    classic e.g. Most of bodyshop companies transfer their so called managers on L1A. There is no mandatory ed qualification specified for this visa. only qualification is screw others. Body shop companies can file their GC under EB1. I strongly argue EB1 should have mandatory MBA ed qualification. Otherwise most of body shop companies can do mass EB1 filling.
