My wife was physically abusive. I had to call the cops on her twice, she turned around and tried to get me arrested. the cops didn't fall for it and knew I had not laid a finger on her. To keep me from being a part of our sons life, she filed a restraining order against me with false accusations. I had police reports with pictures of my marked body, but they judge would not allow them. I explained my side of the story, the judge looked me in the eyes and said I was lying and granted the order (even though I had the proof with the police reports). And because of that, my wife has legally kidnapped our son and his holding him ransom via legal fees and the court syste,s -

It is a great tool for an in-mature vengeful woman who wants to hurt a man and/or cover her own tracks. It saves her from having to be a grown up and answer questions from her husband and end the marriage like an adult. .. Truly a cowards tool in my case. Anyone who files a restraining order should be held accountable with mandatory jail sentences if any allegation are false and cannot be proven. I was brought trial on harassment charges (domestic violence) after leaving flowers on a door step, prior to being served. Because of this i am currently in an early intervention program for domestic violence because i was guilty of leaving flowers and violating a restraining order i had not been served. It is 6-month prevention program. My ex was not even decent enough to let me know she had filed on me. I would not have delivered flowers.. you think she set a trap? I didn't realize my emails, texts and cards via us mail which professed my love and desire to work our marriage out could be used as evidence for harassment. Are you kidding? The courts could careless what is said in your communication, unless of course you threaten violence/ real violence. Harassment charges for telling her how bad i wanted to repair and save our marriage...really? Freedom of speech?? She claimed i abused drugs and she should go to jail for that. She can say those things on a court order and Im guilty without her having to prove it. I would have been glad to test for the courts. I'm accountable by law but she is not for lying on a court document????? Its quite a discussion with friends and family when you tell them you cant ask her to try and work things, out or you go to jail. Maybe in my next relationship god for bid , if it fails.. ill just use the courts to get rid of her for me. First ill claim shes a drug abuser they wont make me prove it. This is a cancer in our court system and the fabric of our society.REPORT COMMENTS

Stop misandry in all its forms. Hatred of males is not a good social value and causes a lot of problems for the American way of life. Innocent good men can not pursue life, liberty, and happiness if misandrist policies are in place. Putting innocent men in prison, and keeping them there even when their innocents is admitted undermines the American values that make this country strong. I have been falsely accused of child neglect and abuse, in the middle of the hearing I was given the oppo0rtunity to be heard but was cut off by her lawyer at every point I started to make when I attempted to speak. therefore she was granted the temporary primary custody. I am one in a million I guess that is a male victim of the wrath of a vindictive woman. she doesn't even want our daughter and it has ben told to my sister on speaker phone that she was an award, a gift to me for staying with this woman because of everything she had put me through. I heard this myself and to still be accused of the abuse and neglect as well as the domestic violence that never happened. I have lost my daughter to this woman that only wants her because I found someone else. if there is any help out there or a lawyer with a heart, this woman has totally stopped all sources of income for me as well as stopping any chance of obtaining employment. I dunno how but she finds out and calls the companies and so on that I apply for and prevents me from being employed.REPORT COMMENTS

I was falsely accused of DV because i found out my ex wife had three affairs. I went to get my things and I left, and was served with a DVP the next day. Did not lay a finger on her, as i was raised better than that and i know better than that! This has hit home for me. I have read every single comment and im outraged, outraged that vixacious women will do this for their on advantage. And im outraged that the frivolous allegations would even be signed of by the judge. This is an absolute disgrace. We have lost more then money and family, we habe lost confidence self respect self esteem and most of all who we are. Im now a mess and i pray that we all make it through with the strength that is needed. for 18 years I have been dealing with these protection orders. on 11-4-98 the ex accused me of possibly kidnapping, and or harming my daughter. 2 weeks after she has order vacated. on 3-12-99 she files another accusing me of " slamming child support into her chest , this order also vacated at her request. 8-6-99. on 5-10-2002 she files another in a new jurisdiction that order expired i don't have the affidavit for that one. on 12-8-2008 she files another this time makes up a story of showing up at her parents house causing problems, i have court testimony by her own father that what was filed was not true. this order is now permanent on zero grounds. on august 9th 2012 she filed a violation on me for delivering heating oil next door to her parents house. i did not know she lived there,and was doing this delivery for 6 or 7 years. the order states i am to stay away from plaintiffs residence ,and where there is supposed to be an address it says " where ever that may be".My ex was at the violation hearing on august 9 2012 why i still don,t know. i was let go on personal. i get a call from my attorney at the time my ex went up to him, and said ' he may have walked this time, but i am going to file another violation, and she did just that the same day. this violation was for texting my daughter that i love her and hopes she is ok,The kicker here is i had no idea she added my daughter to the protection order , because she filed an emergency amendment , and had the shorten notice waived, so i was not aware this has happen. I was not served with the new order until a year later. i cant afford a lawyer, and we all know court appointed are out for the quick easy closing of cases,and i was sold out ,and tricked into a plea,and i have all the proof i am innocent, so today 3-31-2015 i had to pay off court fines or go to prison for 60 days. in total for being innocent it cost me 1,100 $ This system is no longer for justice its a money making business, and prison will be filled with innocent men .that's my story in shortREPORT COMMENTS

My ex had repeatedly lied in family court about her being abused and suffered no consequences once she was exposed as a liar by my attorney. Now after seeing what my ex got away with my current wife has begun to spin her fictitious tales of being some sort of a victim of abuse because we are having problems and I gave her divorce papers.
