Sexual predatory behavior cannot be cured with rehab. How many times have we all heard of a killing and rape of a child/adult by someone who was a previous offender? Basically if anyone did this to anyone I cared and loved for, they already signed their wish of death and no police force or law would stop me. The revolving door that keeps sex offenders on the street needs to be locked. What were this little girls chances of survival when the person who allegedly did this crime wasn't even listed with the 58 other child sex predators known to be living in close proximity.
