There is NO EXCUSE for raping and murdering a child. Let's put our tax dollars to much better use in helping the victims instead of babying the perpertrators. Best idea in the world. i totally agree and think any form of torture would be too good for people who are that disgusting. They have nothing to offer society and we shouldn't have to fork over our tax dollars to house and feed them for life when their victims will never have a chance to see the light of day again....Our children are a precious gift and anyone who is sick enough to harm one should be tortured in the same manner they tortured these innocents.
