Number and 2 and 3 are contradicting one another. 2 Says the dog must be muzzled in public and 3 says that the dog must not leave the owners premises..What does this mean exactly?The rest of the rules are totally ridiculous and amounts to nothing more than abuse which will inevitably make the dog vicious in the long run due to the lack of human and social contact.
