My husband soon to be ex has been yelling me and screaming at calling me a whore, a prostitute, "**** you *****" almost every time he fells like when gets upset. I have endured verbal and emotional abuse by him on and off every time he does not get his ways, I have been the sole bread winner in the relationship. Anyways divorce is filed and and 2 weeks before he got upset again and started the same verbally abusive behavior again; I was talking to a friend and he busted in my room with his fist up to my face yelling" **** you ***** **** you *****" I actually ran to another room and call the abuse hotline to go to a shelter but they had no room and I was advised to get a restraining order against him By that time, I was fed finally with the abusive behavior. In the morning the only interaction I had with him is asking him for my big tv that he had in his room, then he called the b word again and put the tv out of hid room then I left to the court house.I guess right after I left he called the 911 and told the officer that I scratch his arms and chest then file for emergency protective order; and accuse me of domestic violence while I was in the court doing my order the proper channel; he was lying to the officers in my house behind my back.By the time I got back my protective order that I have gotten from a real judge did not mean anything they arrested me instead on him because they say that my orders did not have times written on it, so his overtook mine. I was not even home when he was calling 911 I never laid a finger on this man and now I have find money to pay a lawyer. The truth is I am in the health care I protect people from from getting domestic violence, I am so against physical violence, I would not even spank children . The thing is one time I cal the cops on him and they prompted and asked if he hit me I said no he does not; I could not lie on him like that but he does not have any integrity and he lied and say that I hit him and I was unjustly arrested. The abused was not coming from me and I was the one who got arrested. That is how corrupted the system is and so many people are being put in jail that are innocent. We need to ask for something to be done. -

I was accused of domestic violence and have been arrested because my ex girlfriend assaulted me then. I called the police to file the report and in return I get arrested and now have to stand trial because she self inflicted a bruise on her arm and said I throw her on the floor and beat her upREPORT COMMENTS

I have been falsely accused of domestic violence, an ex made allegations of such and as a result I face criminal charges. She has since changed her story in its entirety SIX times, as well as convinced a "witness" to come forward. Once realization that she had changed her story SIX times came forth in court the police re visited the "witness" who changed his story in its entirety to match the women's after admittedly conferencing with the women in the collaboration of their stories. NOTHING of the original story that I was arrested for remains in yet the court has seen fit to charge me with 5 additional charges. Choosing an additional charge from each of the subsequent stories. This ordeal has cost me $20,000 in retainer fee's, I lost my job AND the custody of my child is in jeopardy from a previous marriage. For all of this I have NO legal recourse, We have proven in court the women has committed at least 5 counts of perjury and at least one count of witness tampering but I HAVE NO LEGAL RECOURSE, and the charges remain. It is my sincerest wishes that something is done in this country to protect men and women from false testimony, providing legal recourse to the victims of falsified charges. On 6/01/11, on the way home from her fathers, I was driving her car, I hadn't drank alcohol for about a year. My ex girlfriend attacked me again, it was her birthday and she was highly intoxicated, again. We got home, My chest was tight because of the stress, and went to the fire dept. for a blood pressure test . They would not let me go and insisted that I go to the hospital, "by Abulance" move forward to 9/29/2012. She started drinking at another place while she was suppose to be sitting for a 95 yr. old veteran, that we were watching while her daughter was in Hosp. I went back to where she was and found her and the friends sister fall down drunk. This is corroborated in writing by the daughter. We left there in two cars, I drove behind her and watched her as she drove drunk back to my home. As she opened the front door with her key , she went in and at the same time slammed the heavy solid wood door into my head, knocking my glasses to the ground. The verbal fight escalated in to another physical attack on me. I got my video camera and started videoing her striking me and taunting me to come closer to her door and she would do it again. She did and tried to hit me with the door, but I placed my foot to block it, and the door bounced back harmlessly . We both were yelling at each other . I had been through this scenario many times before , and defended my self from blows by her, holding my arms up when she lashed out. The video was not flattering for either of us, it was another, very ugly moment. I told her she was going to get out , and she said she was leaving. I told hewr she could leave when she sobered up the next day. She went into her bathroom , and was in there for about 45 minutes. I sat at the kitchen counter, and tried to calm my self down, because of chest pains again. When she came out, she had scratches all over her arms and shoulders. I was shocked , and said "What have you done?" She blamed me, saying I did it. ( I don't have finger nails ) , as I have bitten them since a child. She tried to take the cat that we had rescued that month, and I had to hide the carrier box. She finally left. two days later she called and returned with her father a new / old boy friend, and a truck, to retrieve her things, including food from the freezer. She pointed to a bruise on her (left temple ) . Nothing was said by any of us about any abuse. I had bought boxes for her to use, they came with none. After she and her father and boyfriend left. I felt betrayed and abused, and took several weeks to get it to sink in. She was gone for good. Then in Feb. 2012 , I started to get ( one ring phone calls from her phone ) shown on my caller ID. I never called her back for a month, the calls kept coming in with her ph. number, and one or two rings, and a hang up. Then I did call her back , and asked " do you have something you want to say to me? She started to say things I had heard before , " I'm so sorry Bobby, I lovREPORT COMMENTS

My divorce false allegations domestic violence , have not even seen her for 7 months , the system is doing nothing but ruining lives. Lives are ruined on a lie , to just get back at someone because they can . Does any DA have the balls to prosecute those who lie in these cases if not what are we the tax payer's paying you for !!!! Do your job !!! Uphold the constitution , the one where you are innocent and must be proven guilty , beyond the shadow of reasonable doubt. Many blame the person , its the laws that are the problems , and the money coming from the federal and state government to create the perfect victim.is sick . My life and bank account has been drained from my husbands ex wife's false accusations. We had to drive across country in a severe snow storm after we both had surgery to fight for his rights to his daughter just to be laughed at before during and after court when perjury was proven and charges were dropped. The accuser made false accusations to ensure thanksgiving, Christmas and NYE were not spent with us but fully paid for by us. The only violence has only ever been from the accuser with police report and jail time for domestic violence and continuing abuse/neglect yet nothing is done to stop the continuance of these lies and thefts of our life and credibility. They are awarded with more and more and I keep meeting people with similar or worse stories. False accusers should be persecuted with time to sit and think about their crimes in a way that will make them never trick the government for help from innocent people for a game or greed. The DV Organizations were created for those women who are REAL victims! It has now turned into a weapon for some women who have not been abused. I believe that more investigation should be done in a DV case. My fiance's life has been destroyed by false accusations. His Ex was proven to have lied...NO charges of course.REPORT COMMENTS

I have been falsely accused of DV. My wife filed no charges. The police had no physical evidence to arrest me and let me stay in my home. A week later the state filed charges against me. I did not know about these charges until I volunteered to coach for my son's soccer team 4 months later. I turned myself in the next day and the judge put a no contact order in place. This has devastated my wife and kids. It seems the state does not care if the charges are true or not they just want a conviction. My ex fiance did this to me multiple times. I got out of it. I am happier now, but still it messed up part of my future based on her false allegations. What she doesn't understand is that under federal law, I can pursue purgery charges against her for lieing to police and judges as I have proof against her on that.REPORT COMMENTS
