The Anti-Death Penalty people always seem to overlook the VICTIMS in their rush to defend evil. If there is DNA or other absolute evidence, YES, the death penalty, carried out IN A TIMELY FASHION, is needed. No more 10 or 15 years on death row! Anyone who would rape, physically hurt or murder a child does not deserve to live on this planet. In my opinion they should be burned alive in front of a crowd and made examples of. Children are precious & innocent, just like animals are and someone that's cruel enough to hurt them deserves a slow & painful death. They don't care whether they themselves live or die so why should we? BUT we should make sure that their deaths as painful as possible instead of letting them sit in a jail cell wasting our tax dollars feeding, housing and clothing their unworthy bodies and souls.
