I have had an ex girlfriend claim domestic violence solely to get me move out of her apartment and she admitted to me on the phone that I never hit her and do not hit her. She dismissed that case 15 years ago. She's doing it again right now with yet another claim of violence even though I have only seen her for less than an hour since February and she lives 20 miles away and I have no way easily to get there nor would I want to. No domestic violence has occurred in this case and her duplicitious girlfriend is probably behind some of this.REPORT COMMENTS

She said I threatened her life and was terrified of leaving the girls with me yet the sherrif told her to leave the home (I made the call) and she only took the one breastfeeding child... then weeks later filed dv .. now I haven't seen my girls that I took care of all day and night while she was 'working'.. she is illegal and hasn't reported 'work' to medical or other services or ira . She hit me in front of my girls and again while holding our baby.. she won't give me the address to her house in Mexico but labels me a flight risk... ? She should be in jail!REPORT COMMENTS

Something must be done to prevent those who would lie about being a victim of domestic violence from continuing to do so.I also have been falsely accused of DV. I pressed charges against her but the asst. dist. atty. ignored the charges, then shortly afterwards, came after be for DV because of her same charges against me. the D.A. used all my evidence against me. They explained that because she left the state, they could not peruse her, but me, they can and did. I have police reports, hospital proof, witnesses and pictures, filed first, but still she won? My son was accuse by a wife who was caught committing adultery. She lie aND had him jail and a restraining order place against him .After a bond was posted and he was release she continue to threaten him that it simply take a phone call and she can lie they will never know. She use this to manipulate him in doing what she want. During the time in jail he lost his home and his job was in jeopardy. He was not allow to remove any of his belongings from the house he lost everything because of a lie.It is difficult to see the law that should serve everyone equally have no regard for men's it appears. This man was in love with her and she used that against him and tried to destroy him.I hope the law change and considered the man right if there is no proof or evidence to disregard these many false allegations. This woman is very selfish and evil even to this present day she still hold that over his head and continue to threaten him .She is the bully not him he need protection from her. I need urgent help, I made a complaint in court for my husband who was abusing me mentally. The other day, he made a against me in had a hearing on 17 August. He lied in court, he said he was afraid of me I was removed from the house, and I have no where to live now. I am an immigrant and I have proof that he lied, I have several messages on my phone proving that he lied in court I live in the US for two and a half years, and our marriage was legitimate, we bought the house together, and we have our income tax declaration together also. What right doea a judge have to grant an otder violating your constitutional right to due process of the law? I recieved tdvro and notice of hearing with 2 days to respond while out of state working The tdvro indicates i am due service of order and notice of hearing 15 days prior to the hearing. Upon calling in to respond to the false and missleading allegations with a motion requesting a continuance of the mstter so that I may seek counsel and fly in i was noyified that my motion waa denied snd pernanent order was granted.
