic woman My rights have been horrendously violated and I am having my children taken away ILLEGALLY. I moved to my home state where my children were born and spent most of their lives. Except 1 year in TX where my husband filed for divorce. I won geo-graphic custody and exercised my right to go home. That was in 2016. I was sued by my ex for custody. He committed perjury and every accusation has been disproved including having to do multiple drug tests. Jurisdiction Trial in TX October (though jurisdiction belongs in VA children's residence) Patricia Bennett argued with my lawyer as though she was a prosecutor not a judge. Talked over me during questioning whenever I mentioned anything that might put my ex in a bad light. Accused me of not co-parenting; would not review evidence; would not listen to testimony. Completely ignored our SIGNED COURT ORDER. In her opinion it should have "never happened". In less than 10min and without allowing my attorney to ask further questions or question Nick she overruled rightful jurisdiction. Trial set February 18th. November signed off on another trial in which she gave Nick ALL of my children's holiday break. Demanded I drop them off in TX December and pick them up in Nashville in the end January. (After clean drug tests and lies proven false) I followed court orders. I am now served with "Discovery". An ENORMOUS portion of this discovery ($3,700 to fulfill which I can't pay) is demanding ALL copies of references, messages, copies of everyone I've contacted including state officials about her, the trial, and Tarrant County Court. (There is $60 million in funds flowing through the county in connection with Father's Initiative & Father's Coalition which is why it's corrupt) This goes completely against my right to free speech and nothing to do with my children. I am forced to withdraw. Bennett has done this to 100s of women and children. If anyone can do ANYTHING; I've kept all documents and transcripts. Her rulings need to be under FEDERAL investigation, overturned, and children returned to their mothers.REPORT COMMENTS

I have personal experiance with Texas Family Court and Cps. My children was giving to my ex husband for no reason by Texas courts. Cps had a hand in it too. My lawyer quit on me on court day. Now I have not seen or talk to my children in three years because my ex husband dont them too and he will not cooperate. I cant get help because lawyers say there is nothing I can do. They was three years old and ten years old. This is killing me not seeing them and nothing I can do. I agree Cps and Texas Family Court is copurt. Everything they had was lies.REPORT COMMENTS

When asked why I was divorcing my now ex-husband, I told Judge Lisa Beebe that he had struck my five year old daughter in the face. Annoyed, she asked "He hits one kid one time and you divorce him?" I asked for supervised visitation to protect our daughter from his explosive temper. She did not grant it. How many times should a mother let her child be struck in the face, Judge Beebe? The child whose custody was in question is now five years old, herself. She dreads visiting her father, has been in counseling for two years, and has been through at least three CPS investigations. (Not counting the one that was triggered by her father hitting my other child.) You failed our family and my child is suffering as a result. How do you sleep?REPORT COMMENTS
