I TOTALLY support this petition. I agree if there is sufficient DNA evidence to link the person to the murder, that person should die too! I don't even think they need any time on Death Row! I believe they should say their goodbyes and be gone! I feel for both sides of the families involved, especially if the killer had small childen, like in this case. If they don't have children, I ddon't feel like they should even get to say goodbye. Noone got to say goodbye to the poor child that was murdered. But then I also think about; are they molesting their own child, how would they feel if someone had murdered their child, etc. It's a very sad situation. I could go one about this for a long time! The Anti-Death Penalty people always seem to overlook the VICTIMS in their rush to defend evil. If there is DNA or other absolute evidence, YES, the death penalty, carried out IN A TIMELY FASHION, is needed. No more 10 or 15 years on death row!
