Most of us paid all taxes for more than a decade. Most of us don't even have a traffic ticket for more than a decade. We are legal law abiding "aliens" entered this country legally. Please don't let politics play with our life. Please don't let the issue that you have with undocumented immigrants destroy our life. We deserve at least a life with dignity. Please do what Mr. President promised us. Don't alter it for the corporate interests.

Totally makes sense for someone who has legally lived in the country for many years, often spanning decades, paying all the dues, pumping money into the economy and helping local businesses and corporations achieve their business goals.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am working on H1b since 2010. I?m very disappointed with the existing content of propose rule. I was hoping real job mobility using approved I-140. But it appears that we still need to redo PERM and I-140 if we change job. This is very disappointing!! We are waiting for this freedom for years. My Priority date is in 2014 but as per current progress it will take years My expectation from this rule is below: -This rule should provide job mobility so we do NOT need to do our PERM and I-140 again. THIS IS MUST and MINIMUM requirement. Rule is completely useless without this. -We should get EAD & AP. after 180 days of I-140 approval. Existing 'compelling circumstances' condition is very extreme and useless. We just need our freedom to work freely. Our life is completely stuck at present. You really cannot even imagine how hard our life has became. Some points are below: 1. On H1b, We cannot travel to our home town just because of unpredictable visa stamping issues and associated delays. Its been 4 years and 9 months at present to visit and see my parents 2. I am getting only 1 yr H1b extension since last 5 Yrs 3. My kids are aging out!! We cannot buy home just because of visa uncertainty/complexity. Request you to please modify the rule and provide us real job mobility which DO NOT require to restart GC process again. Thanks,

EAD for i140 would be of immense help for both employers as well as employees. The employers will find better talent when the skilled worked are able to port to other jobs and the employees can better plan their career without needing to worry about the immigration status. Also, there could be numerous reasons for a skilled worker needing to move to a different place and without an EAD on I 140, the whole immigration process gets reset.

i140 EAD would allow highly skilled Immigrants to focus on innovation without to worry about economic downturns which in turn would make US continue to be leader in technology and advance science.

Please Grant EAD for approved I-140 this will benefit everyone, it will improve US economy, clients who wish to hire skilled workers and mainly it will ease lot of pain for families of foreign workers.

We need good skilled workers in this country. Let's not loose them to other countries that have better immigration policies.

I strongly support this petition. Please take out "Compelling circumstances" word while implementing I-140 EAD rule. Please offer EAD (with renewal option) + Advance parole to all folks who has approved I-140 for more than 6 months.
